Very unpleasant people on the phone and it doesnt get much better in person. I took my prescription for some supplies that Im needing, I handed my paperwork directly to one of the employees and was told that they would take care of it.That was not the case, they lost my paperwork.Finally got my supplies... Julia was great help. I reccomend her as your primary salesperson. She went out of her way to help find the correct products that I needed. I would give her a 7 of 5. Shes been awesome.

I was very disappointed with this store. I had hand surgery 4 weeks ago and was referred to this store they assure me that my brace would be in 3 to 5 business days .l never receive any updates or calls pertaining to my order. Which was now 2 weeks until I final give up went to get my order sheet and took it to another place and received my brace in 2 days from the time I drop it off. Ill would never recommend this story.

The customer service is great, Other then that it is all terrible. I was waiting for an it me for over a month to receive it. I could have ordered the item from china and still would have received it faster. If i could avoid this business I would.

This place was so helpful, even though I wasn’t insured with them to grab my equipment they helped me find a place that did cover me and had my stuff
