Worst company ever. Shotty work, avoids making appointments for ordering equipment or delivery. Generally lazy people that work there. Their own policies allow for this. The worst part of it is that this company is supposed to be helping the most vulnerable of our population. Those who reply on their services for basic human needs!

The chair I received? Great! Customer service? Laughable! The sales person Tony and the woman at the front, told me repeatedlyyou have a co pay I assured them I didnt. When I went to get my chair, they again asked me for several hundreds of dollars for the co-pay. I ended up calling my insurance on my cell, putting it on speaker!! The rep said, quite frustrated, she has absolutely NO co-pay. They had the nerve to get upset when proven to be wrong?!; NEVER AGAIN!!P. S. And as usual, as with every negative review, they give the standard, scripted thank you for leaving a review blah blah blahknowing that when someone does tried to call them, they will do nothing but turn it around and blame it on the patient or the doctor or the insurance company! Pick one

My insurance put me in contact with National Seating and Mobility. My illness has progressed to needing a power chair. My sales rep was Tony Nunez. Mr. Nunez surprised me with extensive knowledge of not only his product line, but also of his understanding of disabilities and how each person is different with different needs. Wow! He was also so caring about meeting those needs. Not trying to sell me something, but trying to develop an understanding of what it would take to REALLY help me. I cant say enough good things about Tony or National Seating and Mobility. He let me know in advance about time issues and others things so I wouldnt feel out of touch. Sometimes things take time, but it will be worth the wait. So I didnt bother him with phone calls and let him do his job. Im glad I did. Sure, it took a little time, but my new Quantum Power Chair is an engineering marvel! He personally delivered my Quantum Chair, explained everything and has been available for questions or even just to chat.THANK YOU National Seating and Mobility!! THANK YOU Tony Nunez!!An excellent representative of an excellent company.

My sister had an appointment today with this company. she is in a wheelchair and she needed help with an attachment. the secretary called in advance to remind her that appointment was at 3:30 pm. when she got there, the tech and secretary were extremely rude and told her she was supposed to be there at 3 pm. the tech said he could not work over time and left her there without giving her the help she needed. this has happened countless times in the past. do not go here if you can avoid it.

Although the staff are friendly when you talk to them, the issue is, it take multiple phone calls, voicemails and a lot of luck to actually talk to them. The customer service is horrible. I am all about customer service. Sitting on hold for 20 minutes then just becoming exhausted listening to the horrible message of your phone call is very important to us, all of our represenatives are busy helping other customers, please hold and someone will be with you shortly. I have been to NSM tons of times over the last 7 years. I am always the only one there..... All I ask is that they answer the stinking phone!!! Other than that your doing fine.

My insurance company had me call National Seating and Mobility. The insurance company has not heard from them so something is mixed up.The problem is that after repeated calls the representative at National Seating and Mobility has not returned my calls. It has been over a week and I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled that may have to be canceled.A simple call back could have solved this problem.

This was the company that was given to us - not selected. Spouse with progressive Parkinsons - fitted for a light weight wheel chair (i will have to lift, etc...) - so nothing complex - or even very expensive. Fitted on February 22, 2019 - now October 8, 2019 - nearly 8 months (told could be up to 6). RAarely call back - so just a total void as to where, when we might get the wheelchair. Our next stop is to call medicare directly - believe it or not have found them to be more helpful, and faster to respond - then this agency!Choose someone else if you can!

This is the first time Ive ever got an electric chair so far this company has been nothing but professional and very helpful to me I understand this is a process and things have to go in an orderly fashion so that being said I see myself being 2 months away from having a chair but then again once you take take the actions that are before you takes time

Nine months and no chair yet. Posture is suffering from too small of a loaner chair. Their understaffing should not be our problem. The customer you are dealing with should take precedence over future customers you are scheduled to work with. It is very easy for them to blame insurance company and medi-cal. DO YOUR JOB. ADMIT FAILURE AND FIX IT. If I could give negative stars I would. To whomever reads this, look for other options on your wheelchair/mobility needs. I believe we have done more work on our case than they have.

I would NOT recommend this company.Tony Nunez (from National Seating & Mobility in Fresno) said: I did call Bianca [my doctors office] today and discussed the procedure on paperwork with her. I will get the needed items to her by end of next week. That would have been, at the latest, last Friday (April 18, 2014). I got several e-mails, excuses and when he called me yesterday to give me the specs on my new wheelchair but they were different from what we discussed the day we met and he took my measurements and did my assessment. He had excuse after excuse for not sending the paperwork to the doctors office and even wanted me to pad his buddys pocket at a Physical Therapists office to get help with the assessment [Isnt that MY DOCTORS JOB?]Longer story short... he called my husband [he was too much of a coward to call ME and I think this is very unprofessional.] and said that he would no longer be able to work with us. That their company wasnt going to provide us with the chair we have wasted 2 weeks on getting this far.I wouldnt waste my time on a company that makes used-car salesmen look ethical.

Great selling me the chair but it took months to get it repaired. When it was, they only did part of what they said and were very difficult to get ahold of.

This company is filled with complete idiots! Minus one person their billing clerk Donna she has been great and easy to work with. However the rest of the Fresno staff should be fired for absolute incompetence to get things done in a very timely mannor especially when they drop the ball time and time again. Their usually MO is the pass the buck on a third party agency or vendor to cloak their incompetence. We have been trying to get our child’s chair since November 2017 and it’s now April 2018 and no chair. This company is horrible to work with and only adds stress to us parents that are already dealing with a devastating situation. Meaning our children health that requires them to be in the chair in the first place. Do not do business with them you will regret it and you will have a hell of a lot more gray hair befcuase of them. After I finish writing this my next call is to our insurance company suggesting they stop working with National Seating and after that a call to the BBB.
