I have had two previous sets of hearing aids. Comparing the service I got at Sound Advice to the previous providers is almost laughable. Sound advice was better hands down. Sound Advice was professional, friendly and very helpful. I was given so much more time than my previous providers and the information was given to me in small enough quantities for me to process and ask questions. I even tried out three different brands and found that the brand Nathan recommended was the best fit for me. I need my hearing aids for my intensely verbal profession so I got the best hearing aids. However, Nathan did not push the most expensive hearing aid on me. He simply wanted me to have the best hearing aid for the amount of money I could spend.

Nathan is awesome. He is kind, knowledgeable and thorough. If you have hearing concerns or issues youve got to work with Nathan.

I really like coming here it is so much cheaper here to buy batteries here than going to the store . They cost a lot at the store . they cost nine dollars. thanks so much! It saves me money. If took my insurance I would give them a try to get my new hearing aids here and hearing test. this office is close to where I lived. Sound Advice has been without a doubt the most responsive and easy to work with I have encountered.Anytime you change equipment, there is an adjustment period and I can say Nathan took all the hassle out of getting them right the first time.
