I Love Tower Health Food Store. Ive been coming here for 50 years now. They have the best products available. The staff is great, and always ready to help you in what ever you need. I love Shannon, she is so helpful. She was most helpful when my son got a very serious gut health problem. I was at the store for a few days trying to get all the stuff I was going to need for him.Shannon, was right there to help me. Tried calling to ask about what they supply, I got put on hold 3 times by the lady then I asked for John the owner hoping for better service. Grabbed the phone and said “this is not a good time, I have customers and it’s like you’re calling a cashier at Safeway” and hung up on me. I understand they are busy, I am a customer and just wanted to know if they had what I was looking for before I went in. Will be taking my business elsewhere. How can you not have 2 minutes to help someone that is spending money there...
