As a resident that lives directly across the street from this facility, it is extremely aggravating that employees here parking in front of the residential buildings that have residents. I can’t even park in front of my own dwelling nor leave to go run errands or work and come back to find that I have to park down the street because of Aetna employees when they have a gated parking lot with a PARKING STRUCTURE!! Something needs to change otherwise I’ll be contacting the city with these issues!!!

Honestly, Aetna is a great company to work alongside with, they have truly sharpened my customer service skillls, as well as recognized my hardwork towards company goals, and definitely took care of me and my family....I wish the best for the company that it may further prosper in the near future.

I think this company needs to change there training rules! I find it ridiculous that people should come to work sick with the flu even when their training and if you miss a day of training because you’re sick you’re fired that is absolutely horrible and in my opinion not caring for your soon to be employees very well! And I know this for a fact because I know someone who is in the process and her condition is very delicate and she should not be exposed to anything so those that are sick should stay home.!!! Because I personally would not come to work if I’m sick I don’t care if it’s three or four days fire me whatever you have to do because that is the most horrible rules I’ve ever heard of let everybody come to work with the flu throwing up or not get everybody sick God terrible!!!!

Horrible insurance company! Keeps labeling claims as experimental. Broke the law with labeling an ambulance ride as out-of-network... Incorrect processing of claims. Outsources their customer service. Stay away from this insurance company!!
