IVE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE 2009 WITH GROOMS BUT SINCE GROOMS LEFT HERNANDEZ AND STAFF ARE THE BEST... LOVE THE NURSES... NEVER HAD ISSUES WHATSOEVER...

Staff were always nice to me. Dr is good. Be sure to discuss your pain management options ASAP so you understand how this Dr operates. Does not believe it anything beyond ibuprofen after surgery and instead has poorly trained St. Agnes staff install you with a pain ball that delivers medicine directly to the incision site....so if you end up with severe nerve pain in your stomach either from said poorly trained staff shoving a tube into your stomach while discussing what’s for lunch after deciding you’ll be their guinea pig instead of asking for help or from the trauma of surgery in the middle of the night with extreme pain that rivals that of contractions....you may be extremely out of luck.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . Girls that work there like Josie and Jessica just hung up on you and they DENIED me to be seen by a Doctor because I didn’t want to give birth at the hospital THEY recommended. They said they’d call me back and never did. Then they kept hanging up the phone on me. How sad to do this to a PREGNANT woman. The whole staff there doesn’t care about anything but doing there 8 hours and going home. I’m NEVER recommending anyone to come here

I have had a great experience here, during pregnancy and afterwards. The wait time is short, its clean, everyone is courteous. No complaints.

The Dr. has been amazing as have the rest of the staff throughout my pregnancy. Do not let bad or negative reviews detour you. Everyone may experience an off day with a staff member at any business. So with that in mind dismiss the negativity and go see a group of people who will care for you and your baby!

My wife had to be refused today because she had to wait in the hot sun and then get her temperature checked to be turned away and told to go get checked for Covid how would that even make sense you’re sitting in the sun which is 100° today. Obviously the Thermometer going to read it wrong.

I have been with Dr. Grooms since early adulthood up until now...Never knew he had retired, I walked into a whole new staff. Love the ladies in the back but the new doctor is a jerk and nothing like Dr. Grooms. He seemed really impatient and rushed our visit, it was not a genuine relationship at all, long story short I refused to deal with him for the rest of my visits and requested to deal with the other lady who was a lot nicer and seemed more concerned about any issues or problems I had. Let’s just say if I ever get pregnant again I will not be returning!

I love the office staff and Dr. Hernandez took care of me really well when I had my son. Im very comfortable there.

Loved the staff behind the door. All of them were so helpful throughout my pregnancy. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the window staff is extremely rude. I was high risk for my pregnancy and was told I would be refused to be seen next time I “showed up late”. I was not late, I was exactly right on time, not a minute less and not a minute before. Another time the lady was checking her Facebook for 5 minutes straight while I waited there to be checked in, finally after she acknowledged I was there waiting she scoffed and told me “go over there to her, she’ll take care of you” and rolled her eyes. Lastly, before I decided I had enough, I was being seen on a weekly basis due to my high risk. I had been seen a number of times previously. The office lady and I had a small tiff during my previous appointment when I got tired of the attitude. Fast forward, as usual I made my weekly appointment and left. Day of the appointment, I show up, this one particular lady already flips her switch when she sees me. I approach the desk, greet and tell her I’m here for my appointment. Needless to say, after the tiff her and I had the week before, she NEVER scheduled me. Anyway, I’m done. Never met doctor so I couldn’t rate him on his performance. Both office ladies are very snooty, unprofessional, rude, and care nothing about the welfare of an unborn child. If you can get past those 2 zillas the rest of the staff is awesome.

I like this Drs office, I been a patient with Dr Grooms for years before he retired. There is a new dr and he seems nice just as he told me hello and they would take good care of me as a patient. I seen the NP and she was great. The ladies in front and Liz are wonderful. The only thing is I wish Dr grooms stayed longer. Thanks to the caring and friendly staff!

I called twice to make an appointment and was never told about the policy about no kids , mind u I have a highschooler and a 2nd grader and were being quiet and respectful and were NOT bothering anyone , and theysaid I had to either make them wait somewhere else or had to make another appointment. Please take this into consideration when making an appointment . Thank you

Ended up stuck with this dr. After my dr. Retired. He is unprofessional, does not see his patients (pushes them off on the nurse practitioner), did not review my file before meeting with me, could really work on his manners and ethics. His practice is guided by stereotypical beliefs. Could really benefit from multicultural training and ethics. I would NEVER recommend this dr. Think twice before letting him treat you.

Don’t waste your time here....TERRIBLE!
