Jennifer is absolutely amazing. I found her through Yelp for a Brazilian wax and during the wax she had mentioned that she’s more known for her facials. I had such a pleasant and personable experience, I booked a facial with her the following week. Wow is my skin amazing! Upon leaving the facial, I looked as if I already had makeup on - my skin was soft, glowing and with such an even skin tone. I can’t wait to come back in a few months to see her again. I go to Pink Theory to get hyrdafacials from Jennifer. Jennifer is really good at her job. She is informative and works with me to help me meet my specific skin goals, not only through the facial process but also by advising on at home skin care routine. I like that she isnt pushy about selling and prioritizes her customers needs even when it means she will make less money - this makes it very easy to trust her. The facial experience is a relaxing spa experience because of the clean and calming environment and Jennifer gives really nice shoulder massages with the facials. My favorite thing about Pink Theory is that on top of getting high quality skin care, speaking to Jennifer literally makes me leave feeling better and more positive about my life. She encourages me to take care of myself and has a very loving and positive energy. This place is more than worth the money spent.

I absolutely LOVE Jennifer. She is a master of her craft. I started coming here a few months ago and how my skin has changed for the better. Ive had many facials/estheticians before her and hands down she is amazing, knowledgeable and honest. Before coming to her I never really got taught what products to use or sometimes felt they were just pushing products to sell. I was using a variety of stuff from drug store to department store. She just consolidated what products I needed for my skin. My skin thanks her and I will continue to keep coming back! Highly recommended!

Ive been coming to Jennifer for about 2 years now. Initially, I came in to see if she could help with my hormonal acne, which she cleared in a couple of sessions, but I keep coming back because Jennifer truly cares about your skin. She cares more about my skin than I do! My first few sessions with her were pretty informative. She talked me through what she was doing, the ingredients in the products she was using and explained why these products/ingredients would help get my skin back on the right path. She also topped off the session with a nice relaxing back massage! I had never had a facial experience quite like hers before and I appreciate the time and energy she puts into taking care of me and it shows! Ive been getting many compliments on how great my skin looks and its really because of Jennifer! Im so excited that things have opened up again and looking forward to my monthly session. And because these are the times were in I want to let you know that she takes COVID precautions seriously by wearing masks and a face shield the entire time, takes your temperature, uses clean towels, new sheets and keeps her salon nice and tidy. What more could you ask for? So please, do your face a favor and hit her up for a facial. She is SOO worth it.

Jennifer does a great job listening to your skin concerns, explaining what your skin needs, and providing suggestions on what products or treatments you need next. I never once felt obligated to purchase her products and always felt comfortable around her. I will be back for another facial and 100% recommend you to see her as your esthetician!
