I finally found my person for SNS dip!!! Kim was amazing. This is my natural nail and let me start off saying they were chipped in different shapes but Kim was still able to pull it off making them look AMAZING!!! I showed her a picture and she delivered. SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT &nailed it. Literally. Will definitely be coming back for more. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to.

I hadn’t been to this salon in over 7 years only because the people who ran it before weren’t as attentive to clients. However, the new management (especially the lady who greets and checks you in) really has changed for the better! I love how they really try and help you find the color you’re looking for. It’s not like most salons that just take customers in, rush them to find a color and have them sit down for service—they really ask you what you what you’re looking for and do their best to provide exceptional service. Plus the nail techs are really nice and really good at their job! I definitely will be coming here more often!

I have been coming here for 2 years but I had never been set on a certain “provider” until I came in as a walk in and Lily serviced me. She absolutely won me over and now I only schedule with her. She is so FREAKING good! Her pedis are crisp and her massages are on point. Because of her I will continue to come here. Also the front staff is super efficient and great. Love this place!

Vy took care of me today and was wonderful! My nails look great but the best part was the experience she gave me. She paid attention to detail all the way down to giving me a towel to put in my lap to cover me because i was wearing a dress. Berry took care of my friend and between the four of us talking you would have thought we were friends for years! Thank you for giving us such a great experience!

I booked my appointment in advance. I asked for a full set with art. All the young lady on the phone said was Bring a photo of what you want. the Woman who did my nails never spoke to me. Except how long, shape and pick a color. Under 30 minutes done! Not 1 question of me wanting art. So needless to say my cuticles are tore up from the drill and not one nail is even 😑

I love coming to this spa they take there time and do a great job never feel rushed no matter how busy they get. I have been to many different nail places and I always end up coming back hear because the quality and attention to details does not match another place.

Kim is a sweetheart. She communicates well with people and very friendly. Daisy did my pedicure and she was also very nice.

I love the person who took care of me she pays really close attention to detail. I have never had my nails look this flawless. She took her time to make sure there was nothing out of place all around my cuticles and under my nails. My first time here and definitely will be back.

This man was like ooo no hunny let me fix that for you I walked the extra mile to Venus Nails every thing was 1000 times better.... And yes I payed for my service at both places

Ive been going to Shi nails & Spa for about five years, and have had an amazing experience every time. Lisa has been my nail technician for about a year, and does amazing work! Im always satisfied when I leave! I usually get a full set of arcylic nails or a fill with no chip polish. The quality of my nails last up to 3-4 weeks, and usually it is recommended to get a fill about every 2 weeks. I strongly recommend for people to go here! Thanks for all your wonderful work.

Love the customer service and nails! The guy who did my nails accidentally messed up and completely redid one of my nails without me asking. Such great service. Definitely coming back.

Great work on nails

This place is filled with rude people. I got my nails done and they came off within 2-3 days. The nails were thinned out and uneven. They broke in half so I called the lady at the front desk. She told me I could come in and she could fix them. I come in and she tells me I have to pay full price because she did not believe me that they broke off themselves. I began to be respectful to her and said i called in and made and appointment to get them fixed. She began to say that I could of broken off the nails and wanted to see proof of my nails in pictures that they broke off. The conversations between us was just very rude and disrespectful. Do not go here to get your nails done you will regret it!!

Very positive experience. Friendly, professional and my nails are beautiful. Bought gift cards for my daughters-in-law while I was there because I was so pleased. They did a great job on my eyebrow too! After much searching Ive found my new salon.

Went there today and it was amazing. I got my acrylic nails filled and one of the best pedicures ever. Loved the staff. Will go again if Im in the area.Love it. First time coming will come more !

If I could put 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday to get a basic full set and a basic pedicure and was charged $85. When I asked the nail tech to break down the prices for me she ignored me. The only reason why I even payed was because I was already so upset I just wanted to get out of there. Both of the ladies doing my toes and nails were too distracted to notice that they both had cut me. The lady doing my toes also pulled live skin off my big toe and now Im unable to walk correctly, apply any pressure, or even wear close toed shoes. The lady doing my acrylics put acrylic liquid on my skin which has now caused me to have some sort of allergic reaction. Im in pain, I can hardly put pressure on my left foot, my fingers are itchy and red, and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I will be contacting the state board of cosmetology since their employees dont know the basic law which states that you should never cut live skin. I will also be going back in today to get a full refund and to speak to the manager about their horrible and unprofessional service.

Clean and friendly environment and they always do nice work!! VERY nice and the pedis are the best ever! If you used to be a customer and got turned off by the previous owners (I did) -- go back .... the new owners revamped the place and are super nice!

This place is shady when it comes to charging their customer. The prices are never consistent even though they list the cost of their services. If their busy you don’t get a quality massage for what their service menu states for what your paying for. The lady taking the payment calculated the service incorrectly and got mad when I questioned her about it. I will never go there again or recommend Shi Nails to anyone.

I got really basic stiletto nails they were pretty and all but they literally did not last a week 4 of them broke the next day I wasn’t even doing anything I was literally putting on my sweater and they snapped off. I obviously went back to get them fixed and I got a different person and she did a really bad job the shape was really ugly I did not like it at all. It was very expensive for a damn basic set of nails. They came off very effortlessly when I took them off I didn’t even put them in warm water or anything I just peeled them off. They did not last a long time for the amount of money I paid.

Accidentally upgraded to the Deluxe package (hot stones, paraffin wax, et al.), and although the price-tag was a little hefty, once the hot-stone massage on my legs began, I sank into it. Would *highly* recommend, if you can fork out the $80!

The front desk was hardly paying attention and all the employees kept juggling the customers around. Went for a pedicure but by the time I finally sat down and just ask for a polish change because it was taking so long, NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL AND MOST DEFINETELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.If I could post a photograph of my toenails and my best friends gel manicure you would agree. Looked as if we attempted to paint each others, bottom line just was not professional quality or professional business.

Never going back!!!!! Took my daughter to get a full set, had to wait 45 min, which is ok since we didn’t have an appt, however the tech who did her nails was not friendly, shaped all but 2 of her nails crooked and she wanted glitter for her ring finger so the tech painted one of them with the same color as the rest and them put glitter over it and on the other hand left that finger clear with no polish and then painted glitter over it. Looked awful. When I told the owner that they need to at least match she had the same tech fix it who thus gave us attitude. Terrible experience!!!! Will never go back or recommend this 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I was very unhappy with my visit. There arent very nice and friendly. The receptionist had a lady that was a beginner do my pedicure. It looks like a child serviced me. $45 was too much for a beginner. Id never go here again. Bad service with bad attitudes

Did not like the receptionists, (mind you, not the owner) she was very rude,not polite. The detail on the overlay is horrible. You can see the lumps on the acrylic. The gel color is pretty but the acrylic is awful and I came out with no nail. (Pure skin) She filed them so small.Very disappointed!!!

I went in to get a pedicure and an American manicure with my mom. Both were horrible! The guy who did my nails nicked me and made me bleed, the edges of my nails weren’t buffed and were jagged, and the nail polishes was globbed on and didn’t reach any of the edges, not even the white (they didn’t even give me an American, they gave me a botched French, despite me showing them multiple pictures of what we wanted). I’ve been there before and they never did better than subpar, and for those prices? Also, they didn’t clean the nail polish on my feet, it was all over my toes. Some of the pink on my fingers bled onto the white, but when I asked to get it fixed, they made a big deal out of it and made me cry, and then refused to drop it when I asked them to stop. I will never go again, if anyone has any suggestions for new nail places near River Park, please let me know!

Horrible service I went in to get some fairly basic nail art and more than one person gave me attitude. The guy that did my nails was so ruff on my nails I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. I expected way better, being in the River Park area I traveled all the way from Madera to get better service and got Worse!! 4/21/16

I had a fill and pedi. Got in and out in an hour. My complaint is that the man in charge was rude as hell to his receptionist. There is a way to conduct yourself as a supervisor with respect to your employees. I had to listen to it my entire visit. Fun. Maybe the business location gave him a power trip. SMH. Will not be back.
