Not sure why rating is so low. I didn’t expect anything when I got there, the reception may be the only thing I’d complain a little bit… the receptionist told us we couldn’t do contact exam at weekend and that’s why we only booked glasses exam. However, Dr Andrew Ma was super surprised when he heard this and offered the exam if I wanted to run it today. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommended him

This review is the Costco Vision Center, not the eye exam office. The Vision Center, I can see has a staff of 6, but everyone is avoiding to help the customers--like super slow. They stay behind the plexiglass shield wanting to avoid customer service. Customers have taken a number and are waiting all around, but the staff completely avoids eye contact. Then when I was helped, the agent (female) refused to look at my new glasses I purchased recently and the old pair I had before, because I simply asked the question why my new glasses have a purple tint on them-- she kept saying you dont have anti-glare on both glasses so there is no difference. What bad service, refusing to even look at the differences of my two pairs. Worst customer service at the Vision Center.

The doctor seemed nice on first visit , but the prescription went wrong and I had to go again . But the second visit was not a good experience as she claimed that she can’t make my eyesight 6/6 with prescription . Her comment was a bit weird .

Seriously don’t go there the daytime manger is a joke I bought my Maui Jim sunglasses .lenses fell off in two months she didn’t take time to look for another told me to send it in to factory for repairs went to Hayward Costco they replaced my lenses tightened everything cleaned and gave me the sunglasses No charge do not recommend Fremont Costco for glasses

Bad glasses service

The worst dr ever . Had to schedule my husband’s visit for three times however was so disappointed that had to take a second opinion at View opticals in Fremont and Dr ling was amazing and we got a good pair of glasses . Please do not go to this location in Costco. Its just waste of money and time . The doctor here is rude and doesn’t know what she is doing .

Totally waste of time! Dont visit its tire center!One of my friends visit their tire center after his on-line order was shipped to there. He was told that the tire exchanging will be done in 4 hours. After 4 hours of waiting (YES, THATS VERY LONG wating), when he went back to the tire center, he was told that the tires are NOT there, and he had two selections: either to put back old tires, or buy new tires from their limited stock.Thats ridiculous! If you cant find the tire, why you started to get all tires off and get customer wait FOUR hours? Are you professional or serious at all?So stay AWAY from this wonderful place, at least its tire center.
