Called to get a hospital bed fixed for one of our residents who was no longer on hospice but still had the hospital bed from a year ago. I called and wasnt sure what the outcome would be. and sure enough Life care solutions team came through and fixed the bed the same day!!! we are all so thankful and appreciative, the resident can now sleep comfortable in a working bed.

I’ve been attempting to get my 94 year old Mother’s c-pap supplies from this place for months! Never a call back.... just now I Got through to their automated prompt I selected #3 for CPAP supplies and it’s just a continual loop back to the main menu you get absolutely nowhere. I attempted to hit zero to talk to a live person and got nowhere with that very aggravating!!

They have helped my son very much. My son came home from the hospital with many DME needs. I have had a great experience with them being responsive to requests and making sure our son is well cared for.

I rented a hospital bed for my elderly frail mother, who ended up with BEDBUG bites within a few days!I called the company to remove the equipment, but they would only remove the bed frame, leaving me with the INFESTED MATTRESS to dispose of on my own!This is outrageous, irresponsible business practice and I recommend NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Run, run, runaround. Im not sure how LifeCare stays in business. I spoke with several people one week on the phone, they confirmed details, said someone would be calling me to schedule an appointment, no call. I called same number the following week. Four people, two disconnections, two more people who tell me Im not in their system, and question that someone really told me theyd call me to set up an appointment. Get it straight.

Thanks Obama. The usual useless government contractor. Multiple problems then promises then utter failure. Gave a 50 pound wheelchair to 80 year old parents after they were specifically asked for a lightweight one. Now the runaround begins.

LifeCare Solutions cares little about life.This is not the first time they have screwed up, but this is by far, the worst.I am a Care Provider for an extremely ill woman. COPD, Emphysema, Diabetic, Low Blood Pressure, Stage 5 CKD, and heart failure. She is on 2-3 liters of oxygen.I placed a called to LifeCare yesterday to order 6 tanks of oxygen, and my order for the etanks, regulator, and 02 Concentrator maintainance was confirmed for deliver today.Not a single phone call, no oxygen, and now theyre closed.I called the local service center and requested that the tanks be delivered. I was told that the center was closed and they could not deliver the tanks and that we would get it in the morning. I informed the CSR that my patient has to be at her dialysis appointment at 3.amAnd that is absolutely must be delivered tonight, either by a technician or a manager. I was met with (paraphrased) We only deliver the oxygen, youre her care provider, its your job now, as she NEEDS to have her oxygen to live, and she NEEDS the dialysis to LIVE, it makes little sense to me that L I F E C A R E Solutions would not understand how to provide the care necessary to continue LIFE!I truly hope, for their sake and that of my patient, the power does not go out tonight.I have to cut this short, my lawyer is Skyping me from Perth, Australia and hes eager to speak with the Representatives of LifeCare concerning their negligence. Please, do not work with these people, because they sure do not want to work with you.

Took months to get set up with my CPAP machine that was supposed to be delievered to me as I am disabled. Only to be told they would not do so even after verification from them. not reliable at all. takes forever just to get something simple done. only got my CPAP machine because my doctor himself called and complained.

Just try to get someone on the phone can take days, then to try and get results can take weeks if ever at all.Been 4 months trying to get needed supplies for my CPAP.
