One of the few agencies that actually makes you think of life choices and consequences. Personally, Teresa, my counsler, motivated me to make responsible decisions. To Alicia and the Director of Fresno County Hispanic Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse.I am writing to let you all know that you have a great lady in your employment that has touched and impacted a lot of lives in a positive way. Her name is TERESA. TERESA takes an interest in all her students when nobody else does. Teresa is an encouragement and a motivator to do the right thing. Once she stressed Cause and Effect is something we all must remember cause it affects everyone around us whether we know it or not. When I began her class I drove to class and the way she teaches convinced me that my actions have consequences and we should take uber, lyft, bus or any other means of transportation and definately do not drive ourselves Period. Get our SR22, etc... to be legal. Today I have my license after 20 years and I can drive my Grand babies around without fear and looking over my shoulder. I owe it all to TERESA for beliveing in me and being straight with everyone she comes across. Her teaching is done with respect, a smile, stern and by the book. I am proud of myself. I Like the classes helps you be more responsible & social but hate paying them money

A great lady and great counselor who helped me finish my 18 month program !! With his positive attitude and his desire to motivate the participants to make better decisions and not to take and drive !! People should not like to attend these programs but since she teaches her class it motivates you to go every week without complaints! Thank you Doña Teresa Martínez
