He reassured me that moving forward he would work with me. He addressed my concerns, so I could feel comfortable with my future dental needs.Dr. Lent is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. At First Impression Dental Fresno all staff is super friendly and they create a very safe environment and make you feel very welcomed. First Impression Dental is unlike any other dental experience I have ever had. I was greeted with a warm welcome the moment I walked in by Kris and Andrea at the front desk. After checking in I was met by Cody who delivered exceptional service while conducting my radiographs. Once the radiographs were completed I had an orientation with Dr. Lent and the dental assistant Vanessa. Dr. Lent review the radiographs with me and we tailored a treatment plan designed for my needs. Lastly, I met the dental hygienist Amanda who did an incredible job. She was extremely thorough and even demonstrated the proper way to floss my teeth. I am definitely coming back to Dr. Lents office and I recommend that you give them a try too!!!

I have a lot of anxiety when going to a Dentist. The staff here is very friendly which put me at ease the moment I arrived the dentist was very informative. I drive an hour from out if time but do far it seems worth it.

Dr. Lent, Amanda, Monica and Kris were outstanding as Im sure the rest of the staff is that I didnt have the pleasure of meeting. My 9 year old son is very apprehensive with dentistry due to past negative experiences. We drove 3 hours just because I heard amazing things about the staff and technology being used. My son did not need shots or numbing agents for his cavities because Dr.Lent used a laser. Everyone was so kind and put my son at ease. Not one tear and he said he would come back for sure. First Impression Dental is first rate. Dr Lent is the best dentist to ever treat me. His training and dental education are top notch, and his office has state of the art equipment. Excellent Dental Assistants work with him, responsive, well trained and fun people. His office music is really good too. It’s nice to finally find a good dentist.

They are amazing. I felt very safe and comfortable. They spent three hours with me making sure that I felt comfortable with all the information they were telling me. They show me how to improve my brushing and flossing. I highly recommend them. They are so nice there.

Very impressed with Dr. Lent and his staff! The office is clean, modern and high tech! The staff is going above and beyond to make sure all safety and hygiene protocols are met. I went in to have an old filling fixed and the process was so quick and painless with the use of the Solea laser. No more painful and inconvenient numbing shots and drilling! All procedures were explained to me beforehand, initial consultation was very thorough. Everyone is very nice and welcoming.. and Cody is the best! Highly recommend Dr. Lent!

What a great first visit I just had at First Impression Dental. When I opened the front office door I was taken back on how beautiful and clean it was. My first impression was WOW if they have their office looking this clean then I cant wait until I see my teeth after they clean them. Boy was I right, my teeth feel reborn and my mouth feels so fresh. My teeth shine like a freshly polished car in the sunshine. Dr. Lent and his staff is great! You walk in and don’t feel like you’ve walked into dental suite but a spa...it’s light, airy and very modern. Upon entering, Kris greets you with a big smile and David comes out to say hi. You’ll get a tour of the office and then you get to meet to Dr. Lent. Dr. Lent is down to earth, encourages you to ask questions and is very thorough in his work. His office only uses the high end products and state-of-the-art dental equipment. If you’re not a needle person like me, you don’t have to worry because Dr. Lent has a laser he uses where you don’t feel pain...and you get to wear cool glasses. :) You will not find service like this in Fresno. Dr. Lent brought Santa Monica quality and standards to Fresno.

Great first visit to the office. The office is super clean, the staff is very welcoming and Dr Lent spent the time needed to explain everything in detail so we could plan any treatments.

Dr. Lent was very thorough in his explanation of his care plan. Hygienist Amanda is the best hygienist I’ve ever had and she truly cares for her quality of work. I would highly recommend this practice over others I’ve visited and encourage all in the Fresno area to try this practice.

Choosing First Impressions has been a great choice. I had a hard time finding a dentist that I truly felt comfortable with. I also was really intrigued with the idea of the laser but I ended up being really sensitive to it. But, I have pretty sensitive teeth to begin with. So we opted to go with the traditional numbing method and I really prefer Dr. Lent’s method. He calmed my fears and now I have found my dentist after many years of avoiding them. I highly recommend if you have any dental fears, you will be in good hands.
