I would not recommend this place. The wait is 2+ hours every time. They over book appointments. The waiting room is full and people have to wait outside or in the hallways. The service is low because they are rushing to see everyone your lucky if you get 2 minutes to ask all your questions. There is no dr patient relationship here. It’s all business and I’m sure for the money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This office is horrible. They are always packed. And have more than 10 ppl in a waiting room during covid. I wasn’t allowed to take my 5 yr old child who I was unable to find a sitter for. I was going in for an emergency check up because I’m high risk and bleeding. They didn’t care and keep telling me it’s their policy. They are more worried about their policy than my health. Speaks volumes to their care for their patients.

Loved the office really but the way they dismissed me as a patient so UNPROFESSIONAL. And it was Dr.Lee who dismissed me . I had informed them I caught COVID and needed to reschedule my appointment. It was to get test results back . They wanted me to wait a whole 3 weeks for my test results they couldn’t tell me over the phone and they didn’t work with me on how I could receive my results and decided to dismiss because I refused to get tested for COVID . They never asked me to get tested so that I can go back into office . They asked if I had got tested & I said no . They never got back to me about my test results so I called so I can just reschedule my appointment 3 weeks and was informed over the phone by the receptionist that Dr.Lee dismissed me .

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had as this is my first pregnancy. They do not care about their patients and the wait is always 2 hours . If I could rate this office a 0 I really would . If you are hesitant about changing offices do it as soon as possible .

TLDR: Absolute GARBO of a place. If you want a doctor/staff who genuinely care about the well-being and health of the most sacred part of your body, seek support and care elsewhere!!! 100/10 would NOT recommend.My mom has been seen here for the last year and a half, and the initial visit was a biopsy to ensure she didnt have cancer. As the other reviews have stated, we had to wait weeks for the results and GO IN PERSON. So we wait for almost an hour in the car on the day of, just to be seen for a few minutes and that the results came back fine. Following that, they kept making appts for my mom come in every 4-6 mos to monitor her.The next few visits they didnt allow us to go in with my mom, and because my mom is a non-English speaker, they reassured me saying they would provide a translator. But every time we took her, we had no idea why or why it was so often if results kept coming back fine. During this last visit, the lady who checked her in literally asked her why she was there.Then a doctor who has never worked on my mom before, performed who knows what on her, with no translator present, and now shes in pain. ANDDD of course, 2 weeks for in person results. We have tried to reach them twice now simply wanting to know what they did!! The first time they said to have my mom call them back and theyd have a translator, but for whatever reason, they couldnt fInD hEr In ThE sYsTeM, even though they LOVE making appts for her. And the second time, I hung up because I was placed on hold for 30+ minutes. The amount of incompetence and lack of care this place has is disgraceful.

I feel like this office is trying to take advantage peoples money and insurances everytime you agree to a payment at one visit it’s a whole different payment the next time you come and they just give you the bill without breaking down anything, they will pressure you into paying or you will be dismissed or not seen I’m pregnant and this office is just giving me too much anxiety and getting me overwhelmed everytime I’m coming out of pocket and I’m not talking about co pays, the money want going to an Obgyn dr lee who I’ve never seen ! I’m leaving this office

Corinna Liu has been my Dr. for almost 6 years now and she has been nothing but great. I love her way of treating me as a pt. I would highly recommend her.

Horrible doctor they don’t care I had an emergency c-section because of them that could of been avoided

She will refuse to see you and to give you treatment and kick you out of her office and withhold your results if you refuse her unnecessary pregnancy tests or if you refuse to do anything she asks . She uses extortion so she can charge you or your insurance for more money by forcing patients to do pregnancy tests and forcing them to take there blood pressure ect . just so she can charge them. And she’s literally told my family member who was there only for results ,that if she didn’t do what she was told she would not give her treatment or results and send her to someone else just so she can get more money on top of the money for the visit

Currently on hold(10 minutes now) after I told the receptionist that I could not wait. Seriously I would have gotten results faster from planned parenthood.

If i could give zero stars i would! I believe dr lee is doing medical fraud. All i need from her is my hormone patches since i have had a complete hysterectomy. Yet she insist on EVERYTIME I go in there giving me a pregnancy test (charging medical when isnt needed) and is still trying to make me do tests that I AS A WOMAN WITH NO WOMAN PARTS DONT NEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then she doesnt even want to give me my hormones WHICH I NEED SO I DONT KILL PEOPLE WITH MY MOOD SWINGS!

The wait is long, Had all my four kids with Dr. Lee and Dr. Fonte. Everything went smooth

Always would cancel my appointments and when i couldnt make it cause i work they told me they couldnt take me as a patient and i just got out hospital they take forever never got to even meet the doctor

Never seen her throughout my appointments. Only saw her once when I was induced at the hospital because she came to break my water . I saw the 2nd MD more then I saw her. I preferred the 2nd MD because she was very kind, she also saw me as I was being discharged.

Front office staff is friendly and nice. There was a delay but everything worked out. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and will answer questions and listen to you. She will explain possible outcomes of conditions and the whys. It is a busy office and I appreciate the work they do.

I had no bad vibes from any of the staff,The process itself was very quick,And the facility was neat as well.

If you planning on having a vbac dont go with her. She didnt let me try with my second child. Now Im pregnant with my third I have a great ob in Clovis willing to let me try. She check my file just to find out that Lee when she did the surgery cut the uterus more than what she was supposed to. Which will be a risk to even try a vaginal delivery. My current ob even apologized in Lees name what she had done to my uterus.

Although the wait is long and most the time it is busy I love it the doctors and staff are so nice and hear for what your saying and give you the right treatment.

My sister is 31 weeks and has only seen doctor Fenglaly one time on her initial appointment introductory to their office at 9 weeks pregnant. She was diagnosed with a bladder infection at that time.Since then my sister has received horrendously less than exemplary care from a nurse practitioner at doctor Fenglalys office. Always waiting for 3-5 hours to be seen for 3-5 minutes, no doctor in sight.My sister has a history of strep b and severe kidney infection during previous pregnancy, now in her second pregnancy and suffering from a bladder infection since she was 9 weeks pregnant with pain spreading to her kidneys, my sister is being forced to wait two weeks for her test results and another appointment with painfull urination still occurring and spreading through her abdomen and lower back and no medicine for healing this infection.My sister is forced to wait in pain and worry for the stress of her unborn baby. Yet her doctor still hasnt deemed her worthy to make time to see my sister.Strange office policies, allowing patients to bring unlimited guests, but limiting children ages 6 months to 13 years from being in the office, leaves patients without proper seating for the 3-5 hour wait, and forcing patients to be late back to work losing wages, and late back to the babysitter they had to hire to care for their kids.Theyve lost my sisters test results each time shes been seen.They offer poor quality care, poor time management, irresponsibility, inhumane treatment of their patients time and health, herding their patients like cattle over booking while the doctors arent even present, the doctor rarely to never seeing and not overseeing a sick pregnant patient.Also threatening my sister to drop her as a patient because she had to leave to get get kids from school after waiting for hours to be seen and never being seen by a doctor. They only called her back and forth to get urine and blood pressure done.I worry they still billed medi-cal for a visit that was rescheduled due to their irresponsible time management. Refusing to give her the results of her new urinalysis and her gestational diabetes test results because she didnt get to see the nurse practitioner or the doctor. Even though theyve previously given results over the phone. So if my sister has become diabetic shes not receiving any care for two weeks because the office is mad that my sister had to reschedule one time and they refused to tell her in office or over the phone.Update: 3:09 p.m. after posting this review the doctor Fenglaly office staff called and told my sister that she needed to disregard her next appointment and they were letting her go as a patient. They also refused to give her her test results and told her she could have them for $25 with her records. They also didnt offer to refer her to a new doctor to continue her care. 31 weeks pregnant with a bladder infection thats lasted 23 + weeks without proper care in their hands and not even a recommendation and referral for continued care which she needs to get a new physician. So now theyve left her without any o.b. care, endangering her and her baby while her infection rages out of control.Update. My sister ended up going to the ER to deal with the bladder infection after the last call to drop her at Dr. Lees office. The emergency department tested her and found that ther infection she had was sepsis in her bladder and isnt treatable by the medications that doctor Fenglaly Lees office prescribed my sister. A doctor would know this, but still they gave her the wrong medication for over 23 weeks. The infection was spreading to her kidneys.And if she hadnt gone to the Er it would have continued spreading and would have caused systematic organ failure. My sister and nephew could have died all because of poor care and malpractice. Thank God she went to the Er where they recommended a competent doctor who took over her care.

Worst Experience ever. The wait is horrible The doctors arent informative at all. You wait forever too get told nothing Even if your having complications with your pregnancy. On top of all that Took over a month for them too fax over my records after I signed many Release forms ! Finally took me threatening too call medical board for them too finally send my records over too My new Obgyn . Just over all not professional & horrible experience. putting 5 stars so this can be seen ! Really reconsider if your are thinking of Being seen here !

Its a good office, had three of my children with them.. like the fact that no kids in the waiting room But on some days theres a long wait to be seen

The Waiting Takes Up To 1-2 Hours Just To Get A Room , Then When You Actually Get Called Back It Takes Another Hour Just To See The Doctor , Finally When You See the Doctor She Only Takes 5 Min And You Leave The Waiting Is Ridiculous ! , Also Ive Been Put On Hold For Over 30 Min. NEVER Coming Back Again For Any Future Pregnancies
