My first visit was in 2008 and I’m still going there whenever the need arises!!

I absolutely love this place! Physician assistant Jessica is amazing! I came in suffering from what I thought was sinuses and allergies however Jessica found out it wasn’t that! I was in so much pain and hadn’t sleep in 2 days because of that. Jessica was able to identify the issues and treat it! When I tell you I wanted to hug her so tight I mean that! I have to follow up with a neurologist but I will forever be a patient of Jessica when it comes to ENT issues. Thank you to the whole staff. Im pretty sure I had an appointment for 6/21. They told me I would get a text confirmation for the day of my appointment. I never got the confirmation text so I was doubting if my appointment was actually on 6/21, so I called them 5 times to try to confirm. No one ever answered. I even left a voicemail and never got a callback. Disappointing, but I clearly dodged a bullet, I can imagine what a nightmare it would be if I needed to contact them as a patient.

Some thirty plus years ago my ENT doctor gave me a choice either have surgery on a deviated septum, which at the time was a pretty big deal with a lot of recovery time or take nasal steroids for the rest of my life. I opted for the steroids. Fast forward to two years ago when my sinuses were killing me. Dr. Metheny diagnosed the situation and suggested doing non-invasive sinoplasty and septoplasy. One month ago I had both procedures done by Dr. Metheny and his wonderful staff assistants. It took approximately one week to heal. The following week I was breathing and smelling like Ive never experienced in my nearly 69 years of living. On a morning walk recently, I asked my wife to hold my hand so I could close my eyes and just concentrate on the scents of the outdoors. Needless to say, I wake up every day with clear nostrils, breathing like Ive never breathed before and of course smelling things in a way Ive never experienced before. So, if youre considering either or both of these procedures, take it from me....the only regret youll have is not having it done sooner.

They got me in right before the holidays and now I feel 100% better. I have been Chad Bailey’s patient for over a year now and I can tell you without a doubt he is one of the best in the industry. The care was phenomenal. I felt very good about the precautions the practice takes especially during this pandemic in the country. Everything moved at a great pace...there was no wasted time. Dr. Matheny helped with me so much with my sinus issues. You don’t know how bad something is until it’s fixed and you’re just amazed at how better you feel. I’m sleeping better. I’m breathing better. He fixed my deviated septum and my nose doesn’t look like I am a professional boxer. 😄 My face isn’t swollen and I don’t have that pressure on my face that felt like a tight band was wrapped around my head. The stents do create a dirty laundry smell in your nose, but it’s a good thing. I know that sounds wrong, but it doesn’t last long and it’s gross when they dissolve and rinse out but it’s worth it. I promise it’s worth it. I wish I’d had the sinus procedure done years ago. Collin County E. N. T. is the best!!

I saw PA Jessica Teed about a problem that I was having with my ears that affected my hearing she quickly diagnosed a fungal infection prescribed a specialty medication that was prepared by the pharmacy. After a week the problem was gone, and a long term issue with heavy ear wax production seems to have been fixed too. I was very happy with the results.

Dr. Tseng and the entire medical grp and office were the most amazing, compassionate people I have met after a long time. They took care of my baby(6yr) as their own. May God continue blessing the work of your hands

I was referred to Collin County ENT - and after years of having so so taste/smell, I can finally taste and smell on a consistent basis! Dr. Matheni and his staff are extremely responsive and professional. Will definitely be recommending them if anyone is need of a good ENT Practice.

This review of long overdue, however I wanted to make sure I provided recognition for the incredible care I received from Collin County ENT, specifically Dr. Tseng and Jessica Teed.I went to Dr. Tseng because I suspected I may have a deviated septum. Ive snored like a freight train for my entire life and just thought it was just how life is for me - much to the chagrin of my roommates over the years and more importantly my wife! Dr. Tseng and Mrs. Teed confirmed the deviated septum but also noticed that my tonsils were ginormous (I think that is the correct medical term). They were the only tonsils I had ever had, so I always thought their size was normal, but they basically touched each other in the back of my throat. They approached my case with a lot of care and ultimately recommended a tonsillectomy, which was not what I was expecting at 32! So we did both, the deviated septum and tonsillectomy. Dr. Tseng did a great job of setting realistic expectations (the first week of the recovery was rooooough, but at least I was prepared for it!).Dr. Tseng is very highly skilled. Its evident in how he carries himself - he is confident and calm. He has excellent bedside manner. Hes a physician that really cares about his patients. His PA, Mrs. Teed is impressive and caring as well, they make a phenomenal team.And the best part... it worked! I dont snore anymore! No more waking up with headaches, no more being self-conscious about falling asleep around other people, and no more ear plugs for my wife!Im so grateful for Dr. Tseng and the Collin County ENT thing. Thank you, thank you, thank you

I was not able to hear in my left ear. The ENT PA was able to visually see that my ear was impacted with ear-wax. She carefully and gently removed the blockage and told me if I had waited a little longer and the wax had covered over my ear canal it would have created a much more difficult problem. I was very pleased with the service at Collin County ENT-Frisco

Dr. Mark Littlejohn is a fantastic doctor. He has a great personality and very professional. he puts the patients needs before anything else. I would highly recommend anyone in need of an ENT to visit with him.

Im not satisfied with the treatment received at Collin County ENT. I recently completed a CT Scan where my MD informed me I had polyps that was blocking my nasal passage and they needed to be surgically removed. One of the ENT doctors advised me it was simply small water balloons. I asked to be transfered to another doctor to get another opinion, and was told I had to wait until January 7th. Also waiting over 8 days for the Neurologist the ENT doctor referred me to return a phone call to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Keith Matheny was very nice, personable and professional. He took his time with my 5 year old daughter and answered all of our questions. We felt heard and he gave us great medical care. The staff were also awesome.

Each person in my family is a patient at Collin County ENT. We have seen Jessica, Chad, Dr. Tseng, and Dr. Carter. I have no complaints! From ear infections to allergies to pediatric tubes—we have always received the best care. We primarily see Jessica in the office. She is so kind, patient, and understanding when interacting with my children. The audiologist is also wonderful; we’ve had multiple hearing tests performed. The front office staff is super friendly, and always efficient. As a mom and speech-language pathologist, I appreciate the effective and thorough treatment approaches that have been provided to my children.

From the minute we walked in through my daughters in office procedure, we were treated respectfully with care and though. After being in a very condescending office the previous week, I was nervous but the staff greeted my daughter with a smile which helped ease her trepidation. The PA, Josephine and Dr. Sen took great care in explaining the medical issues we were there for and helped my daughter and I feel at ease. I highly recommend Collin County ENT for a warm, professional, caring place to go when needing this type of a doctor.

Saw Dr. Matheny for some sleep issues. Did the at home sleep study - it was my second try because the first machine (not from Collin County ENT) was terrible. This one, was a breeze. Easy to set up, easy to use, most importantly easy to sleep! It came back with mild apnea, and Dr. Matheny, suggested the mouth guard, and shared some first-hand info about it. I respect a doctor that is honest and gives you the information straight up, to let you make the decision on which treatment plan youre comfortable with. I was given the choice of three options, he explained each, and did not push me in any single direction. He did give me a recommendation, based off questions I had. If you think you have a sleep issue, make an appointment today.

I cannot say enough about the fabulous care I recived here. At another practice they were unable to remove my stitches and when that office contacted Collin Co. ENT the PA was insistent on sending me over for help. It was pain free and quickly worked in to their busy day. Dr. Tseng did look up my nose with a penlight. Im going back to my old ENT who scoped both my nose and throat. She said she was unafraid to clear upper sinuses. Dr. Tseng would not - told me to give up my 5 to 10 cigarettes a day - attributed my facial pain on both side to bruxism, which is kind of funny as I have no molars on upper left. Husband watched me sleep for 3 nights - no grinding altho I do clench my teeth w/pain. Spent more than $80 on ride to and from Frisco for a 5 minute exam. Didnt log on to see MRIs/MRAs of head. Too much trouble?

I have had the best experience with Dr. Littlejohn. He was very attentive and easy to reach, which was important to me after my surgery. The staff at Plano and Frisco locations are wonderful.

Saw Dr. Littlejohn within a few days of calling for a New Patient Appointment. He was fantastic and so great with my son (7 mos) and we scheduled surgery within 2 weeks for ear tubes. Surgery was yesterday and Dr. Littlejohn was 100% amazing. I couldnt have picked a better ENT Specialist!

I have been going to Dr. Matheny and his PA, Chad, for several years. I have had chronic issues with my ears since I was a child and they have been fabulous. They understand my issues and always listen to my concerns. They are easy to reach and make appointments. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Just had the balloon procedure performed two weeks ago. Laughed this weekend as I could smell my wife cutting cilantro from almost 20 ft away. I had no idea how much of sense of smell Id lost while battling a chronic sinus infection. Everything was terrific, from the scheduling to the team dealing with the insurance company, to the procedure and even recovery. Id highly recommend Collin County ENT and Dr. Matheny.

My surgeon, Dr Ewen Tseng was awesome. He was kind, answered all of my questions and performed surgery with precision, accuracy and success. His PA, Jessica Teed, was wonderful in the lead up to the surgery. Every person at Collin County ENT, from the front desk to the surgery scheduler was kind, professional and a pleasure to deal with. BTW, I suspect that Dr. T. is a Jedi Master.

I’ve been seeing Dr Ewen Tseng with Collin County ENT for a few years and have always had excellent communication and diagnosis from him. He was recommended to me years ago and I’ve been very happy. My sinusitis history is extensive with two endoscopic surgeries in the past 20 years. Dr. Tseng has developed an individual treatment program based on compound prescriptions to keep me clear and breathing. He recently performed my third endoscopic sinus surgery but this time it was all done in office saving me the hospital costs. Collin County ENT is a first class operation and I believe you too would be happy here with your ear, nose and throat issues.

Dr. Tseng is amazing. I am so happy there are doctors of high caliber as him, he is knowledgeable, and kind. Truly takes the time to listen and help address your health concerns.

The people there at ENT Collin County are the greatest. I really enjoy the conversation, expert care and loads of laughs we have when I visit. They really do a great job and try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate schedules.

Dr. Tseng really listens to you and takes notes when you talk. His PA Chad is also caring. Paula and Darla in the allergy clinic are efficient and full of information.

Great service. My son came home from college with an ear infection. Dr. Littlejohn and the staff treated my 19 year old like a true adult. They were respectful to his needs and listened to him. With the correct meds he got better and we didnt have to put a tub in after all. I would highly recommend for your ENT needs!

This was my first time visiting this office. These folks were super friendly!! Starting with the front desk to all the help in the back, the Dr. Littlejohn was very patient and listened to all my concerns. I dealt with 5 people total due to testing and they all were genuinely nice! Loved it, and not to mention quick service. Great customer service, I’ll be sure to refer family and friends!

Dr. Littlejohn is amazing, best ENT Ive been to. He was able to diagnose me very efficiently. I came in for episodes of dizziness. He did two tests in the office and sent me to get a balance test, and he found that the vertigo was caused by one of my ears. I didnt feel rushed at all, and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Really friendly too. Much recommended!

Saw the PA only, he ordered a CT. It was 2 weeks before this rude lady called to tell me there is nothing. Just keep doing what I have been. I tried to tell her I have not even been seen by the DR. She just well he reviewed the report. That was it.Called back to get my MRI disc that I left in the Plano office with the PA. The operator directed me to the records lady, have left 3 message she has to yet return my call.Would not tell anyone about this group.

Dr Little John was absolutely amazing and excellent .The lady who answered the phone today I think her name is Margo/Molly was absolutely rude. I called to make a follow up appointment ,I asked if they have any openings today or Thursday her response was ,I do not and kept quiet sounded bothered....didnt even bother to provide alternative days I had to ask .Such customer service is what makes people stop coming into practices even when the doctor is excellent .

If it is possible for an in-office surgical procedure (balloon rhinoplasty) be fun, Dr. Matheny and his assistants did just that. Every step reviewed in detail as he performed. From being chronically stopped up, I feel like when I breath in through my nose it exits out the back of my head.

Dr. Tseng took excellent care of my daughter and performed a perfect tonsillectomy surgery. We had great experience at Baylor Frisco and are so thankful for the wonderful results. I have used Collin Co. ENT and Dr. Kenny Carter for over 3 years, primarily for ear problems. The staff has been consistantly helpful and friendly to me. When I have had problems needing immediate attention and explained the need, have been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time to address the problem. I recommend Dr. Carter and his staff.

I was dealing with a prolonged ear infection when I was recommended to Dr. Littlejohn. He recommended specialized treatment for me and my infection was gone a week later. I definitely recommend Dr. Littlejohn.

Definitely a bad rate is because they are actually discrimination me and my husband that’s because we are deaf and can’t go in an appointment without an interpreter. Is this a joke? All I want is to get them to sign the paper and so I could get my Medicare. They have really bad attitude. They also told people (clinics) bad about me. Is that a professional? No. They finally let us in at 1pm which I had my own appointment. Ofc I do have life! They think we don’t! I canceled my own appointment to get this over. Finally, checked up. They charge me and my husband in total $450. Sound like rip off money. Never go there again.

The hearing aide center is always responsive and gets me in to fit my schedule. The audiologists that I have seen are very competent and helpful.

Dr. Littlejohn did my newborn daughters tongue tie revision in the hospital (Baylor Frisco). It was quick and painless - she didnt even cry - and they brought her right back, 2 or 3 minutes after they had taken her. She was tied through the tip of her tongue, and Dr. Littlejohn not only corrected the anterior tie, but caught the posterior tie as well. The wound was diamond shaped, which is a sign that the procedure was done right and thoroughly, I learned later, so I was very appreciative of his expertise. He was cheery and friendly, not like he was just being polite to keep up appearances, but like he really loves his job, so that was refreshing. 100% happy.

They didn’t help me with my problem...suggested I get a noise machine to help me smh!! I will not recommend anyone here.
