Visual Image Salon has transferred ownership. The previous owner retired. I got no notice as a client but I was able to schedule an appointment online for 11/3 with a stylist I have used for years. I arrived at my appointment time ready for a haircut after 8 months of sheltering in place and salons being closed, but it was under construction. I am contributing photos of the new name and website Salon V. I. The woman I met said it is still a Bumble and Bumble salon.

Alicia is wonderful ~ happy, attentive, professional, creative and talented! Just love my new haircut! Very easy to style and covers all my imperfections: like grey frizzy thin hair. The receptionists Rachel and Emily were very welcoming too!

They did a wonderful job here. I saw Laura Hernandez, she cut my curly hair perfectly and gave me the best blowout. I spent $55. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went yesterday for a partial highlight with Sandra. I asked to look more blonde and for her to make my roots more light since I am a brunette. I showed her an image of what i wanted it to look like. I already had super blonde hair, it just wasnt done at my roots. She said sure and i trusted her with my hair and during the process she said shed add some other color to make it more of an ash brown and since I dont know much about hair, I said sure....Well during the rinse and wash she added toner and immediately washed it off.Lets just say my hair looked a bit orange and she had to re do the toner step.I was there from 1pm - 6pm! The end result: I was no longer blonde but instead a dirty blonde... it looks brown. I am absolutely unsatisfied and i was shocked at the price I had to pay for my hair.$210! For something i didnt ask for.Lets just say, I wont be going there again.
