I will never, ever think about this place again nor recommend such an unprofessional business I only put i star only to allow me to put my review. I had my lips done 1 year ago due to a car accident I had, and I thought she did great the first time, the second time I went she did such a horrible job i called the office and they said it was just swollen after 2 weeks my lip still looked the same so I call back they gave me an appointment she apparently fixed it but my upper lip still looks swollen to this day. I went to go see another spa to see if they could fix it and they said whoever did my lip can remove what they put in, so I it is reversible I decided to call body Del sol to ask if they would be willing to correct my lip since she did it but the lady that put in my filler was so rude she treated me like a liar that I was taking advantage of her how did she not know if someone else did it and if she took out the filler she didnt want me back at her business. I have never felt so turned down by anyone like I have at this business and I will agree with her I will never set foot in that building.

Love the atmosphere and the friendliness of the salon. Adye is very professional and honest with you on what you need. Never over does it! They have my trust completely.

Ive been coming here for several years and the ladies (and one guy) have been fabulously courteous, get me in super quick and always have late appointments available for after I get out of work. Love their services, their people, their customer service. 5+ stars!!!

Worst experience of my life. This was not the first time of using filler, & other products on my face. Never before my forehead looked the way it looked after about 3 to 4 months as it did from Body del sol. Never before I received such a rude email after I emailed a photo along with sharing how I felt with the result. My forehead end up with very deep lines and this never happened before in any other places even after years. Sometimes I wondered if the product was out of date. Overall I would never go back there my self nor would I recommend it to anybody. After about 7 months I set up an app in early Dec and did my forehead. Sometimes in March I will take a photo of my forehead to show her the difference of the result after 4 months with her and a different place. Again extremely dissatisfied....Farah

Been coming here for 3 years and I have to say it’s an ok place. I come for laser hair removal and there ones girl that does it well. She has minimal hours. But she is reallly good, her name is kristy. They have new fresh people I wish they were good so that I can really choose the days that fit me best. But if they give me Kristy every time I will continue to come. However if it’s anyone else, I can’t be wasting my time coming down and have a bad job done. I know the reviews say stuff about the receptionist. It’s true. But she is just very straightforward I had to get use to it too. But she really helped me out when I had a bad laser job done. She said they will re do the service. I was so happy to hear that. I drive 40 minutes to come to this place to have kristy do my laser. The rating is more so for the fact that they said they will redo my service it really made me change my opinion and that kristy is professional and provides a quality job.

Went in for my Laser Hair removal consult...I am a first timer! I was a little nervous but set at ease immediately. The staff was amazing and I am so looking forward to my first session!

I got a laser package from this spa because my niece recommended it. The initial assessment appointment was one month out. Then the first appointment for the first laser treatment was another 4 week wait. Then after patiently waiting for the first appointment to finally arrive, I get a call (on a Tuesday) that they need to reschedule my (Saturday) appointment because they won’t have a nurse. Laser appointments are scheduled 8 weeks apart so if you buy a package of 6, you are looking at 48 week minimum to complete the package. A calendar year has 52 weeks. So if they keep rescheduling a client, you are looking at over a year to be hair-free. I could tell the receptionist was irked at my lack of availability to reschedule but I planned an out of town trip around this appointment and work every other Saturday. I hope rescheduling appointments isn’t something they do often because I will be back to provide an update regarding this.

I have been certified as an aesthetician RN and worked many years doing that but this office does not live up to their mission and values that are on their website. They are not very friendly and it takes a long time to get an appointment for things you have already paid for. If you are a new customer then they get you in quick so they can get the money. I will not be back to this “spa” as it is not a very relaxing atmosphere either and the staff just ignores you for the most part. The most friendly person was the guy but he has not been there every visit I have had.

After receiving services at other medical spas and having very poor experiences, I was unsure about trying somewhere new. I have to say, I cant imagine going anywhere else now. The staff was fantastic; polite and friendly and had excellent follow through. The NP listened to my concerns and exactly what I wanted and didnt push unnecessary or unwanted services. And the prices are incredibly affordable. I am SO happy with my experience here.

They do cupping massages here! Genevieve does a fantastic job. The 1st time I went the circle marks on my back stayed for weeks. I think my circulation has improved, every time I go to a new session they disappear faster than the time before. My muscles have slowly softened up too. If you can handle deep tissue, then you can handle the gentle pinching feeling of the cupping.They also have a variety of facials, the esthetician is very experienced & will recommend whats best for your skin condition & goals. She scanned my face with a neat machine before my 1st treatment so we could see a variety of issues, pores, texture, underlying skin damage, etc. My skin is sensitive to the sun, so Ill be taking a break for the summer, but still going in for massages.

Im satisfied with my laser hair removal, I noticed results after the first treatment. The receptionist greets but isnt very welcoming, doesnt make eye contact, doesnt crack a smile. Its an ok place.

Had a 85.00 facial that includes cleaning and a mask. No extraction or message due to covid. They should adjust the fees since they can not perform all the other stuff. I feel ripped off.

Nice place staff was friendly. Entered a contest and WON. However, the time frame for winners was 2 days and not flexible due to a manufacturer representative being present.With that, students or people with responsibility like jobs or other issues that make you a responsible adult prob should check before looking into promotion or contests here. Winning this time only applied if you could drop everything and show up on a work/school day.Stinks. Staff was nice tho but not flexible

Customers beware! They have a flashy website. The five star reviews are fake. However, The way the customers are treated leaves much to be desired. I am a small business owner myself and I have never let my employees treat clients this way. These people dont know customer service. The front desk staff are very disorganized and dont respect the customer.

My experiences at Body del Sol have been pretty great. The staff is nice and, as a guy, I never feel awkward even though the place is purple and fabulous . Its definitely relaxing atmosphere. I went there for acne treatment and got some great skincare tips for my type of skin during the consultation. Looking back, that advise was so good I havent needed to go back for another treatment in a while.

Horrible service. These people are RUDE beyond belief. Treatment was half effective. They missed half of the area. Can clearly see where the laser was applied after 6 treatments. Looks even worse now with hair growth in patches. Go somewhere else.

The owner is awful and RUDE. I happened to purchase something during their 5th anniversary sale and when I asked for a product with a later expiration date, she said that it was marked down because of the expiration date. I advised her that the sale was not a mark down but a promotion. She still would not exchange it. So I took the product home. Today I called to get their return policy and they do not accept returns on facial products. Unfortunately for me I have one product that will never be used! However the fortunate part for me is that I WILL take my business elsewhere! There are plenty of other places who offer the same services and are much classier. I WILL continue to share my experience with anyone I can.

I have had many services at Body del Sol over the years including microderm facials, massages, mani/pedi, slim wrap, laser hair removal and coolsculpting... all services have been excellent and the staff are very friendly. I have never been unsatisfied with anything. The services and salon has improved over the years and they are always offering spectacular deals. Dont hesitate to book your next appointment with Body del Sol!

The best staff around.

My last visit was not the best. I come in for hair removal and the front desk lady has no customer service at all, she doesnt even look at you when you come in. I sign in and sit down, I am called back promptly but the new nurse made things even worse. She was completely awkward and non personable. She handed me the glasses to shield my eyes from the laser and they werent even cleaned from the previous use. There was sweat or ointment on them. I asked her if she could please clean them and she responded with I guess so, as if I asked her to perform some grand task. The treatment was ok, Im not sure she calibrated the machine properly because it burned more than the previous time. I would. It recommend this place though, service is everything and is rather take my money to a place with excellent service.

Love Body del Sol. I have had many of their services...facials, massages, hair cut and color, ultherapy, and many more. The massage therapists have always been top notch and their treatment rooms are so comfy and cozy. The staff is always friendly and I love being able to call, even on short notice, and get an appointment for various services. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone. I started out using a Groupon and have been a fan for the last 4 years. Love the hair stylist too....she does a great job and is always friendly and sweet.

My consultation and laser have been outstanding. The employees have been great at making sure I understand every step involved with my treatment and Im asked at every appt about my results. My experience has been great.

I am incredibly surprised this place has received so many good reviews. In my TWO experiences at this spa the staff and on the second time the owner were incredibly rude! I went in the first time out of curiosity to view pricing and maybe get something for my mom at a later date, I left because the counter girl ignored me for 10-15 minutes. I went back the second time more as a courtesy to see if the problem was just an oversight, I was blown away by the rudeness at the staff and the condescending and pretentious tone of the owner! I do not recommend this place and heed anyone considering to steer clear.

They have a great staff. I lost 35 in less than 3 months and I wasnt hungry at all. Going back in April 2017.

I am very disappointed with their service. I tried to make an appointment online for a free facial they have for birthdays, I had option to choose 3 days and without me knowing they chose a day, later when I called to make a appointment on the phone a guy named Sam who introduced himself as a supervisor !!! said u already confirmed ur appointment and you missed it !!which I never did! And he said you cant get that birthday facial anymore ! When I was explaining he wasnt even listening, it was his way or no way. So unprofessional. I will never go there and will definitly spread how they handle this simple appointment situation !

RIP OFF!! I paid over 500.00 for botox that did absolutely nothing, I have gotten botox at a doctors office and 20 units worked great, at Body Del Sol, 40 units did nothing, nothing at all, they tried to make me think, it was just me, I will never go there for anything, ever!

I received a gift cert of laser treatments from Groupon, when I started I was advise that after about 3-4 sessions that you see a difference and that for some people that is all you may need. Had 6 sessions that took about a mins time or two each session. No change to area. Not happy at all. Maybe it was becuase it was thur Groupon??

First let me say that, when all was going well, the place seemed pretty nice and the people friendly. However, that all changed when there was an issue. It started with my appt. I was told it would be 20 minutes in and out, which was great because I had a meeting to go to. I sat in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes before I was even called back for my appt. When the tech told me to get up on the table, I did. It felt wobbly and before I could react, the table fell over on me, smacked into my knee, pulled my inner thigh muscles, which now seize up and cramp at night making it hard to sleep. I called the next day to let them know I was hurt and that they should do something about the table. I was very clear I was not looking to get anything out of them. I was told the tech had forgotten to put the table in the upright position and hold it steady and they were sorry. Initially, they offered me muscle relaxants and pain killers, which I declined (dont know who this doctor is and had never been seen by him/her). They offered me a steambath and massage for my trouble, which I accepted. Seemed safe and like it might work. Once in the steambath, the jacuzzi turned off after a few minutes and a faucet started pouring ice cold water onto my body. Took 5 minutes with me shivering to get it all restarted Water never warmed up. The massage after was wonderful (thank you Rosa). I stopped by the front and the front desk staff was resistant to giving me contact information for the owner and basically told me the table issue was my fault because it had never happened before, these are the tables they use and they are not going to do anything about making them more stable. I left I developed skin infections, which had to have been from the jacuzzi because absolutely nothing else changed in my schedule except visiting that spa...no other way they could have happened. My physician feels this place is unsafe, unsanitary....I am now on antibiotics and other to help the infection heal and relieve the pain. I do not recommend Body Del Sol.

Im so upset had a 11am appointment, I get here on time, to find out Id been rescheduled till 12:45pm, when I had confirmed my appointment yesterday, I received no message or talked to anyone, I live 30 minutes away, and now have to sit and wait for over 2 hours, and the receptionist attitude was careless.
