Good experience when I needed to get some fresh message and this place was actually not bad. It turn out to be a little closer to my house and I was looking into it while driving to work everyday. I finally been able to check it out.

For the second time in a month, I have had my pedicure appointment at Spa Dhara cancelled at the last moment. The first time, I received a call an hour and a half before and was told there was no way they could possibly fit me in any other time that day, that my technician had called in sick. Today, I had another service (in addition to my pedicure) and upon arrival, I was told that the technician who was scheduled to do my pedicure was having car troubles and cant make it. When I tried to express my frustration at this SECOND cancellation, the manager just chuckled nervously and said, wow.I was told by the technician that performed by other service that Id be better to make a pedicure appointment Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Im sorry, but if I have an appointment, regardless of day, I think its reasonable to expect the appointment to be upheld by the business.I was told when I left that there was a possibility the tech may make it in and that the man at the front desk would call me to let me know by 2pm. I called a little after 2pm to inquire as to the possibility of an afternoon appointment; the girl I spoke with informed me that there is no nail tech there during the week; she decided that shes only working Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I asked that the man Id dealt with previously call and she promised he would in 10 minutes time; an hour later, still no call. I dont appreciate being lied to (car troubles, illness, etc.) and not getting the service Id scheduled 3 weeks ago. They had ample time to reschedule or cancel. Totally unprofessional and not customer service oriented.The only reason I tried Spa Dhara in the first place was because a friend gave me her remaining destination spa gift card and I can assure you, I wont be going back. Absolutely ridiculous service. So disappointed!

I went to Spa Dhara a day before fathers day with my husband as a treat for him from our son. I kept it a surprise and let me say the trip to spa was a great enjoyable experience.We opted for the hammam package called Romancing the stone and i chose this package after going through their website (which has a lot of choices!! help! :) )the name of the package and the description was enticing. so we went there and we both loved the room it was done in. They told us it was all marble room and there are only 3 spas in US that have this therapy.the room was nice and warm and lit beautifully. it felt so good and relaxing just being in the room i couldnt wait for the therapy to start and my hubby was thrilled - it was totally unexpected for him.the therapists were very professional and the products smelled soo good. we were bathed massaged foamed and god knows what...all was good.later we relaxed with a glass of wine in their resting area which too is so impressiveall in all a wonderful spa and therapy and it beats going to Napa for such high end spas!
