Dr Crosby and his amazing team worked me in for an emergency root canal procedure while I was visiting the area. Dr Crosby is wonderfully compassionate and incredibly thorough. I had an extremely irritated tooth, lots of pain. I called first thing in the morning, they told me to come right in. Dr Krosby had to do a root canal. No more pain! First and foremost I want to share with you my fear of the Dentist! I HATE IT! Ive held off for a quite some time due to a bad experience elsewhere, but I knew I had to overcome my fear and look for a Dentist. New year new smile! Someone referred me to Dr. Crosby, and the experience was the best ever. He is so detailed with his work, he will explain everything from A-Z, he answers every question you have! He even had me hold a hand held mirror to see exactly what he was seeing! So cool! I totally recommend him and his staff, from scheduling to xrays. Nicole was the best dental hygienist! She made me feel so relaxed and at peace. I was also embarrassed but she made me feel so good about myself lol. This made me want to keep coming to the dentist routinely, best team ever! Im so glad I found them!

Doctor Crosby is one of the nicest dentist and a honest man. Doctor Crosby was introduced to me by one of my coworkers about 6-7 years ago. Never been to dentist before, my tooth was hurting so bad. My coworker said he is the best and he is. Knows his job and will not charge if his job is not perfect. He tried fixing either my crown or something. I’m new to all this tooth terminology because I wanted him to do it although he referred me to his outside practice but l wanted him to fix it. At the end my complicated tooth did not let him do that. He spend hours and hours with me at the end he did not charge a penny from me. That’s when you know he is a good not putting money first. Ive been a patient of Dr. Crosby since he started his practice. My tooth was hurting and he had such compassion for me which hooked me for a lifetime. Shelly, my dental hygienist, is always so professional and kind. She and Dr. Crosby always ask about my family and remembers their names and whats going on in their lives. That speaks volumes for me.

I have been going to Dr. Crosby for a couple of years and every time I have gone it has been a positive experience. The entire staff are very friendly and attentive to needs. I recently had to have a crown replaced that was poorly done by a prior dentist and from start to finish, the process was the best I’ve experienced. Dr. Crosby is so attentive to how you are feeling regarding discomfort or pain and he does everything he can to make it as pleasant as possible. I’ve been very thankful to have been referred to him.
