Dr. Rod Kraft is an excellent physician who has treated my entire family for more than 25 years. Dr. Kraft has been my family doctor for many years and I have always been provided with excellent care. My recent visit has been great and I will continue to be a patient with him for many years to come.

My dog bit my left hand pretty good (not viciously, she had swallowed something - long story). The index finger and thumb took the worst of it and an infection was setting in. I called in the morning for an appointment and the staff got me in that afternoon. Dr Kraft and his staff were great as usual. Exam, dressed the punctures and a tetanus shot in 20 minutes.

Dr. Kraft is the best doctor I’ve ever known. Period...hands down. No question - no competition. End of story.

First time meeting Dr. Kraft. Very genuine—he had a busy schedule and yet didn’t seem rushed. He was prompt to the appointment and spent a good amount of time trying to discern the issue and how we could best approach resolution. I respected his knowledge level, and fully trust his hypothesis was correct without MRI results. Most importantly, he had a great bedside candor.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Rod Kraft for at least 5 years now. To find a Dr. And staff that exceeds your expectations had proven to be difficult. Until I was referred here! The staff is timely and professional. My experience with Dr. Kraft had been nothing but exceptional. I trust his knowledge and guidance. He makes the patient feel heard and cared for.

I love Dr Kraft. He is great. But his office staff is rude, unprofessional and you have to follow up repeatedly with everything because they literally never do what they are supposed to do. They just flat out do not do their job.

Two weeks for a script is an under statement... I cant believe how horrible the staff is. Its hard to find someone that will go a little over there job description.

Ive been going to Dr. Kraft since about 1984 and theres a reason for that. Hes a great Dr. and worth the wait. Weve had a few issues with meds too but I still wouldnt go to anyone else.

If I could, Id give this office less stars. The office manager is so rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me her name. Lol. The assistant mailed private information about me to a different address! Twice. Violation of my privacy! Good luck getting any prescription filled on time. Incompetent overall. Lazy for the most part. They dont listen and want to compartmentalize your issues to pass you off to specialists instead of just doing their job.

I cant speak to office personnel nor am I a fan of SPOCs billing practices, but Dr. Kraft is excellent and extremely competent at his job. I am always very satisfied with my appointments with him.

Dr Krafts office is ridiculously slow at processing any request, and God forbid you have to have an approval for any medication. If you do, expect a two week wait, and dont expect it to be correct.
