Dr. Holden was amazing! I really enjoyed my appointment because she was not only patient but took the time to explain everything to me. Pleasant experience. I was very concerned about what felt like a fist in my ear. I was referred to one doctor, but the receptionist there had a terrible impression. I found this gem (Audiology Providers) and was taken care of. The receptionist here was wonderful. She worked with urgency and I was seen quickly. The office is cute and so is the 🐶! Dr. Holden was straightforward, gentle, and listened to my concerns. Turns out it was just ear wax smudged on the drum. Easy clean out :) On the expensive side for something so simple. Should I ever need to see an audiologist for something major, I know where to go.

Friendly, personable folks and I was able to be seen pretty quickly for impressions for in ear monitors. I had to come back a second time because the monitor manufacturer could not use the first impressions. While that was inconvenient, I was not charged for the second impressions, and the Dr actually did two sets of impressions on my second visit to be sure I had a viable pair. Very much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Dr. Harmon. She is very caring and personable but also was very persistent and creative in getting my moms hearing aids working better. In addition, she set us up with a phone app that we could use to improve TV watching and phone conversations. This has greatingly improved my whole familys lives. I have been asking my wife to repeat herself for the past couple of years. She thought I was being inattentive. So, it was time for a hearing exam. Dr. Holden was referred by JH Audio in Florida, who was making in ear monitors for me. Dr. Holden performed a very thorough hearing diagnostic exam, and spent a great deal of time explaining my auditory deterioration and its causes. When the subject of hearing aids was mentioned, I thought I was too young and did not need them yet. Dr. Holden then spent another hour with me trying out hearing aids through a very comprehensive procedure that analyzed my audible frequency range, and boosted levels that I could not hear very well (like my wife’s lovely soft voice). The results were astonishing! I was convinced, and purchased hearing aids that can perform amazing functions that I can control with my mobile phone. I can hear things that I had not enjoyed for years. Her follow up care is included in the price, and it has been a great experience. Dr. Holden really takes her time with patients and really cares.

I have been working with Dr. Holden for almost 5 years, and she, as well as her staff, have always done a great job!! They are very efficient and professional. Mostly however, she has helped me with my hearing loss problem!

I received excellent service from my 1st visit until now. Very good at explaining the product and advising which was best for my type of hearing loss. I was a little leery when she said they could help my loss of hearing since I had been told for years it could not be corrected. She was right these did correct in most situations. Hearing Aids are very expensive so make sure you understand what is needed for your particular issue.

Was there to be measured for In Ear Monitors (Im a musician). The whole process was easy and Dr. Sargent quite personable. The manufacturer appreciated how precise my ear impressions were. (your canals have to be filled with hardening foam) Excellent experience overall, and I highly recommend this clinic. Im a client going forward.

Please dont waste your hard earned money on hearing aids without the best audiologist. Jamie Holden is the best. This is my second expensive pair of hearing aids. My first was a disaster as the follow up is as important as the aids themselves. If you dont have wonderful follow up your expensive aids will not preform at there very best.

Ive worn hearing aids for 20 years and seen several different audiologists in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas. Dr. Jamie is the most thorough and knowledgeable. From her testing to her recommendations of hearing aid brands to her knowledge of caring for aids to keep them in good working order. If I moved to Alaska, Id fly to Texas to see Dt. Jamie, thats how good she is.

Dr. Holden was very good in answering all of our questions and explaining all of the steps and everything thats involved in getting hearing aids for the first time. She is very knowledgeable, polite, and congenial. Her office is very peaceful and easy to find.

I have had the pleasure of being under the care of these group of professionals many months now and I have had noting but great experiences with the staff and with Jamie. They all are a warm and caring group of professionals who provide the utmost in care and service. I am a relatively young old man and the thought of having hearing aids was not something I wanted to face. I have been wearing hearing aids for years and I made an appointment with Dr. Holden to consider an upgrade. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by the friendly office staff and completed an evaluation that was based on my specific issue. Receiving the intake paperwork via email prior to my appointment, cut back on my time in the waiting room.Once my comprehensive hearing testing was complete, I was introduced to Dr. Holden. I suffer with tinnitus and Dr. Holden was very knowledgeable regarding the condition and the latest technology to address the constant ringing in my ears.Dr. Holden not only configured the new hearing aids to demonstrate the various features, but she also provided a simulation experience. This included creating a sound environment that I might encounter at a very busy restaurant. The opportunity to hold a conversation in this simulated environment allowed me to immediately identify the effectiveness of the new equipment compared to hearing aids I were wearing.The bottom line is that this was a great experience and I would recommend Dr. Holden, without hesitation.

Very nice folks and the Dr. is very experienced. However, to say they are overpriced is an understatement. They are roughly 300% higher than Costco. Quoted price was $7398 .Costco had a very comparable product for $2600. Prices are non-negotiable...watch out for the non-refundable $200 thing at the end. Better bang for the buck elsewhere.

At 31 years old, getting a hearing aid wasnt something I thought I would need to do, but I got a hearing test and found out I had mild loss in my left ear. Dr. Holden took great care of me! She took the time to review my hearing test, answer all of my questions, and genuinely listen to all of my concerns and the issues I was experiencing before providing me with a few different options she thought would work best for my hearing loss.On the third visit, we did the Real Ear Measures and everything was spot on! There was no pressure involved at all in the process and the prices were reasonable. In the end, I wound up with the Widex Evoke 440 due to their awesome tinnitus progrom and it was the best decision ever! I havent heard this clearly or not had issues with tinnitus in years! I highly recommend Dr. Holden and Audiology Providers to anyone needing to get a hearing aid!
