I been with EECU for about 3 years now I NEVER EVER had a issue with them before! however i started missing money out of my account for NO REASON! THIS IS THE 4th time! all the other times I wasn’t worried but now I’m getting FED UP! 300 dollars is missing from my account and I know I didn’t spend it on anything!! everytime I try to call I never get a clear ANSWER!! I’m starting to not like this bank!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! And will not even help even if you’re on your deathbed !

I got a loan on a vehicle, they convinced me of selling me mechanical insurance, which I cancelled after 10 days and when I noticed that two weeks have gone by, I revisited the bank again asking them when it was going to get credit back to my account, they told me it will take 10 weeks for it to get credited back to my account and I have to visit them again to adjust for the extra interest and the monthly payment. It took them a month to get the amount credited to my account, which was sooner than they informed me. They should have informed me with the trouble that I would be facing with the mechanical insurance when i cancel it which my decision would have been not to get it from the get go, So I went into the downtown branch in Fresno to get them to adjust the loan as they said they would after i get the amount credited, they were clueless and was non professional and giving me answers like they didnt want to look into the situation and tried to make me seem like i dont know what i am talking about. I am asking simple questions and still getting the run around. All this years, i have been dealing this type of situations, but I havent come across a person that made me feel like this and i will never in the future apply for any loan from EECU because they are not honest from the get go and are wasting my time dealing with a simple issue.

Today 5-5-2020 i felt the assistant Eli racially profiled me. I was being helped by a teller named lionell and there were 5 other customers bring helped by other tellers. Eli the branch (assistant manager) walks up behind Lionell and out the blue tells me May 7th your going to have to wear a face mask. I asked why Im the only one hes telling that to because Im not the only one in the bank without a facial mask and i asked him to please leave me alone i wont come after 5-7-20. This disgusted me because another customer that wasnt black didnt get notified of them not having a mask on nor was she informed of their bank changes. Smh. I rarely go into their bank and this change my impression of their bank that my money is at.

Because I Bank there for the last 7 years so I may be a little prejudiced. I think the service there is great.! They seemed to want to go the extra mile for you. They helped me out countless times. There peek days seems to be Friday LOL thats about every Banks peak days. But thats when they do the most business true there isnt any parking spots you take what you could get on the street outside. And yes they do have an ATM there.

The worse customer service that Ive ever seen from a credit union.Ive tried to contact the representative who I was dealing with to finalize my transaction and she take her time, and when she finally getting back to you DOESNT EVEN SAY HELLO to start with!!!Good job hiring these morons.

Inconvenient bank hours for regular working people, atm will not give access to subshare-update for it taking forever, long check holds/clearing, limited online transfers, no parking avail easily. Good interest rates though...

Excellent banking services. Online bill payer system will even send a physical check to places that dont accept ACH transfers. Bad part of EECU, wait times in some branches are horrendous
