They are so nice in there . I’ve been wearing hearing aids for 10+ years and they were stolen out of my car . I’m a call center representative so I couldn’t go back to work . Susan was amazing helping me get a replace With many obstacles in the way . She never gave up and today I hear better than ever . A really great experince today and in my last two annual visits. Hearing Instrument Specialist Susan Friesen is a delight and a joy to work with. Kind, considerate, informative and professional I trust that I am in good hands with Susan. The front office staff was also friendy, pleasant and professional. The welcoming cup of coffee and snack made me feel as if I were visiting a friend and not a medical office. I will definitely spread the word! :-)
