Dr vang is the MOST caring doctor I’ve ever had on medical. If I had insurance I would still want her! My kids like her but I felt she was a friend. I hear she is really sick I pray the Lord bless her like she blessed other truly a light on a hill❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Have 2 broken ankles and in need of surgery and meds to get by. Didnt even look at my feet nor knew what foot had what damage. To top it off he prescribed me naproxen like Im having a toothache or cramps... I will not be returning here nor will I refer anyone else to go there. Also seen a roach in the waiting room. 7/8/21

Highly don’t recommend this place. Doctors and workers there are very unprofessional and clueless. Workers also have very nasty attitudes and don’t know how to do their job. Some girl was weighing me and didn’t even out the scale completely and wrote my weight down as 133 when I’m really 126 I told her that the scale isn’t even out and she just told me that’s fine 😡😑 The doctor Vang I see she can never give me a solution or answer when I visit them to. Most time I’m the one diagnosing myself or giving her suggestions to who she should recommend me to go see Smfh. I’m always leaving the office with a “you’ll be fine just go home and rest” when I’m really not fine and end up in the ER later. The Wait time is ridiculously even with an appointment I still have to wait almost 2 hours just to be seen for 5 minutes. In the process of looking for a new office.

Honestly the only two professional people in this place were Jasmine(Hasmik) and Arpi.The front desk is unbelievable. they are incredibly unprofessional.i have two elder parents that have sicknesses and it would take weeks sometimes months for them to send over referral to the doctor appointments. you call them they always put you on long holds and don’t pick up and when they pick up during the 10th time of you calling, they never give you the answer.they put everyone in a position to be rude to them.I highly don’t recommend this clinic, because they are not professional, or they just need to change their entire front desk! i don’t care either way thankfully I found another physicians office for my parents.

Receptionists are rude and wait time is awful! Their office is super clean! Even their restrooms! Everything is clean... lobby, exam rooms, restrooms!

DO NOT have your loved ones get their care from this clinic. They have poor quality care and their staff are not professional at all. Their communication is very poor and they do not provide accurate diagnosis of their patients. If I can give ZERO stars, I would. Not recommended.

Ive been coming here for yrs. You would think ive learned my lesson... the girls in the front desk are totally medically challanged. Ive always waited 2hrs before they even call my name. Im so tired of how they handle patients. They need medical trained front desk stuff that will actually work. Instead of talking & on personal cell phone when doctors arent looking. Its so sad for the actual doctors not knowing that their staff makes them & their Credentials look BAD.

Nice and friendly receptionists. Helpful and friendly nurses. Clean office. The two dr. That ive seen have been very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns, and coming to my health they are doing a very good job. I have no problem with anyone working here they are very friendly and nice to talk too.👍👍

If I could put no stars on this review, I would. The workers are extremely rude and ghetto! You will have to wait 1 hour after your original appointment time to actually be seen. I do not recommend coming here to be seen by a doctor. Horrible! Absolutely horrible!🤬

Ive read the reviews and my experience with the Dr was great. She will send you out for testing if need be. And do follow ups.Its the front desk that is real bitchy. They dont do their job. They dont want to be there please find a new job. You can ask them to fax something it never makes it. You can ask them a question theyll drag you on. Until the office close. I Went In Today With An Appointment And As I Was Signing In Their Was A Gentlemen Standing On The Opposite Side Of The Counter And I Noticed He Was Sweating Profusely And Had Flu Symptoms And He Told The Receptionist That He Wanted To Reschedule His Appointment And Go Home and Go To Bed And The Receptionist Said To Wait A Minute And He Would Be seen ,Meanwhile She Did Not ask Him To ware A Mask . and I think this put a lot of patients at risk And I Refused To Go Sit In The Waiting Room While He Had Flu Symptoms and the Receptionist Said That I could ware a mask , But I Am not The one Who Is Sick . . And Then She Said I Could Wait Outside I Felt I Was Done Unjustly. And If I Were Sick I Would Ware a mask. And The Receptionist Are Getting Way To Comfortable In their Jobs And Very Laid back, They really Dont Act Like They Care.

1.0 star rating 3/22/2017AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.The medical staff was rude and unprofessional. I came with a medical concern and left with nothing despite paying an $85 consultation fee. The clinic refused to issue a refund, so I filed a dispute with my bank. In addition, I submitted a complaint with BBB and the medical board.There are much better and cheaper medical clinics in Fresno where you will be treated like a human being. Do your research.

Saw two very dismissive doctors on two occasions. Lifting items causing days of severe pain earned me an eye roll and sigh. And yes, the girl at the front is very rude.

I had an appointment at 12 noon it is 206 and Im still sitting in the waiting room. I will be switching Dr very soon. Last time I was here I waited 3 hours. This time they also lost part of my lab results and had me redue them. My chart was never sent to the back. Horrible service. Fresno Shields Medical Center you need to hire staff that can schedule properly or get more Dr to help with the amount of patients you have.Update: dont go here. Find a different Dr. They almost killed me!

They don’t care about patients I tried telling NP I have pain on my back & my legs go numb & tingle also my mid back & close to shoulder hurt where the shoulder blade is. They sent me to do a lower back X-ray & shoulder one. No where near where my pain is. Also I went in after an Er visit that showed blood in my urine they didn’t mention anything & told me to go to my funk for pelvic pain & abdominal pain. I went my gyno showed everything fine after testing. Then I couldn’t deal with the pain & went to an urgent care where they found blood in my Urine & a stomach infection. I went in today & of course there’s Nothing wrong with me according to them. They didn’t even check my back to see where the pain is coming from. I arrived at 10 my appointment was at 11:30 to make sure they had my records for the hospital & the c day results & got called in near to 12. Oh & due to my gyno stating I needed an abdominal ultrasound now they’re doing one but I have to wait for them to give me a call back. Absolutely ridiculous never in my life have I felt like I didn’t matter to a dr. Or NP the point of them studying is to help but they don’t even care. Do NOT go to this place I will definitely see about seeing someone else that actually listens to me & checks where my pain is.

My husband has been going to this doctor for a couple of years now never had bad experience with them.

I went to this clinic for over 2 1/2 ears.Only could see a doctor on Mondays.3-4 months between appointments, never the same doctor twice.Last visit the doctor(drunk) assured me my hear, liver and anxiety drugs would be refilled.That was an out right lie.I am a terminal..The refuse to give me the Xanax. 0.2 amount 12.Even though the Hospital ordered them.The PA who see you act like everyone is out for pills to get high.One of THE WORST HELP, .Be warned.Double appointments.

Please do your search before going to this place and dont hurt yourself by going to this clinic. I wented for follow up to see my blood test result but after waiting 3 hours I had been told they lost my result so they would schedule me for another appointment. I went there again and after discovering that I have several problems I asked the NP named Moniqueto to send me to a specilist, however she refused and she said she can treat my case without referring me to the specilist. Then I was waiting to schedule another app at the front desk I heard the NP Monique talked to other stuffs about my case in details and she mentioned my name, age and ethnicity where everyone in the waiting room can listen to her. I got shocked because patients information have to be confidential by the law. I went to another doctor and after showing them my blood test result, they sent me to the specialist and marked my case as urgent. I will complain against Monique because human being is not for testing we are not lab mise to learn on us.

Should have read the other reviews. This place sucks.This place gets a lot of bad reviews. They say it SMELLS. They say theyre SLOW. They say its FILTHY. They say the staff is bumbling and ill equipped. THEYRE RIGHT. And the thing is, the staff their knows it. They know of all these negative reviews and they do nothing. NOTHING. I told them how awful their reviews are and they replied thank you. REPEAT: THEY KNOW THAT THEY HAVE CONTINUAL BAD SERVICE AND BAD REVIEWS AND THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.Do not go here. Im a young patient with access to the internet. I am able to look up any information on any medication I want at a moments notice. I am not a doctor and I can do this. The doctor I met (using the term liberally, she didnt even introduce herself, in fact, nobody introduced themselves and they spoke to me using the first names of people I dont know, like that annoying talkative girl that everyone right now is thinking of). THE GODDAMN PLACE SMELLED OF FLATULENCE, DIRT, AND FILTH. THE BATHROOMS WERE GOD-AWFUL-SMELLING. They are INSANELY SLOW. I brought in a list from the pharmacy to continue on all the same medication and she started out by telling me what she would not give me. When I asked why she said We just dont do that. The other doctors did. Well we dont. Why not? We just dont. The doctor tried to prescribe two migraine medications that I conflict with my other medication, a fact I found out from a psychiatrist. This doctor had no idea that the medications counter-act with each other AT ALL. Even after I explained she tried to give me a similar medication WITH THE SAME CHEMICALS THAT CONFLICT. Not to mention that I had to explain at least 3 times that the medication makes me vomit. Did I mention that THIS DOCTORS OFFICE SMELLS OF FILTH? Oh yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is SHITTY SHITTY office although inside it looked more like an old unpopular business that is still around 10 years after their fall from grace because the rent is cheap and upkeep is easy. The easiest kind of upkeep is none after all. Did I mention how slow they were? Does anyone want to go to a doctors office that smells like filth? Do you want to go to a doctors office in which doctors do not introduce themselves? Do you like being treated like you dont know your own medical history? I hate going here, they take forever everytime we have an appointment it still takes at least 2 hours to be seen. The women at the front desk are rude, they nevery want to help you...the only thing good about this place is one female Dr. Other then her the place is a dump, Im so upset my son had to come here.

This place is horrible. I will definitely be filing a complaint because of the service I receive here. My mom went in today and she needed copies of her last physical because she just earned her Hospice license. Well they told my mom to sit down she would have to be seen just for the copies ?? She got there at 2 and wasnt seen until almost 5 .. anyways Long story short this Dr. Straight got defensive for no reason and would NOT give a copy of her physical. Why tell her she needs to be seen first then when seen refuse to give a copy of her license. Weve had multiple encounters with this Dr. and every time she refuses to do her job. We will be filling a complaint within the next week and hopefully that will do something.. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! These doctors need to loose there license.

I went here cuz i didnt have much choice when my insurance changed. My previous dr was having me go through tests to see what was wrong with me and my symptoms are getting worse or new ones appear. they gave me pain killers and muscle relaxers that my body does not takje to. No pain med help me worth a crap, and they said ur fine. I was planning on ano0ther visit and a freind called n said they were closed...WTF, dr Orme YOU ARE A QUACK, on top of that, u didnt even try to get my med records from my previous dr. No i am without a dr because u couldnt do ur job! on top of that the place was unorganized and people with appointments had to wait hours befor being seen, I missed my doters bus because i had an 830 apt and didnt get out till 12. if they open again with the same dr, do not go there, the experience sucks, es[p if you have chronic ilnesses as i do
