I do not let anybody touch my eyebrows because they never clean them up the way I like them. I have really long eyebrows and whenever I go somewhere they never bother to trim them. Carolina cleaned them up and trimmed them! She also evened them out for me after somebody else messed them up. She is incredibly sweet and attentive and she’s very clean!

Carolina did a *fantastic* job on my brows- Im so happy with her work!! Shes been threading brows for nine years and it shows- she did just the right amount of shaping for my face. Besides that shes friendly and has great covid hygiene. She cleaned the chair thuroughly before I settled down & wore a mask properly the entire time. At12$, her impeccable brow job is a steal, definitely worthy of a good tip!

Carolina is amazing and does the most amazing job on my eyebrows! Shes super gentle and gets every hair possible. I always come to her because she leaves my brows looking perfect!Incredible service! This place is absolutely amazing! I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done and they do a perfect job every single time. I highly recommend coming here, if you dont know what suits your face they will know. The first time I came here I had no idea what would suit me as this was my first time ever doing something to my brows but they did such a great job. They also have a punch card which is great for those who come here often.

I went to this place came recommended. I took my teenager daughter. The 1st & 2nd visits, great results. The 3rd visit, the girl cut too much off the top brow & threaded too much from her arch. I took her back to show them what had happened. The young girl ( someone different) apologized and said the spots needed to grow out and the next visit would be half off. I will return because my daughter did like the first 2 visits we just wont be returning back to the same girl who messed up. The fact that they gave me half off my next visit. It was appreciated.

I love Erins work. Her attention to detail is great! She is fast too! I like that I can have a real conversation with her even though I only see her 2-3 times a month. My favorite part about this place is that they have a punch card system, so after you fill it up you get a free eyebrow threading. The place is clean and the decor is fancy.

I told her several times that I like my eyebrows thick and they were still done very thin my eye brows are naturally thick so for them to be this thin it crazy very disappointed!!!!! I even had my eyebrows tinted and it is terrible one eyebrow is thicker than the other!!!!! I keep looking in the mirror and I’m so upset that I paid $32 for a terrible job I went in the afternoon and it looks like she’s been doing a horrible job for awhile!!!!!

Went to this horrible place last week and I asked the brow lady that I didnt want my brows to be thin at all thats why I intentionally let it grew hair for a month or so. I just wanted to do some cleaning and shape it a little bit, and I SAID I DIDNT WANT THIN BROWS AT ALL. She said shell clean it up and well go from there. As soon as she was done I am so devastated to see how thin my brows were specially when it takes a while for my brows to grow back because I have Hypothyroidism. She didnt even asked me at all if its ok to thread it thinner. Its so horrible! Now i have to apply castor oil on my brows everynight hoping it grows back as soon as possible! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER. AND THAT BROW LADY IS THE WORST PERSON WHO TOUCHED MY BROWS.

The first two times i went the morning lady did a great job and my third time it was horrible i went in the afternoon and i told the lady i want to keep my thickness and she did them thin i notice when i got home she had cut hairs of my arch and she tried to cover it so i wouldnt notice will not go back to this place you guys need to hire girls who actually do there job right and do as you ask and not mess up your brows thumbs down
