I only went in for a body composition analysis, which was my first time. The staff working were very nice and welcoming. The staff member who took my analysis was very informative and explained my results to me. Very detailed. I would recommend going in for the analysis if youre not sure about your BMI or just want to know where you stand with body fat percentage. It also gives you water weight and skeletal mass weight.

Honestly I was really nervous bc this issue of weight loss is very vulnerable to me. I didn’t know what to expect and almost did a no show bc I was that nervous. I’m soooo happy I didn’t. Blonde girl at the front desk is slow and rude

Very rude. Lacks professionalism. Ive had lipodissolve done several times in San Francisco so I thought Id try Fatbusters when I returned to Fresno. The locations is far South in and older part of town. I took a wrong turn and it took me a while to get back on track since it such unfamiliar territory. Well, I did the polite thing and called to say Id be late. Carmen, the receptionist, then told me that they refused to take late patients. Carmen said Id have to reschedule another appointment!Ive. I told Carmen that medical offices normally had a grace period of 15 minutes. We dont have a grace period, Carmen replied. I was 10 minutes away and had drove from North Fresno all the way past Fresno St. and McKinley. I had to wait 2 weeks for this appointment and had to scheduled my week around it just to make it. Ive never heard of professional medical office cutting off a patient for being 10 minutes late. If this place cant abide by normal protocol of the medical field then I highly doubt it is up to standards.
