Had a transaction returned and charged a return check fee when we had money to cover the transaction. So now my $208 dmv transaction has turned into a $325 one. When I called to figure out what was going on the first representative I spoke with responded with they have been doing that as soon as I told her my dilemma. They offered the remedy of reversing their return check fee but that is of no help with the fees I have to pay to the dmv. She forwarded me to her manager Michelle who was of less help than the previous ladies I had spoken with. Ive NEVER had this issue with any other bank of declining transactions when there was money in the account. Makes me not trust using my bank account through them.

I visited this branch with a neighbor. Since I was there I asked for change for a $ 10. I was informed that it is there policy not to give change to you unless you are a member.Am I missing something here. Since when do banks and credit unions not deal with cash? Has the financial world become so removed from the tangible exchange of currency that it thinks it needs to ID you and record your account information to do something as simple as change a 10?I was shocked.

Eduardo is the best. My bank made a mistake and bounced my direct deposit and IRS said it was going to take 2wks to get a check. Eduardo got my check in 1 day. Very thankful !!!!! Go to him and you wont be disappointed

This bank has the nicest tellers i have had in years. They are while organized and and treat their members very well

Even though they dont have ATMs yet they are putting them in . This is one of the better places to do banking.

Went to withdrawn from my account the rep told me I was not able to withdrawn all my money unless I want a thousand in small bills now why would want a thousand dollars in small bills really so unnecessary for me to have that much in small bills when I told no thank you just go to a different branch she kept harassing me for small bills felt very uncomfortable

Its either super busy or super slow only 1 ATM outside
