Worst place in town, do NOT recommend. I took both of my kids for their preventive checkup we waited 1 hour until they were seen they were only able to do the x-rays only not the cleaning because they were short staff so we have to reschedule. We came back with one of my daughters for her cleaning and wanted to charge me again the copay visit even do they didnt do it on the first visit due that they were short staff. The office manager said that by law due to COVID they need to rinse their mouth with this discussing mixture of hydrogen peroxide (we were told this after we left their office) they just force my daughter to use it even do we ask to please make an exception she felt like throwing up. With the cleaning they just brush the teeth (they said it was polish it didnt seem like) extremely fast the girl that did it said she is done and I ask what about flossing she ask do you want me to do it? really? Then she is like do you want to see the doctor? I have never experience this in my life before very unprofessional. As well no plaque was remove etc... After 1 hour the office manager call so I explain what happened her attitude and the way she handle her self very disappointing. Overall a nightmare thanks god it was just a preventive check up. WARNING the main reason we went there is because of their reviews maybe just in the wrong place with the wrong staff? I wish the office manager handle herself better. Jackie the front office assistant was fantastic I have to give her that and the Doctor was nice as well.

Dr. Haddad has been my dentist for about 20 years. Every visit he and his staff are courteous, helpful, informative and professional. The hygienist Sam is amazing and seriously the best! My son is also is patient and the staff have watched him grow up and make it a point to engage with him in such a friendly way that he always feels comfortable and cared for. Today was my first time that I visited the First family dentist, the workers are so nice and the doctor as well. The doctor took two of my teeth without pain. Im not quite sure about First Family Dental yet since I didnt get any treatment completed today. Im not sure if it was the same receptionist that assisted me when I made my appointment because she was nice on the phone but in person I felt like she was short and rude. The dentist didnt say much, never showed me my x-rays, and didnt really even examined my teeth much. He just told me Im doing a good job at brushing and never asked me if I was having any problems. He dismissed me to schedule a cleaning and that was it. So for now, Im rating First Family Dental two stars based on previous positive reviews from other patients. I chose this place because of the high Google ratings for being such a great place but I didnt get the same experience today. I will wait for my cleaning in December to see what my experience will be. 😐

I have been a patient of First Family Dental for a number of years. When my children were little, I appreciated the fact that they would let me sit in procedure room with my child. Doctor Haddad is incredibly gentle and kind, with kids and with the grown up kind. The ladies and gentlemen working in this office are just that- ladies and gentlemen. They are so friendly and kind, personable, and efficient. I’ve always been very satisfied with the services I’ve received here for almost 15 years. This year, I was concerned about my routine 6-month visit in the midst of the pandemic. I rescheduled once, but kept my appointment today. Any nervousness I may have had was quickly dissolved with all the precautions and safety procedures they’ve put in place. My visit, xrays and cleaning went smoothly and I’m glad I went.

Dr Haddad has always been sweet and quick whenever I come in for my regular appointments. I love the gals who work in the front and all of the staff in the back! My brother and I both are clients at this spot and we’ve never had any problems in the past years. I had my appointment during COVID and they had hand sanitizers and disinfectant for your phone/belongings in the front. A staff member will come to you when you enter and check your temperature and oxygen levels. It feels safe inside knowing they are taking steps to reduce the spread of COVID.

Family Dental is an awesome dental group. The staff is all so friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist are soo good at what they do. They are caring and put u at ease and explain what they are doing and are gentle. . I wouldnt go anywhere but there and that is why I travel from Merced to go to them. A busy place. Very good and attentive staff. I made an appointment for a cleaning and got a check up with an appointment for a cleaning 2-3 months later, and a third appointment for a cavity. I did not care for that delay tactic with multiple co-pays, but they are busy. Lead dentist is sometimes a little difficult to understand, due to thick accent.

Best dentist I’ve had, I feel right at home. The staff is wonderful, professional, and the atmosphere is great. The ladies working the front and back are quick and have you in and out and don’t mess around.

Ive been a long time First Family Dental patient, but this was my daughters first time. I was worried that she might be scared but everyone was so overwhelmingly nice to her that she had a Great time! The techs were so nice that she wasnt even scared that I couldnt be in the room while they did x-rays. I could hear her talking with the tech the whole time actually! From reception, to the dentist himself, everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend them to everyone!
