This office took care of my mother in laws hearing aides and has done a fantastic job! They are very kind and accommodating. My wife loved taking her there as Dr. Stark is very personable and kind. His office is just as kind and personable. He does it all right!!!!

Came here for an ear cleaning. The whole visit did not take long at all. The Dr. was awesome, explained the whole process, zero pain. Friendly and professional staff, whole office was clean, looked great. Pretty good reading material while I waited. Very reasonably priced.

When I started losing my hearing a few months ago I wasnt sure what to do or where to go for help. One call to the wonderful folks at Heiner Hearing Center was all it took to get me on the right path. The staff got me in quickly for an ear cleaning, and Dr. Stark went above and beyond with his inspection into my hearing issue, even providing an ear pressure check after my cleaning which I wasnt charged for. He clearly explained everything he was doing at each step, and at the end carefully went over his findings, treating me more like an equal and an old friend than a new patient. He recommended a next course of action for me, and found a variety of in network and out of network specialists for me to go to for further evaluations. I had a truly positive experience with this top-notch audiology provider, and Id recommend the Heiner Hearing Center to anyone who owns a pair of ears.

This is the absolute best place to go in all of the Fresno/Clovis area! Dr. Stark really cares about his patients, and ALL of the staff are personable, friendly, caring, and really try to do their best for each individual! My Aunt is turning 100 years old in a week, and they treated her like she was family!

I suffer from tinnitus. The last few weeks my right ear felt plugged up. That together with the ringing in my ears made me feel pretty miserable. I had both my ears cleaned there this morning and the difference is remarkable. While the ringing is still there, its manageable again and my hearing has improved. THANK YOU 🤗

I came here for a simple ear cleaning and had an outstanding experience here at Heiner Hearing center. Dr. Stark was extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything. His ear cleaning method is much better than the warm water one I had done many years ago at my old doctors office. If you have ear or hearing issues and you think you have earwax buildup or just want to clean deep within your ears, then this is a great place. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone. Heiner Hearing Center was the only place that showed up on google that offers ear wax cleaning in Fresno. It was from other reviews that mentioned ear wax removal that I discovered this place. So I will say ear wax or earwax cleaning and removal again for seo to help others. The doctor was really professional and went the extra mile to take care of me.

Had a great experience here. Dr. Stark helped me with my issue, and has a wonderful, warm personality. His staff is terrific and went out of their way to see me sooner than expected. And as if that isnt enough, they probably have the coolest decorations of any medical office. Highly recommended.

Visited Heiner to have the wax removed out of mine and my sisters ears. What a great experience in the office. Doctor was so informative and told us there was not enough wax to even be removed. I went to Heiner Hearing to get my ears cleaned professionally, after using store bought kits for several years. The doctor was incredibly kind, and explained what I could expect from the process. I am a minor and most audiologist dont help minors when it comes to hearing aids but Heiners Hearing Center did and for that I am so thankful. There is such good service and a great atmosphere there. If you are looking for an audiologist this is the place to go!
