Id give a zero star rating if I could. My mom suffers from tension headaches and seizures and her long-time neurologist recently retired. So since Dr. Saxton had such a high rating, we were excited when we got an appointment. We waited THREE MONTHS for this appointment. And with no details on my moms history, with knowing nothing but my moms name, this doctors office had the audacity to call us and cancel, saying Corporate cancelled the appointment. The woman at the other end of the line refused to give us any other information and kept repeating the phrase Corporate cancelled the appointment. Which obviously sounds fake. All I can say is, if you need actual help, dont depend on this doctor since having an appointment means nothing.

If you have a migraine or other intractable headache and live in the Fresno area, Dr. Saxton is the best it gets! She is one of the most, if not the most, empathetic doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She greets you with a warm and welcoming demeanor and her affect let you know that she truly cares about helping you.From the minute she joined me in the observation room until the moment I left, I felt I was in the company of a friend. Now I understand this is going to read like a gushing, exaggerated endorsement, but if anyone else leaves a comment on here about Dr. Saxton, I expect it will be as positive as mine is.I would still be seeing Dr. Saxton except she does not endorse a treatment option that I am pursuing, if that doesnt work out I expect I shall return to her care.
