Worst staff ever that I experienced. No one ever answer the phone. Called non stop gor past two days. Do they even have receptionist that works there or what. Oh my god. Please dont go to this office at all because its a waste of time trying to get a hold of them.

I had Dr Lim as my pediatrician when I was a kid and she was good. I have her again now as an adult but have never seen her at this office. Dr Laura has always been really nice to me though. The building could use a good cleaning and some new paint but overall not too bad.

This use to be a great place when Dr. Grace Lim was on site and before they moved from Gettysburg Street but, in my opinion the Receptionist is always rude. Youre left on hold for long periods of time with no one checking in. The bathroom is always nasty, you dont get follow up or appointment reminder calls anymore. Just very poor service.

I just Put 1 Star just to put an Honest Review . Not like some people on here . Thats really sad that they have their own staff put 5 stars just to look decent. This office is the utmost horrible experience. They take forever to seat patients in the back , even with an appointment. The staff is very lazy and very rude . They literally will sit and just look at you while your waiting up front to ask a question. The facility is gruesomely dirty (especially the restroom ) . I will not be bringing my son to such low standards . Time for a New Dr ASAP

The reviews are true. This place could use a deep cleaning and some paint on the walls. Literally looks like a prison waiting room. Bathroom is disgusting, the sink was full of water.Some staff is nice some staff is rude. I thought Dr. Grace was going to be my Dr. Instead I got the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner seemed miserable to be there and tired. She was cold and monatone. She didnt seem to care about me or my concerns. Very odd experience here. I will never come back.

I love Dr Lim and her daughter. It is quite frustrating that I can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. It is either busy or it rings and rings and rings. And then when I get there and ask, they say it works just fine. I called it right in front of them and it DID right!! So are they just choosing not to answer? Aside from that, great office. My daughter is13 and shes been going there since birth!

Worse office I have ever been too! Dr is great but the office staff is horrible. They had me on hold twice for 30 and then 41 minutes both times. When they finally got on the phone they got upset because I was upset they put me on hold again without me even knowing. They lie, they dont send paper work back to who requests it. 3 times daughter school requested physical paperwork and never did they receive anything back. Dr. Is losing clients because of her staff!!!

Both of our kids have special needs and have been with Dr. Lim & Fong since birth. I must say that they are wonderful doctors. Both care and treat us like family. Referrals are prompt and medication is prompt. Our only recommendation is for them to move to a larger facility as the waiting area can get very crowded. As for scheduling an appointment over the phone, there is a better chance of being seen as a walk in. But once your called in, medical service is excellent.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment when you need one. They are constantly booked and seem almost absent minded about returning calls, making the necessary referrals, etc. I have never seen my actual PCP in the office, and the doctor treats you like you are annoying her with your time. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because of one helpful doctor in the office. Today I tried calling to get an appointment, knowing it will take at least a month to get in, and their phone is now disconnected! This office is very frustrating!

I been waiting 3 hours in this doctors office and still havent been see so I know my high blood pressure is sky high... dont make no sense to have to wait so long just for the doctor to come in for 5 mins

The 3 stars is based off the fact that I love Janelle Fong she replaced her mom Dr. Lim a while back and shes awesome! Ive been coming here for 16 yrs but I will say there is some bad things to be said 1st if u come in as a walk in prepare to wait for 3 or more hours! 2nd appointment dates are way to far out Im talking months so that never works for me I have to come in as a walk in every time. And lastly u wont ever get much helpfulness over the phone if they even pick up at all!!!! When they do they seem rushed and annoyed!!

Dr Lim has been our dr for 24 yrs. When I leave her office after any visit. I feel as if everything in the world is right!!! She has ALWAYS been there for my girls n I. Even when she was out of town on vacation she returned my call in about 10min. I love her and could NEVER have asked for a bettet more qualified dedicated physician!! THANK YOU DR. Had very bad experiencing here and the pediatricians here arent really good and make things hard for me. I never also got to see the pediatrician that I was assigned to and was seen by different people each time I go. After fainting a couple of times I asked to be refered to a neurologist to get an mri scan since they didnt know what was causing my symptoms and fainting but they refused to send me to one right away and kept bringing up excuses! And Ive been wanting to see one for more than a year already but they still wont refer me to one when my situation is serious.

That the doctors are ok,,, but the waiting time just to enter the room to be seen is ridiculous!!! appointment or walking you still have to wait in the waiting room 3-4hours...but once your in the room is quick...the clinic is always full do too how slow they are.but like i said the doctors are ok

Love Dr. Lim and Janelle Fong! They treat us like family, couldnt ask for a better doctor.
