Dr. Younas was very professional and most of all Explained the why behind his treatment plan. My husband is in good hands with this physician and his front staff were kind and very personable. You can tell that Dr. Younas is very compassionate and educated on his specialty, I would recommend him to anyone looking for pain relief.

I have been a patient of Texas Partners for almost 2 years now and love Dr Younas, he’s a phenomenal physician and I get injections by him. I would have given them 5 stars because of Dr Younas but his RUDE STAFF is why I left only one star!! I see him at his Frisco location but he does my injections at his Denton location. The front desk lady at frisco Belinda is so rude! Every time I’m due for a med refill and I come in Dr Younas always forgets to send it in until I call and complain! When I call she answers and speaks to me in the most degrading tone as if I’m asking so much of her just to get my meds sent in… they should hire someone more kind and that actually smiles because it’s the first thing we see when we come in/ call.

Why doesn’t Dr Younas address complaints about his staff? He’s losing patients because of it.

Dr Younas is the most incredible doctor! He is extremely caring, compassionate and really listens to your problems and try’s to put himself in your shoes. He genuinely cares about the helping his patients and giving them a better quality of life with less pain. I couldn’t continue pursuing my passions or even live normal in my day to day life without my chronic back pain hindering me from doing so, but ever since I started seeing Dr Younas ive been able to live a normal life again without suffering from my pain in everything I do.

I highly recommend Dr. Younas, he is an incredible doctor who cares so much about his patients. With being diagnosed with crps back in 2013, I have seen my fair share of doctors. And I have never met any doctor who has been so incredibly compassionate and has fought so hard for my health/quality of life. He has gone above and beyond to help me with this disease and to help reduce my pain. He has done my treatments since last year, even with my back pain as well and had amazing results. He also has an excellent staff that has been so helpful as well.

I have been seeing Dr Younas who is so wonderful.However, every time I am due for a refill on my meds I have to call in & leave a message with the medical assistant. She never calls me back & so I go w/o my meds every time for days.I just had surgery & was told not to have the surgeon give me any pain meds. That they would continue to help me with that. So I didn’t get any after my surgery & called the medical assistant to refill my meds on Thursday. I have been without any of my meds since Thursday & never received a call from her or anything.Today is Monday & I called her again & she was fighting me on refilling my meds & said she will get with Loretta. I should have let my surgeon give me meds for my pain. I have been miserable all weekend long.

I went to the Denton office off Colorado with my wife a week ago who was their patient, I was her driver. The front desk lady at reception was coughing the entire 3 hours i was there, and with Covid going on I was bewildered they would allow an employee at a medical office with a COUGH during COVID to work front desk!!! I do not remember her name, she did not give it to us but her hair was in a pony tail and she was a smaller female with brown hair and I believe I overheard someone call her issel. I REFUSE to bring my wife back to texas partners which allows sick employees that greet patients at the front with a nasty sounding cough. They do not care about safety!!!! She probably had covid!!!

The staff is amazing...Belinda at the front is super kind and understanding. Im truly thankful fo all the support that my husband is receiving.. Dr Younus bedside manners are one of a kind he truly cares and it shows....

I have been seeing Dr Younas and his amazing PA Loreta for years now. They were there with me before and after my 360 fusion. The are some of the most CARING doctors that you could come across. The front office is great as well as Kim the manager! They have helped me in some of the hardest times! If your looking for great caring office then make a appointment with Dr Younas! The doctor scheduled me for the first appointment of the day at 1 o’clock arrived with a friend Per instruction. Appointment was then changed to 130 because the doctor was late. Attempted to get refill sent it didn’t come through until after six pm. Attempted to reach office staff numerous times in order to have frequency of dosage changed to allow prescription to be picked up, no one returns phone calls, and no one answered the phone.The anesthesiologist Ryan was fantastic

Loretta is one of a kind. She takes the time with her patients to explain and make sure they understand no matter how much time it takes. I came to her with chronic migraines , after many years of many different doctors, and endless appointments with no relief. So its safe to say that i was pretty miserable and discouraged by the time i made it to her office a little over 4 months ago. Since then I feel so much better, with her compassion and knowledge of how to treat me, she has literally given me my life back!! The office staff is kind and very responsive. I highly recommend this office.

I was referred here by my headache doctor I went into the doctors office not even in a exam room on my first and only appointment everything was going good until he found out i have humana as insurance he said his staff members at front desk make more money then what he get paid by humana for my visit.So he wrote me a prescription I called several times left message because my insurance requires prior authorization so no one called me back I went to office I was told none of their doctors will call in prescriptions for meds.Do not go here all they care about is money he didnt care about me or my medical problems so now I have a prescription I cant do anything with and wasted my time going there.

Please read this review! I only visit the pain management side of the building* I am a very complex patient with a long list of issues and conditions. I know the frustration and doom that chronic daily pain brings 💗 Dr. Younas and Loretta Pytka look past my young age (24) and really listen to my complaints! This is very hard to find and I am so blessed to have doctors that really care. I may not have an answer yet to exactly what is causing my pain, but they are doing everything they possibly can to figure it out! Meanwhile they help me manage the pain in various ways. I have done everything from ketamine infusions, spine injections, various medications, referrals to other specialists, imaging, pain patches, ketamine cream etc. at this office. They really try to give you the best relief for the areas that you need help. They are patient, kind, and each have a different approach to suit your needs. I would not be comfortable seeing a different pain management office!

The Doctor was tentative to the needs and concerns I had. I didn’t fell rushed. The best part of the visit was that I wasn’t stuck in a exam room. I was taken directly to his really nice office and examined there. Very professional doctor and staff!

He is a great dr. He saw my husband at a moments notice when he saw he was in a lot of pain. Mind you I was coming out of a procedure. He got him in for his own procedure with the week. I dont know of any doctor that would do that. He really seems to care.

Pain has been a very big part of my life for just over 20 years. I learned quickly to research and question everything and everyone! Ive had too many injections to count, PT year round, five surgeries....still getting worse. I dont like pills, so Ive mastered suffering. The way I ended up with Dr. Younas was by a mix up with appointments. Dr. Pytka, who was so much help in June, I was back to see her and one of the TP Dr. I left with something I havent had in some time.....HOPE! And a long term plan. Im being too wordy, but if you know chronic pain on an intimate level, you have to meet these people. Simple as that. (They even have an ex-chronic sufferer who works there FT!) I am a disabled veteran who was injured in Iraq. I have had 3 back surgeries since I was medicated from Iraq to launch stool Germany in 2009 for my first surgery (that was unsuccessful). Putting that aside... I have never met a doctor that cares so much for his patients. Not only is he an amazing man, very compassionate, and considerate... but ACTUALLY listens to you. And takes what the patient says into consideration and goes above and beyond to comfort, support, and correctly diagnose the issue. And then does whatever needs to be done to ACTUALLY rectify the issue and fix the problem. He’s actually a human being, which is so hard to find these days. Because in my opinion and with all the encounters with doctors over the years... they just want your money. But he wants to fix the problem. He has a good heart! And I am so greatful for him.However his staff, is inappropriate, rude, condescending, in my opinion stupid and they don’t know how to do your their job. I was supposed to have a procedure done by Dr.Younas on 06/11/2020 at 9:45 in the morning. I had never been so happy. But it never happened because of his staff. They didn’t book my appointment right and refused to do their job and look up my Tricare Insurance, I even had a psyc evaluation (that was approved and sent to their office twice) but they said they never received it and were waiting on a completely different doctors approval (who had nothing to do with my procedure I was supposed to get) so I never got it and am stuck in pain until “they can fit me into their calendar” now... my world was shattered because of their incompetence and disrespect.I am an extremely good judge of character... and I love Dr. Younas! One of the best doctors I have ever seen. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND SEEING HIM!!! But be warned about his staff, because they suck!

I have been a Patient of Dr Y for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and has always offered good suggestions to help. I have multiple sclerosis and unpredictable neuropathic painThe office is brand new , The staff is very Friendly and they always do a great job getting me in and out quickly. I have never waited more than five minutes to see the doctor.

From Loreta to Dr. Hong and Dr. Younas. Texas Partners has been a great practice and amazing team in fighting to get back to some semblance of a normal life. Everyone had always been willing to go the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of . Especially with my hectic schedule of traveling outside the country for work , this medical team has always made sure I was taken care of. I don’t think I could ask for a better team. From the young ladies at the desk to the owner , this is simple the best Pain Management team I’ve had. Always trying to figure out something new when the current treatment plan loses its effectiveness. I could go on but my point is Texas Partners has made the last several years of my life so much better then I ever thought possible. I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone wanting a great and efficient, chance of returning to a normal life when dealing with chronic pain. Dr. Younas, Dr. Hong, Doc Loreta, and all the support staff thank you for giving me the best opportunity and chance to lead a normal life.! My only complaint is that Dr. Younas still won’t take me up on my offer to take him hunting or shooting. We have to change that Doc.

I was having very bad knee problems was hurting all the time could not bend down on my knee or keep it bent for very long I went to doctor Kirkland he said he could help me he sent me to have it MRI came back and he told me about PRP so I did everything you told me had to PRP done it was amazingly fast and no problems whatsoever within days of having it done absolutely no pain started getting better flexibility I can even get down on the floor and crawl on my knees with my grandson this has been amazing if I had to do it all over again I absolutely would and I would use doctor Kirkland,Dr Kirkland and his staff are great.

I havent been seeing Dr.Younas for very long but I already feel so comfortable with him and the rest of the staff. Everyone is caring, friendly and helpful. Procedure scheduling is super easy and the procedures Ive had done are quick and they take great care of you. Id recommend this location and doctor to anyone looking for a pain management specialist.

Dr Younas went out of his way to see me. He was already out of office for the day. I called at 1pm and he returned to see me at 4. Great doc for sure. He uploaded my MRI and even showed me where my back pain was coming from. The office is brand new and everything was very nice on the inside. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful.

Has to be the worst run office in the metroplex.The lack of communication and information is astounding.My clinic was in Allen and they wanted me to travel to Coppell to take shots, be an hour early for the appointment. Basically a 4 hour ordeal where I would have to take off work 5 Mondays in a row. Of course they did not tell me it was in Coppell until after the 5 appointments were scheduled. I canceled it all. And this is because they cannot do injections in their clinics. A very simple procedure that I have had done in many clinics.That is just nuts.Too bad because I really liked Dr. Kirkland.

Dr. Younis has been very helpful in finding the root cause of my lower back pain. I have extensive issues with my Sciatic Nerve on both sides. I have already had one injection and having another one tomorrow. I have developed a strong comfort level with him after discussing all of my options when it comes to the health of my back. I cannot tolerate steroids but he has provided an alternative medication for my injection that I think will be beneficial to my condition. His staff is always friendly and accommadating when it comes to scheduling. I would highly recommend Dr. Younis for your pain management needs.

This has been a stressful year for me and to make matters worse my doctor moved to a practice where I couldn’t follow. I was in extreme pain due to a herniated disc in my back that was causing sciatica pain down my leg. Dr Younas was able to identify the problem and after getting some injections in my back I’m now totally pain free. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience.

I sought treatment for chronic neck pain when I moved to Texas from Dr. Younas. On one of my first visits he stated sincerely that he wanted to help alleviate my pain at the root cause and not just mask symptoms with medication. Dr. Younas is my quality of life-saver! I was having extreme pain in my lower back that would shoot down my leg, so he had me get an MRI. The results showed no significant findings, but Dr. Younas took the time to thoroughly review the images and discovered the cause of my pain. He made me feel so comfortable and explained my issue in a way I could understand. I thought it would take forever to get an injection, but his staff worked their magic and squeezed me in before the end of that week, for an injection. Not only is he a great doctor, his staff and office are amazing as well!

First and foremost I would like to rave about the staff in this office. Shari is so pleasant and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me get my mother in the office. She got my mom a wheelchair because my moms back hurts her so bad that she couldn’t walk up the ramp. She Seemed genuinely concerned for my mom. Zohal is the receptionist and super friendly. She is very professional and she has a great sense of of style. (Loved her pants!) She was also very helpful in getting all of my moms health info together and coordinating next appointments for my mom.The office is beautiful and very clean. They have yummy coffee available to make while you wait. However, we did not wait long at all, in the waiting room or the treatment room. Dr. Younas saw us fast. He is a very confident physician who really set my mom at ease. I was very pleased with his mannerism. Very friendly, honest and to the point. We really appreciate that. He spent a lot of time talking to my mother, getting to know her. He earned her trust as a friend first. That is so important to my mother. Thank you Dr. Younas for the time you spent with her. Sorry this is so long, but if you need a pain management doctor I highly recommend this office.

This doctor almost injected me in the wrong area! Went in for injection for my neck, and he was about to inject my lower lumbar. Thank goodness I was still awake!

Dr. Younas is excellent at procedures, his office just lacks ability in the billing department and follow up calls. I’ve left two voicemails in 2 days asking them to call Walgreens to provide a Doctors authorization for a script Dr. Younas wrote for me. I’ve spoke with Kim today, received no follow up call. Last night after leaving a voicemail, I called around 2pm today because no one had called me back or acknowledged receiving my message. I’ve had other issues of waiting times. All in all, Dr. Younas is great, it’s just time to expand the practice or say your no longer accepting new patients until the front office and billing catches up.

Let me start by saying I have been put through the mill with pain management doctors and hated going until I found this amazing man that goes by Dr. Younas/Frisco.From the moment I stepped into Dr. Younas’ front office area the staff treated me kindly, respectfully and promptly. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never have to wait and the atmosphere in the office is calming and makes you feel like your home. When I first met Dr. Younas he was a gently spoken kind man that gave me an overwhelming feeling that I had found my dr finally. He answers all your questions thoroughly and he is empathetic & sympathetic, he is very understanding and goes above and way beyond what I consider to be expectected. He consideres what insurance your on and what they will need from us. He has connections that he calls right there in front of you that he thinks may be able to help you get (in my case a wheelchair) or someone that might be able to give you THE BEST physical therapy. These people aren’t part of his staff. He has seen the result of their work and approves their exceptional quality so he passes this information onto his patients so if they’re needing durable medical equipment or therapy and even more he can point you in the right direction at the very least.Dr. Younas is the kindest most “real” doctor I have found. He’s very easy and relaxing to talk to and he will give it to you straight forward. He is a breath of fresh air in a sea of P.M doctors that have lost their ability to care, their involvement and quite honestly their bedside manner went out the window a while ago -if they ever had it at all. Dr Younas is a blessing. I don’t dread going to my P.M. appt anymore. I love my dr and his staff. They go above and beyond as well. And they truly care about your circumstances and want to help you any way they can—and do!If you are looking for a P.M. Dr. and just don’t have a clue or , like me you’ve been through so much with them that you’re scared to have to meet another for fear of being disappointed again...Your search is over. You will not only love it at Dr. Younas’ office in Frisco (we drive an hour to see him) and it is totally worth it but you will have finally found your P.M. Dr for life or however long you need him. This is where your search stops. He is the kindest, sweetest, most well mannered and the different situations he has worked with have added hands on experience that you don’t really get from a book (although he has numerous Degrees/Masters, certificates and things on his walls that prove he also has that knowledge too. He just knows how to fix us and if we’re beyond fixing and need surgery- then he sends us to a Neurosurgeon (in my case)that he trusts.Sorry this is so long but I seldom do reviews. I have to feel very strongly about the person or subject for me to do this either for or against. I think Dr. Younas is my first “pro” review I’ve ever done. My husband and I are both at that age where old age sets in and brings new health problems I had been dealing with horrible back pain due to osteoarthritis and my husband with a bulging disc problem. This is the time of our lives where we are wanting to travel and just enjoy retirement. Went to a Neurosurgeon and was referred to Dr. Baber Younas, MD. Surgery is always the last resort so both my husband and I have had the shots. We are going into months with our shots and are at a point of feeling no pain. It was my very first visit to Dr. Baber Younass Legacy drive location and I was highly impressed and enjoyed my visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and allowed me to ask any number of questions and I never felt rushed through my visit. Unlike other doctors I have visited in the past, he had a big screen monitor in his office on which I could see my medical charts & thus exactly what he was looking at. This helped me to better understand my medical situation (very innovative indeed). I also found him to be very humble and friendly and dummied down his explanations to my level of medical understanding. Zola at the reception desk was also very professional and friendly. I can confidently recommend this doctor and this particular location as I feel you will not be disappointed (as long as the doctor & staff continue doing things the same way once they get busier). Dr. Younas and his team are fantastic. Ive been dealing with back and neck pain (6 herniated discs) for more than 10 years. Dr. Younas could tell how much pain I was in and has worked out a treatment plan to relieve that pain. Were halfway there and the difference is real.A great doctor is terrific to find, and the experience is made even better by an incredibly dedicated staff. They are high organized, fully digital, dont waste your time with filling out form after redundant form, and most importantly, care about you just as much as Dr. Younas.I am specifically grateful that Zohal, the office lead, was able to help me out on multiple occasions with quickly getting into an MRI, finding and getting in with an amazing physical therapy team, and, on one occasion, rescheduling my 2nd round of injections the day before by reaching out to other patients to see if they would switch times with me.In all, Ive rarely found this level of professionalism and care in the medical community, and when I do, Im all to happy to share. From The first Call to Inquire about the process of the visit Ms. Shari MA as extremely professional with a pleasant Voice, she was not rude at all , Extremely patience. Then we arrive and Ms Zohal front office lady was kind and good customer service. My Husband Jeff Rodriguez was extremely in pain and bad health barely able to walk. Then Dr Baber Younas listen carefully to us , He was patience hearing our long tragedy due pain spine . He was patience and you see in his body language He cares. He let my husband speak I spanish while I was translating all the health history and the reason we were here. Dr Baber Younas was knowledgeable but The way trueful .He told us his plan to help Jeff. He examine Jeff and care. Not only his talk to us clearly but upfront. But De Younas care for us as people as human been and our hardship trying to find affordable plan for us. Dr. Younas provides excellent patient care and takes the time to truly understand and discuss a patients concerns. I have had very negative experiences with multiple pain management doctors in the past and so I was reluctant to visit another, but after my first visit with Dr. Younas, I feel so relieved and more hopeful than ever before. I feel very comfortable speaking with him in depth about my pain and potential treatments. He is very professional while also being accommodating and compassionate. My health insurance plan isnt commonly in-network with most pain management doctors and I found the process of finding a doctor very frustrating. I am so grateful for Dr. Younas dedication to providing care for as many people (with a variety of insurance plans) as possible Dr. Younas is an exceptional doctor and I would recommend him to anyone suffering from chronic pain because he truly cares about his patients and their well-being.

I had a knee procedure last week with Dr. Younas and he definatly made it a better experience with the given situation. As I only wanted local anesthisia, he talked me through step by step and helped keep me calm as he was very thoughtful and caring.The procedure was very smooth and I barely felt anything. The staff were great and even called to check up on me the next day.I normally avoid going to doctors but Dr. Younas changed my mind on that. Thank you
