The first time I been to this place back in 2017 the service that they offered me were great. The female that saw me was very helpful and understanding. She helped me feel better and helped me find the right resources in order to get the help I wanted. However, now that I went back to that place in 2019 their service was TERRIBLE!!!!! The male that saw me thought I wanted to kill myself and told me I was placed under 5150 and a danger to others. Never did I want to hurt others nor myself. I do not recommend for others to go here. Go see a therapist instead of coming here.

Dr Amladi is very sweet. Sad to see her leave yet wishing the best for her future endevors. For a city/state funded mental health facility this place is clean, feels safe and mostly non-judgemental. The staff Ive encoutered have been kind, patient and attentive. Bring something to do as youll spend at least an hour or so each time you come and thats just a regular appt. Spent a few hours my first time. Little toy station for kids and a tv in waiting rooms a bonus for families.

Great place, just be patient and calm and quiet, alot of things may happen to u in Life that may or may not most of the Time be in easy control of ur heart and its many avenues of emotions and out-bursts, what people are not recognizing though is that most people that are seen as Psychotic or whatever u want to name/label a person as, is a most Beautiful gem in Gods Hands and Gods 💓 Heart, and everyone in the world is responsible for helping each other out as humans cuz if we were in another shoes in the right circumstances and situation, most people would and will and do Flip out completely in times of complete Crisis and Trauma, and should not be labeled as a medication taking person in need of medication just bcuz they were 51-50ed but rather that the Government needs to do a better job and that of utmost better to take care of the people of the United States of America, end of godly rantLove each other And Pray 4 our nation

Overall it is a slow process and it is always very busy. There are areas where little kids can get distracted because of the TV and some toys But be sure to take something to pass the time because sometimes you do take a tremendous amount of time there.

They regularly change doctors on you and then cancel appointments. This is the worst possible mental healthcare possible.

When you try to call in you get hung up on. I spent 30mins trying to get meds refill and was not able to get to a real person. After 2 mins the line would go died
