This company is the worst I have EVER dealt with! I work in the medical field & never have as many issues as I have had with them. The customer service is horrible! They cannot actually provide you with solutions they just say theyll call you back & then never do. I have been without my Biologic medication now for over a month due to the incompetence of their system and inability to do their job. You cant speak to a supervisor & you cant get the Acaria & Envolve companies to actually talk to each other even though they are they SAME!!! I have made sure my HR at my job knows how horrible this company is & I suggest you RUN from them.

Worse company ever. Was recruited by RX relief. Total joke of a job. Drama. Employees look like cheap hookers. Very much a high school atmosphere. Everyone is fake. Pretends to help you than total backstabs you. Looks like the long timers are the most unhappy. Very overweight and lazy from just sitting and eating all day. It’s literally a revolving door. I was there 2 long agonizing months and I’ve never seen such a huge turn around. Different people all the time.

Terrible place to work, don’t waste your time. My manager lied to me when I would ask questions. On top of that unreasonable work schedule. Really just a terrible environment. Oh and they go through temporary hires like no other

Who are these horrible people in this company? Are they Doctors ? What are their credentials?They make medical decisions for people that Insurance companies actually use ?They deny life saving medicine that works for a person with Multiple Sclerosis under the explanation of not medically needed and this is allowed ?How is this even possible that INSURANCE and these horrid little companies are legally allowed to deny someone medicine?

Worse PBM-Envolve Health Pharmacy Solution prior authorization department. I wish I could give zero stars. Management value production over quality (zero quality). Employee slaves over production for fear of being fired for low production. Total joke of a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). Very much a kindergarten atmosphere. Employee are treated by wicked inexperienced management like kindergartens, starting from top management of liars (all are fake and total back stabbers). Employees are most unhappy because the place is run like a meat factory full of inefficiency, and constantly changes. Management use fear as motivation and have no idea on how to manage The head does not know the tail and the only thing they know is to lie. They blame the team for failures, and spends all their time trying to lie to the CEO to make them look good, at the detriment of the team. They never apologize or admit a mistake but will punish anyone who try to correct them (quick to dangle carrots and threaten sticks. Management don’t mean what they say all the time. They may praise you to your face because you are protecting their health plan from missed turnaround time, but you know in your heart that they don’t mean it because they are quick to forget with wicked vengeance (one cannot trust these managers at all). Management is not leading, rather, they’re manipulators with a vindictive streak. Woe to any employee who disagrees with any of the managers; such an employee will “pay” for it with shame and humiliation. Centene need to hire a consultant to shake up Envolve Pharmacy Solution bad management with rotten eggs.

I wish I could give zero stars! I had to call to check on a prior authorization and both reps I spoke with were incredible rude! They cut you off when you are talking and do NOT listen to what you are telling them. These people should not be working with the public!

Everytime Ive talked with them about PAs, theyve been rude, dont listen to what you say, not the least bit understanding. Im hoping our insurance replaces them next year. My husband was dying of cancer and they could care less. Wouldnt even be kind on the phone. Now Im having to deal with them about my prescriptions and they are just as rude and insensitive. I wish I had an alternative to even speaking to them, but no choice. Be prepared for a battle.
