When I walked in I was IGNORED for 5 minutes as I stood waiting while the woman in front of me who had already purchased her medication for her animal was talking to the woman at the front desk, I was ignored by everyone. I decided to walk over to the Fishtank to kill some time I thought maybe her medication was taking too long but it turned out she had it the whole time. The guy on the computer was the only one who helped me After 10 minutes of waiting and it wasn’t until I walked up and said is this where I go to pick up prescriptions. The guy at the desk was nice to me but the blonde haired woman was not and she continue to ignore me. I would not recommend this place to anyone, customer service is everything and so was a first impression and they blew it. I’m guessing this isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t waste your time or your money they’re overpriced anyway.

In April of this year I moved back to my home town..Fresno!!Lived in San Diego for many years and was slightly reluctant that I would not receive the service and reliability that I had received in San Diego!I asked my Dr where she would advise me to go for my compound medicine and Medical-Dental Pharmacy was her answer.I was very contently surprised to find a pharmacy that was so beautiful inside!!I met with Diana L. Smith and was taken by her Medical knowledge concerning my condition and was totally satisfied with the service provided!AND..Bought many beautiful things for my new home in the process!I am a very satisfied customer and cant say enough good things about this business!!TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT !!!!Edmund Giusti
