We were in desperate need of a chiropractor. We had a list referred by our insurance company and made many phone calls and appointments. But my wife had a feeling about this place because of their outgoing message stating having a blessed day. She cancelled the other appointments and scheduled with Dr. Bates. We also found out that he is from our home town of Ventura and went to Chiropractic school as our former chiropractor.05-24-2019 My wife has been seeing Dr. Bates for about 4 years, and has done wonders with her back. This week was my first visit as a patient.On Monday, I can barely walk. Dr Bates is thorough, effective, and professional and his wife Donna who works the front is a joy to see everytime i go. Ive been going for years and prefer his opinion before going to my general care physician, ad he is very reasonably priced, works well with my insurance, and they do not gouge. Also they are handling covid restrictions very well and the service has not suffered a bit.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bates for at least 37 years. I would not go to anyone else! He takes his job seriously and knows his patients. I have 5 kids and he has and is treating them all at one time or other. The oldest is 45. One of my sons is a bull rider and Dr. Bates keeps him on his feet!! At times I’ve practically crawled in to the office and he has me standing tall by the time I leave! He is the best of the best!!!

Dr. Bates has helped me an exceptional amount with the pain in my neck. I have seen him multiple times and will continue to do so in the future as well. I highly recommend him and his expertise.

Dr. Bates truly is the BEST Chiropractor EVER!!!I have seen several until I met him & I will never see any other!I TRUST him more than I can express & I always leave his office with less pain than I walked in with..He has helped me with my back pain...neck pain.. foot pain.. pain caused by car accidents.. Oh & the slip & falls Ive had over time, plus fixes my pain from whatever other clumsy mishaps I have done to myself.. I dont know what I would do without him! Mr. Bates is awesome.. very professional and knows what he is doing. From the get go, he has asked the right questions and has helped me tremendously with my back pain. Everything from alignments and adjustments to the back support with instructions to ice have contributed to decreasing the level of pain in my lower back.Highly recommended.. 😊
