Absolutely loving working with this office and Dr Demera. He is intelligent, thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile for his patients. He takes the time to clearly explain all aspects and actively listens to feedback from his patients to make an action plan together. Exceptional service rarely found locally and is on par with high level University patient care.

Dr.Rush is amazing! Very thorough, professional, kind, considerate and caring. Throughout my journey of health I have seen several doctors in different departments and Dr. Rush has been one of the best. She takes time with you and talks to you not at you . From the front desk through the exam and on to the follow up with referrals , tests, and prescriptions the staff at DeMera is ultra professional, personable, and caring. I am reluctant to post this just because I want to keep these people to myself and not have them overwhelmed. But my experience with Jessica and Jennifer as nurse practitioners is that they are very knowledgeable and thorough. They don’t just look at everything as an allergy, and seem to take a broader approach considering what other body functions might be coming into play. I trust them to find out what’s going on with me and my family more than I trust my general practitioner! Imagine that. As far as I am concerned, they are among the best doctors in Fresno.

Really friendly staff and kinda awesome that they are having a pumpkin contest for their staff for halloween, you can tell they really put the effort in on that and its nice to see places that care about their employees too, because happy employees take better care of patients.

I was greeted by friendly, courteous front-desk staff, and brought back to the examination room as soon as I sat down in the waiting room.The assistant was very friendly as she covered the preliminary stuff - blood pressure check, pulse, temperature - then, the wait to see Jennifer Ruch was not more than two minutes. Jennifer is very friendly, understanding, and thorough. It would be super if all visits to all of my medical care people went as smoothly as did this one!

Dana & Dr. Sherman are wonderful! I called in with concerns about a nasalplasty that I had with another Dr. and no one else would help me. She told me the Dr. was not taking new patients but really wanted to help me. She said she would call me back the next week. I thought. Ya right. Just like the others said but she did call back and got me in to see the Dr. two days later. He confirmed what I had suspected with my nose and is getting me set up to see a Dr. at UC Davis to fix the problems. I am so grateful!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. All of my doctors are afflliated with Stanford, except for my allergist and ENT which are Dr. DeMera and Dr. Sherman in Fresno. Their office runs like a well oiled machine, just like Stanford Health Care does. I cant say this about any of the other doctors offices that I have visited in the Central Valley. The doctors and staff are personable, knowledgeable, and efficient!

Phone appointment with Dr. DeMera. Great idea! I miss the in-person connection but it was great to save time and energy arranging transportation, getting to appt, sitting & waiting! Never a wait time - everyone is professional and I feel like my concerns and issues are met. My only frustration is that still waiting for the doctor to change the pressure readings on my new AVC ResMed device. They cannot ship it until they have the new readings because the Phillips machine normally used has been recalled and the settings are not the same on the ResMed device. Not sure why the delay.

The office staff was friendly and efficient. To my surprise I was called to the back within 5 minutes, the doctor was in right after that. We went over my history. Tests were done, results were good. The doctor actually listened to my concerns and has requested other tests to be done.Overall experience was a good one for being a new patient.

They have helped me more than any other place has. I used to have severe asthma and allergy symptoms but now I’m able to walk more and actually able to breathe through my nose. The staff is very kind and they pull you in quick.

All the nurses and staff are very nice and professional. The nurses that give my daughter allergy shots always talk to her and make sure she has a water to drink after her shots 😁 They are very welcoming as well. I was seen here prior to a sleep study, and the visit was pleasant. I didnt hear anything after the sleep study, and followed up with the sleep center. They said they had forwarded the results to DeMera Allergy, and to contact them. I made three calls, in which I left my name and number, and what I wanted on voicemail, but did not receive return calls. The sleep center then called on my behalf and were told DeMera would immediately call me. No calls. I have a cell phone I use exclusively. There are no records of any calls from DeMera. I requested the sleep center forward my results somewhere else for follow-up. I dont know what their problem is, but this is so rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Sherman, top level anywhere as far as I can tell, genial, highly expert and one of those people who are lucky enough to be deep into what they are doing to the point of fine artistry. His Dx/Rx made my problem of chronic ear infections after living in tropics markedly better with first visit, as well as taking time to explain processes involved with healing and the probable course of the illness. My highest recommendation.

I love everyone who works here. You can tell it’s a great working environment. Dr DeMera is not only a great doctor, but is funny and not intimidating when asking questions. My allergies are night and day from getting shots the last 4years. (I’m highly allergic to almost everything but food). I wholeheartedly recommend them for you or your children’s allergy needs.

Dr. DeMera is pleasant and a brain when you need help with anything in his field and can usually know what you need even if it’s not in his field and knows who to refer you to. His ENT specialist Dr. Sherman is also a brain and amazing.The staff is always polite, organized, professional, and wonderful to work with. He also works in two locations, Fresno and Visalia making it easier for traveling to him from out of town.

I worked for Dr. DeMera for two years and he was honestly the best doctor I have ever worked for. Not only is he a great boss but he genuinely cares about every patient he sees. He will go above and beyond to get to the bottom of the problem and if he can’t figure it out he’ll refer you out to someone better specialized for your specific diagnosis. The staff is all warm and welcoming, and will try their hardest to make sure you have the best care possible. In my time at DeMera Allergy I was also seen as a patient for allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis and ear issues. I highly recommend seeing Dr. DeMera and Dr. Sherman; they are both amazing doctors with great passion for their specialties.

Scheduling was easy and on point, the office is super clean, office staff are extremely professional and polite. One of the best in Fresno.
