First time visit today and overall it was a very good experience. Despite one of the girls being busy on the phone non-stop, she made an effort to greet me and my grandmother, and she let us know she would be with us as soon as she could. People kept calling but she dealt with those customers and us in a timely efficient manner. The owner Peter, was very polite and he even reassured my grandma of the credibility of the Drs my grandma would see. Change is unnerving, and it was very helpful and appreciated that he put my grandma at ease.

My family’s dermatologist recommended Cedar Pharmacy, and I am glad that she did! They helped me with coupons to make the medicine affordable (with insurance). I have not needed their delivery service, but I am glad to know they provide it.

I absolutely love cedar pharmacy, I have been coming here for some time now and they go above and beyond my expectations. They deliver for free, have friendly employees, the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to medications, lastly, the pharmacy is clean inside, no disorganization, clutter, or large crowds of people waiting, I am in and out when I choose to go in.This is a great shopping center, a little busy sometimes, but easy to get in and out of, and no panhandlers.

Absolutely would NOT recommend, At first I thought this will be a great pharmacy, after all they deliver. First mess up they don’t deliver my medication right away in fact it takes days and then I am out of medication and then they might barely get it to me. The second mess up I order my medication on Friday they tell me it’ll be ready Tuesday which I figure that’ll be fine because that’s my last pill I called Tuesday and they tell me sorry your order didn’t come in and it won’t be here till Thursday so I will be out of medication for a few days and mind you they didn’t even call me I had to call them.For me this is not OK for a pharmacy to do.I’m going back to my other pharmacy That I originally had before this one should’ve never switched pharmacies. I definitely do not recommend this place, please think about it. The delivery is not worth it! On top of that every single time I called to ask where my medication was the girls in the pharmacy had such attitude like we were bothering them to want to know where the medication was. Not good customer service at all. I am very dissatisfied with this place.

I would never recommend getting your prescriptions here or giving them a dime. I waited up to three weeks to get a couple prescriptions I needed and finally got a letter that both of prescriptions were approved. I called the pharmacy and they said they will not give me one of them even though it was approved by insurance because they were going to lose money, but you can buy your second one for $50. I will never give my money to them- they do not care about their customers or their health. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Stick with CVS and real pharmacys!

Pharmacy hours are from 9am-6pm, my husband shows up after 9 the door is locked. Went back to the car thinking theyre running late. Checks the door again at 9:30 and he sees a man inside. He gets the mans attention and tells him through the locked door that hes there to pickup his prescription, the man tells him he wont let him in since he doesnt know him. He wouldnt allow my husband to get his meds. What pharmacy does that?? Cancelled that script and wont be back.

Pharmacy did not mail medicine and when I called about it She said they “needed a good number because they needed permission to mail it”. I asked why would you need permission when you know we called from Bakersfield and after ordering we specifically how long would it take to get it and her reply was one week. She then refused to give me the pharmacist last name and when I asked why she said he did not want to give it out. She also told me there were two pharmacists and could not talk to me because they were on the phone talking to insurance companies. I believe that this employee was covering her mistake and would not admit to it.

I recently picked up a prescription from this pharmacy and was extremely disappointed in the male pharmisicst who was extremely rude and disrespectful to his workers. As a customer I not only felt bad for his workers but embarrassed that a professional would treat someone this way. I will not return to this pharmacy.

Bad business. Called multiple times was told to call back in an hour and hung up on. Called back in an hour and finally got through and was told call back in 30 min and hung up on again. Very rude dude. It’s been over a week and I haven’t gotten a call back or my sons prescription. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I have been using this pharmacy for a while. They have been really good on the delivery but lately they are the worst pharmacy to deal with. I am changing pharmacies for my sons medicine

Theyll say that they will deliver your meds and then dont . its like that everytime . if you need your rx right away dont go threw them .

Was told my mess would be delivered before the day was over and the person don’t finish until all is delivered and here it is 3 hours later and I haven’t left the house and haven’t received a call never will I go here again!!!!
