The minute I walked in, from the minute I left. The service was perfect. It was my first time getting a facial, and I picked the pamper and glow service and I felt very pampered and my face was really glowing after. I was so relaxed and calm with MIRIAM ESSMAN, she took exceptional care of me. I never left a spa feeling this way. I was so happy, relaxed and I felt amazing. Thank you for the best spa day. I will be back in no time!

This review is for someone I booked a massage for on 2/10/20. They are new to the spa experience and I was excited that they were going to Estancias. The front desk woman could have been more welcoming and helpful when asked about other services Estancia offers. I was happy to know Erin picked up the slack and made my girlfriend feel very comfortable with the massage experience. 5 stars for Erin. 2 stars for the front desk. Book a massage with Erin.

Jeni is amazing very sweet and made me feel comfortable! Me and my husband both like her. We get our massages here. Our friends recommended this place..so we will def be back! I recommend the cryoderm massage. Gift cards available!

Waxing by Miriam is always great. She is so good at waxing. She is calming, thorough, and professional. The atmosphere is very luxurious and the cost is at a very affordable price.

I was super excited to try this place out, especially once I had found such a great deal on their website! I had set my mind on the Tuscan Retreat for Two, which included a 55 minute Massage for two in the private Villa, side by side Spa Pedicures and a Spa Lunch...all for $80! So I call to book this deal for my upcoming birthday. Spoke to the receptionist and everything went smoothly until she asked for the deposit. I was aware the deposit was necessary and did not mind, however I was shocked when she informed me that it would be based off of the $270 package. I quickly informed her that the price on their website was $80, to which she informed me it was incorrect and that she would need to talk to the owner before honoring any price changes. A little while later I received a call back from someone letting me know they could not honor the price that was falsely advertised, but would comp me the lunch. What they did is false advertising and there are state and federal laws against this. I will never try this spa and I will make sure everyone I know, knows what happened as well.

Had an appointment with MICHELLE GAMBRADT waited for weeks to get in and got a call 1 hour before my appt. that she had to go home sick. Then receptionist wanted to give me an appt. for another 4 weeks away or I could see another new girl in about 7 more days. Bad Service and receptionist was so rude on the phone like it was my fault. Save your money and go to someplace that have a friendly staff.
