Took my son there for the blood test. We had appointment and everything is smooth and nice. The only thing is they lost our son’s sample so the doctor office didn’t receive the test result. The doctor office needed to call them to ask and they said they didn’t run the test and will contact the patient to re-draw the blood. But I haven’t received any call for a week and have to take my son to another location for blood test. That’s so unprofessional!

Ive been told I likely have a kidney disease. My specialist ordered lab work. I chose Quest on Winding Way in Friendswood. The woman, who seemed to be in charge, was terribly rude and argumentative when they said no order was sent from my doctor, but as I was on the phone with my doctors office, Quest had made a mistake. Rather than apologize, the woman blamed me saying I spelled my name wrong somewhere. This woman is not cut out for such a position. A little common decency and empathy is lost on this person. I will not be back!

Went in for my appointment, was promptly taken through the intake process, the tech seamlessly stuck my arm and I was out of there in about 15 minutes.

If youre at all concerned about the ongoing pandemic, Id select another location. Basically the only precaution that is being taken is the wearing of masks. You cant make an appointment. You sign in on a clipboard using the pen everyone before you has used (you have to lift a laminated sheet to do so) and wait your turn. The waiting room is very small with some overflow seating in the lobby. I checked online before arriving & the website said one minute wait. This was inaccurate info. My wait was about 30 minutes. Initially there was only one person working in the clinic. She had to enter your info into the computer as well as draw your blood. About halfway through my wait, another employee arrived which helped make things go quicker. It did not appear that the chair you sit in to have your blood drawn is cleaned between patients at all. The staff is courteous & efficient. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did so painlessly. If I have to use Quest lab again, Ill try a different location.

The phlebotomist who was there when I arrived was the absolute WORST. She stuck me twice and didnt get in my veins neither time. On my last stick, she went in one way and the tip of the needle came out of my arm in a different area. I HAVE NEVER had that to happen. She was about to stick me the third time, but I wouldnt let her. My arm is now bruised. The worst part of it is... she never apologized.

I checked online today before arriving to make an appointment, there was nothing available, but the wait time was only 5 min for a walk-in. I arrived around 1:50 pm for routine blood work, only to be turned away by the worker because she was cutting off appointments for the day because she is not allowed to work overtime and they close at 2 pm. I told her that I specifically checked online before leaving and the website indicated a 5 min wait, otherwise I wouldnt have headed up there. She didnt care and refused to help me because she said that she wouldnt get paid overtime. Very unprofessional!!!

Incompetent. Sent in a sample that was full & visibly positive. (Ill save you the details as to exactly what) But, their results came back as negative... only way that happened is the tech didnt actually examine it.

Always friendly and get it the first time. Walk in and parking available. Hours have changed from 8 to 12.

ZERO STARS EVERY QUEST LOCATION IS TERRIBLE HATE THIS PLACE
