I first started going to Dr. Nafei years ago when I lived in Fremont, and I consistently received excellent treatment from her. Since I moved back to the area last year, Ive been fortunate to return to her office in Fremont, and Im so grateful! I have scoliosis and relied on chiropractic to keep me upright and functional my entire adult life. Ive been treated by many different Chiropractors and I can say with confidence that Dr. Nafei is an exceptional Chiropractor, very skilled and intuitive. I always leave her office feeling 100% better, and she makes me laugh, which is always good medicine :)

Tina is warm and helped me with sciatic adjustments in two prenatal sessions. She also went over my insurance coverage and anticipated co-pays. She provided me an option to comeback if I feel so, not forced future sessions on me. Thats very unique and greatly appreciated 😊

I was having some really frustrating back pain that kept happening on and off for months. I finally decided it was not resolving on its own, so I made an appointment to see Dr. Nafei, and wow, the difference in my back is night and day! I had never been to a chiropractor before so I didnt entirely know what to expect, but my experience has been great. Dr. Nafei did a consultation with me to ask about my pain, and then she explained how the entire process would work to help ease the pain and get me back to 100%. She was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent about everything that was happening throughout the appointment. After just 3 adjustments I am feeling much better and am basically pain free! If youre at all feeling hesitant or nervous about seeing a chiropractor, please give Dr. Nafei a visit.

I woke up this morning with extreme sciatica pain on my left side. I called in at around 11am, and the receptionist Claudia told me that they could see me right away. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile. Claudia was very nice and easy to talk to. Dr. Tina was very helpful, professional, absolutely amazing, courteous, and over all talented. Ive been seeing Dr. Tina for a few months now. I go once a week and Im in and out in about 15 minutes.Theres a few things I love about her and her practice. She doesnt try to sell you on any programs that cost you thousands of dollars. She has great bedside manners. Her and Claudia at the front are very personable which always leaves me with a great experience. And most importantly, her adjustments work!

Dr. Nafei is a fantastic Chiropractor. She has been adjusting me for about six months now and does a quick and efficient job. Dr. Tina is the Best. 4 years ago I went to her office with the worst cramp that I could not even walk. Through lots of massage and adjustments and therapy I was able to go back to work. I know how important it was to keep up with my appointments to ensure my healing. I then became pregnant and did not stop, She made my pregnancy pains a lot easier to handle. I would highly recommend Dr. Tina Nafei to anyone, including big men. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and can isolate subluxations by the feel of her hands. Then she will do an adjustment with a firm but gentle touch that doesnt exacerbate the problem. I have gone to her for years and recommended her to my friends. She also gives a discounted rate when ones health insurance plan doesnt include chiropractic. I hope she never retires!

Dr. Tina is AMAZING!! I was planning to have an epidural injection in my spine a few days before my first chiropractic visit and it changed my mind. I felt so great after my first visit, I called and cancelled my injection. I got adjusted and it immediately helped my pain. I had been suffering from lower back pain for quite some time. When it got really worse, I decided to see a Chiropractor and I looked up for some in-network chiropractors and who had good yelp review and found Tina. I was able to get a same day appointment and Tina took time to listen to my condition and told me what might be wrong and how to take care of it. Just talking to Tina put me to ease and I knew I was in good hands. But I was still kind of scared since it was my first time visiting a Chiropractor, Tina understood my concern and before she worked on me, she clearly showed me what to expect and again made me very comfortable. I got an adjustment that day and did not really expect to see such drastic improvement. My pain went from a scale of 8 to 2 that night. It felt so good .. I have decided to keep getting adjustments atleast once a month going forward with non other than Tina :). I strongly recommend her to everyone and feel the difference. Thanks again Tina !
