They have re arranged the store so it is set up like other grocery outlet stores. You have to look, but you can get great deals on quality products.

I love this store Ive been coming hear several times a week for over 16 years its recently changed management but still the same great service if not better. They always have things Ive never seen before so it gives me a chance to try new things or get more creative with my meals. The only thing that sucks is Ill get addicted to something they sell and buy it constantly then one day they wont have it any more and usually nobody close by will sale that item. But altogether I highly recommend coming hear.

Great store! Everything is changing for the better since the new owners Jason and Kim took over! You can always see them working with the employees and ask me how Im doing whenever I come in. The produce department is amazing I love it. Their always bringing in new stuff(and healthy items for their NOSH section!) and making sure product doesnt run out. Pretty far away from where I live so dont get to go very often. Was on that side of town today and did my shopping there and absolutely love it every time I go. So many quality foods to choose from. Of course, my grocery bill would be higher if I lived near it, LOL.

We love all the Grocery Outlet franchises, but this one in particular is a favorit for my wife and I. They always have an excellent selection of food, products, even clothing at exceptional discounts, usually. This is our first, and usually last, stop while we go grocery shopping. Be careful though, you might never see certain products again.

I always find great deals at Grocery Outlet. I choose to shop there before any other large store for multiple reasons including the fact that I find 99% of what I want and need from a grocery store, and for a better price than the others. Also less crowded and a shorter walk to and from the parking lot and less walking within the store because of a smaller footprint which in turn allows me to get my shopping done quicker 🙂 Oh, and the wine selections and prices cant be beat ❤

Horrible customer service. Rude rude people working. Asked if the bathroom was open and they just said no its not sanitary. Then told us to go to another register with no one even there is help us. Just becuase we asked about restroom. This is Sunday June 20th everything is open.

Decent but not my first choice to shop

The store is clean and well organised and they got new shopping carts. Since new ownership staffing has changed significantly. I dont recognise any of the employees now. They arent as friendly. But helpful if asked. It was good to have somebody there know your name when you walked in. Or almost said hello and recognized me.. The prices are still good. But the half gallon lemonade that I bought today March 4th, was old and to be sold by March 2nd. My kid is scared to drink it..

They were terrific people and it is easy to fine things now.

The web says they open at 7 and they havent updated it. They dont open until 8. Other than that the store was clean, the cashier was friendly and the chips I bought were very inexpensive.

If I could give less stars I wouldThey didnt have prices on the majority of items...so at the check out I asked the cashier what the price when some female jumped onto the conversation and rudely told me that they were working on it, and if I didnt like it didnt have to buy anything... so after apologizing to the cashier for leaving my car there I left and went to a different Grocery outlet...she was just too rude to shop there ever again. She up set my daughter who is special needs...

Grocery Outlet carries unique food items as well as name brand .They also sell dog food, garden supplies, liquor, detergent, cleaning supplies, audio, ice...The parking lot has easy parking and plenty of space.The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly and very helpful, they not only directed me to the item I enquired about, but walked me to it and instructed me in how to prepare it. Felt like the good old fashioned customer service of yesteryear.Truth be told my 88 year old Dad has been shopping at the Clovis store for many years, and I wasnt a fan. But since Ive been taking my recipient shopping there, Ive changed my mind.They really do have great prices, products, and service too.

Always one of my go to places for fantastic prices. Inventory is subject to change & quite often once it is gone it is gone. So grab it while the grabbing is good. Also you can often find items that are nearing their experation or self life date that you can buy for next to nothing. Good example. Pirate Booty Aged White Cheddar popcorn 7oz. is 2/$1.97.

The location on Tulare may be smaller but they have better products and produce. I was hoping to have a similar experience due to this location being closer but I walked out just as fast as I walked in. I was inquiring about plants and the lady was extremely rude and kept taking away the plans and putting them on a cart for some dude to take elsewhere; WHILE IM LOOKING AT THEM! None of the 3 employees standing there greeted me, at all. Lastly, the store was unorganized. Bad experience. Take the drive down to Tulare st and youll find great deals, fresh flowers and better produce.

Great prices on well known items. There needs to be assistance given for those checking out at cashier. For those who have less mobility or need help in lifting due to disability or elderly. It would make great customer service.

This is the first place I go grocery shopping! Their gear selection is usually fairly good you cant get everything there but the things you cant get are really affordable.Check out their wine section there are lots of surprises there! Also they have brand name Im talking salon quality hair products at very low prices. This is a great first place to go before you go to the regular price grocery!Love you guys!

The store is always stocked and clean. I always find what I need and more. I noticed employees calling a customer by name, even helping her grab flats of cans she was buying for a good pantry. I loved seeing this. Our cashier (Sharen, which I think I spelled wrong), was very nice as well. Thanks all!

Kinda small store prices or ok but spent 50 for a little bit of items.

Dont go there if you have a shopping list. Youll see that some of the food you need is not there. Go there if you want to look for deals on random food items. Also check the expiration date on everything you buy there. About half of the food is expired or soon to be expired.

This location could use an upgrade!! Outdated internally and professionally would serve them better.

Tons of great deals, lots of cool and rare finds. If youre a chef at heart and love to experiment, Grocery Outlet has lots of unique and way marked down food products (along with normal, everyday stuff! They sell Rosas milk, too!😍

Grocery Outlet always has great deals! Yesterday I went in and bought chocolate bars that normally would cost about $5 a piece at 2 for $0.99. Today they have $3 energy drinks two for a buck. If youre willing to give something new a try, its a great place to shop. Youre not always going to find name brands, but you will find something good!

Can i give them zero stars. Age 20 something managers rude and uncaring. Thought they were better then anyone. Returned bad mayonnaise and they refused because i didnt have receipt. Lost $5.99. didnt even care if there were other bad kars on shelf. Told me tough luck!!
