If I could give double zero stars I absolutely would. They don’t answer phones ever or return calls ever. They sent a letter weeks later in the mail stating my insurance has no durable medical equipment coverage and they absolutely do my daughter has a walker wheelchair leg braces and a hand brace all covered by my insurance. Horrible customer service

I have had a horrible experience here the staff is not helpful and they do not answer, return calls or have products ready for pick up at the eatimated time. I will not be a returning customer.
