Nicest most considerate staff!I had issues with the lab orders from my doctor and the staff was so helpful in trying to help me!I also notified them that I typically faint when I get bloodwork done and they were extra careful to make sure I got everything I needed and were so sweet. So thank you to Ms. Janice and Kiera (I didnt see her badge, but believe its Kiera).

Horrible service. Both for myself and my 1 year old son. Dr offices can always get his vein right away. Quest phlebotomist stuck mt son for 30 minutes without success. Will not answer phone calls. Not staffed properly ever. Unprofessional.

I got 1 tube of blood drawn and the process was so smooth and easy. Mrs. Janice the Phlebotomists was so so so nice and kept my thoughts off of getting blood drawn with a friendly conversation!

I arrived at the facility for routine blood work as a walk-in patient as had previous times. When I arrived, there was not a soul in the facility, so I checked in via the terminal. First question on the terminal was if I had an appointment or was I a walk-in. I selected walk-in and continued checking in. After sitting in the lobby for 15-20 minutes someone finally came out from the back and informed me walk-ins were not accepted and I need an appointment. I cant believe with all the business Quest has, the phlebotomist has to do every thing including trying to run the front desk. Very unprofessional. I wish I had other options.

I get blood drawn here multiple time a year since 2016 and have never head a bad experience. I almost always get the same lady and she has me in and out in minutes! Im not sure what her name is but she looks about 30? Shes funny and listens to me cuz I have juicy veins but they sometimes roll or theyre at weird angles. I tell her the angle and boom. Teamwork makes the dream work! They make getting bloodwork done fast and easy and painless. I may be covered in tattoos but I hate needles and already have to stick myself twice a day. Definitely recommend this location. Longest wait was 20 minutes but they had 3 walk ins that got there around the same time so understandable.

My doctor asked me to get routine blood work done a few months ago but told me to wait until it was safe. My follow up appointment is next week, and it has never really gotten to a point where I felt safe. I scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. this morning and the process was great. there was a self check-in and you are able to wait in your car until you are called. I was the only one in the waiting room and only encountered two other people in passing as I was going in the door and they were leaving. They take your temperature and are in head-to-toe PPE to protect you and themselves. Everyone was very nice, caring and professional. I felt very safe going to my appointment.

He would not help me because they do not take walk-in patients. I told him that the website didnt indicate that, but he didnt care. He refused to help me, even though the facility was completely empty. Very unprofessional.

I had to get poked 3 times today for my testing and Tamika made it a nice experience. Shes very sweet and Im thankful for her kindness. I hate getting lab work done but this place made it a better experience.

3 straight years I came to this location for my annual blood test. The service I received was always the same : professional, friendly, expeditious. This year, Kay, the nurse who took my blood (all 9 tubes of it!) was wonderful. She finished it before i realized it was done. My veins were hard to find but she got it right the first time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I strongly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!!

Janice the phlebotomist was fantastic! She let me hold my 6 month old while she drew her blood. She was able to do it in one sticks. My baby cried much more on the way there than she did during the blood draw.

I have been to this location several times and wanted to say that this location has the friendliest staff. I have had a very good experience every time that I have come. Thank you as I know that with this pandemic your job is not that easy.

I have my blood drawn 4 or more times a year, usually at this Quest. My veins are hard to see and I have had some bad experiences, but never at Friendswood Quest. The workers are polite, efficient, and do painless work

Often having blood drawn is not a good experience because I have very small veins, but Tamika is excellent! She checked my veins and quickly decided to use a vein on my forearm rather at the elbow. One stick, no prodding! Not only does she know what to do when people have small veins, but she was professional, courteous, and efficient. Thank you, Tamika, for providing a good experience for me!

Janice was so helpful with my dad getting orders from out of state and making him feel comfortable with Covid.

Ms Washington was great with my young son on Friday! Our Doctor sent over the request and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but could not have had a better visit. We definitely go back in the future.

My son had his blood drawn today at the Friendswood branch and Tomeka was awesome. She was friendly and joking with him to ease his anxiety. She did a great job all the way around. She was quick and made it as painless as possible. We will come back to this location because of her!

I (Katrina) came here to get blood work done and let me just tell you that Tamika is a ROCK STAR! She was almost done before I even realized shed already poked me. NO pain was felt whatsoever. I will definitely be returning to this location.

The wait time was to be tested was acceptable but I wanted too how much longer tell I get the results because its been 5 days and they have a full voice message box and the phone only rang 3 times making me think they just declined the call. I called them at 9am an hour after they opened because I figured they wouldnt be overwhelmingly busy. It looks like Im going to have to go in in person just to get an update!! Thats why I gave them 1 star

Poor customer service.

Had to have blood drawn today. A lot of times it is hard for people to get blood from me for one reason or another. A lot of times they have to stick me in several different spots before they are able to get it. I have even been turned away and had to go else where. Anyway, today Ms. Tamica in the Friendswood office, had no problem at all. She was very nice, and very good at what she does. Thank you so much.

This place has been stellar during past visits. Today not so much. I picked up what I was supposed to yesterday & returned it as per instructions today. The directions given me said nothing about signing in. I get a phone call telling me I need to return. I do & them Im told you cant just drop things off, you have to sign & pay (though they have the insurance information). No one said anything about signing & paying when I picked up. Only told to drop off this morning. You want patients to give good reviews, you give good instructions.

I sat for over a half an hour only to find out they did not have any paperwork from my Dr. I contacted my Dr. and was told they sent the request 3 times and had 3 confirmations. Then they called Quest and was told their fax machine was broke. I tried to call Quest and was not able to even leave a message because their voicemail box was full. Absolutely ZERO customer service and worst is, THEY DONT EVEN CARE!!! Good thing there are options because I will never go back there!

No receptionist. Would not answer the phone when I called multiple times. I called to verify that the lab orders were faxed because the day before there was a mix up and they did not have the correct orders. So I get here after calling several times and try to ask if they had received the orders... I get a rude... well check when we get to the name... Like I have all day to make sure and call the doctors to correct if its wrong... Just trying to be proactive people... Ill never come here again. I bumped this up to three stars because they did really well with my daughter who freaks out getting her blood drawn.... Maybe 3.5...

I cant remember when I visited last, but the nicest phlebotomist took my blood! Her name was Alicia and she was absolutely SUPER-DUPER! When I have anyone stick me again, I hope its her!

I took my son for some blood work today and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes - it was great! Arlette did the work - she was very pleasant and my son barely felt the stick. All of the reviews complaining about the long wait are old - I think this location is very efficient now.

Worst place to go. I went & they were rude and said my doctor didn’t label it right. They wouldn’t call, but made me take back to doctor. Them my mom went to have blood drawn. She was poked at least 5 times & them sent out to wait some more and drink water to be prodded again. My hubby went today to drop off urine & again they say it’s not labeled right. Then ask for blood which he was already told by doc is unnecessary. He refuses and they make him wait almost an hour more. Never again!!!

Made an appointment online, arrived on time and was seen very quickly. Tamica Stewart was very professional and did an awesome job drawing blood. Will go back. Thanks Tamica!

This is the worst location Ive ever been to. TERRIBLE customer service! It shouldnt take an hour to give a blood sample. The lady was rude when I asked how long and told me they were running 10-20 minutes behind schedule. Drove all the way here on my lunch break only to have to drive to another location once Im off. Such an inconvenience. Hire more people who can do their job more efficiently.

Took an hour once in the room. They could not figure the computer out, then they could not figure the labels out, then they could not figure out how to draw my blood. then I received a call from my doctors office letting me know that they did not freeze one of my tubes so I had to go back. Then the runaround begin again. I will never return to this location

Blood work done on Thurs. Aug, 27, 2015. The tech was Carolyn. She did an excellentjob, was very knowledgeable and efficient and very professional in undertaking herduties. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Tamica was very sweet and when she drew my blood i didnt even cry! The place was clean and neat, i was in and out in 10 minutes or less, seriously!!

I do blood test every 2 months due to health problems but this time they had to take 18 tubes and I have really small vains. Went to webster location they hurt my arm and I ran away with really bad experience. I came to this location, Leonora was my nurse and she was amazing!!!! Super nice professional I didnt feel nothing didnt hurt me at all!!! If u are scared like me from blood test ask for Leonora she is THE BEST!!!!

Ive been going twice a year and theres usually a little wait, even if Im the only person in there. Today, there were three of us waiting for over 30 minutes and a couple of other people who came in and left after waiting about 10 minutes. I was there to get blood drawn and two people were dropping specimens off. After 30 minutes one of the men dropping off specimens opened and closed the doors a bunch of times to get their attention and they turned the door chime off! I had to leave to go back to work. Worst customer service.

I had an 8:45 appt. Checked in successfully and waited. After about an hour of watching people with appointments after me being called, I asked the technicians about my appointment. They said I was no on their list and to check in as a walk in. They then proceed to call the next patient with a 10 AM appt. No explanation or effort to help. There was no receptionist (there was 6 months ago). Very poor service.One odd thing... they did call someone by first name that was mine. Someone got up. Then exited a couple minutes later. I suspect the patient got up in error. I suspect they just cleared my name as a result.Looking for another lab.

Tamica was a joy! Had to take my 73 yr old dad in and she was very quick and did a great job.
