This is an excellent establishment. Customer service is number 1 concern. I do brows & face threading, along with facials. Service is 2ns to none.

I had a loyal person for over 10 years where I used to live so I was nervous to try anyone else. The owner is AMAZING and so sweet as well as the ladies in the Solon. I left there feeling beautiful and that they did an amazing job! I will go back for sure!

Had the most wonderful experience here! I was in from out of town and on a whim decided to get a facial and pretty major hair cut. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and talented. The facial was wonderful, the haircut looks amazing, and next time I’m out that way, I will be back!

I have been coming to Beauology on and off for the past three years. I have always had a good experience with various services from threading to waxing. I recommend this place for your beauty needs. The prices I guess are the norm for shops around these area.

I normally dont feel comfortable letting just anyone touch my hair. But Sri amazed me when I came in for a consultation. She is awesome and answered all my questions and concerns. She did such a great job with my hair when I asked for a Japanese straightening. She assured me I will leave Happy and I did. Her place offers all types of services which I am definitely going to come back for and try. I highly recommend Beaulogy to everyone I know.

A worst place ... a big NO from my side ... I took last Tuesday appointment I guess and that was for waxing. I recently moved in Fremont and one of my friend suggested this place. I am so regular with my waxing routine from almost 10 years so obviously I was not new to waxing and all. There was a lady sandy who took me into the room for waxing. She was good and kind. She started doing wax and suddenly I felt something is wrong ... that wax or strips something was so harsh on my skin and I could feel that badly. I told sandy that no this is not good for my skin. What kind of wax or strips you use? She showed me. And I told her that this is something different that I have never used or seen in any salon in my last 10 years almost. And then after couple of minutes she also felt that something is wrong as my skin started getting red, in fact I don’t know how but I started getting huge bumps like mosquito bite. She called her owner to check on me. And then the lady came ... I don’t know her name... but she was so irritating. She was just praising her salon and salon work... she was not listening the issue even. Then I got fed up and asked her to finish off bcoz I obviously cannot go home with incomplete hands. I booked that appointment for bikini wax as well but I have to cancel it and I am glad that I did that. After finishing up me n sandy noticed that my skin started getting even more red , bumps were increasing, I started getting burning sensations and my skin started getting off from bumps like my whole hand had some layers of dead skin ... seriously that was disgusting that never happened to me earlier... I couldn’t touch my own hands ... I didn’t paid anything but I told them that this is my first and last visit to their salon... whatever they have done to my skin was ridiculous... it’s been 2 days now I am continuously applying aloe Vera gel to recover the loss but still I have those rashes, ripped skin from bumps ... and those burning sensations... still I can’t touch my own hands... I can’t share pictures here as I am not getting option.. otherwise I could have shown u guys ... the worst waxing experience every I had ... and yes that owner lady ... this is for you. Stop making your clients fool ... they are not stupid and know everything very well... don’t talk unnecessary that doesn’t make any sense ...

Ive been getting eyebrow threading for years now and this is by far my favorite of every place Ive gone to. My brows always come out great here no matter which technician I see. They are very quick and efficient, too (without at all sacrificing quality of work)! And I am always impressed by their excellent customer service, not just to me, but to others as well. I would have given this place a great review, especially since Ive been going here for almost a year now, but they ruined my eyebrows in January, and Ive been trying to grow it back since then. I try to tell them its crooked and uneven, but they tend to get stubborn. She told me she did it that way cause she doesnt want me to fill them in, but like.. so what I wanna fill them in. Yes I love my natural eyebrows, but she made them crooked I have no choice but to use more product to fill them just to even them out. I mean if you can talk to them, theyre great, but if you dont wanna deal with someone stubborn, try somewhere else.

Giving 5 stars because Rupi was awesome! She was very friendly and super helpful:) but I want to suggest that the salon get better lighting for their waxing rooms!!! It will allow the cosmetologists to do a better job :)

Hands down the best threading. Ive been going here for months and have zero complaints. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Ive had my brows down by a few employees but Sri is my favorite. Wouldnt go anywhere else

Threading didn’t hurt but once I left my skin was burning ( this has never happened to me before ever) and I noticed two cut marks on my skin once I got home ( this also never happened to me) was not worth 15 dollars especially since I came home and had to tweeze a few hairs.

They are very understanding and talented.

I usually dont write bad reviews about anyone but was super compelled to do so, probably the worst experience my past 15 years of going to different small and elite salons. I took the appointment for waxing and facial, the lady who took my appointment forgot to add Bleach as a service, and hence I asked the lady who was servicing me if I could add bleach now and she readily accepted since we had waxing as well so she could simply apply the same and continue with the waxing and wipe it off before my facial starts.Later, Sri who seems to be super arrogant considering her attitude, she thinks her place offers better than 5 star services refused and told the lady servicing me not to apply bleach as that would take time, I got a bit upset and said you might want to chuck facial as well since no point getting bleach done later and applying bleach would not have taken more than 3-4 mins additional time.To my surprise the lady servicing me said, you are bond by the appointment you make and you better dont try to cancel and by force you are supposed to do what you book - are we living in some hitler rule??I was taken aback by the tone and behavior of the staff. And also while I asked for specific Acne facial, again Sri advised the service staff not to do that since it takes longer time and to get an agreement from me for the one which could get wrapped up early. This is highly insane behavior and yes as expected the facial done was pathetic!! Not to mention the entire staff post my services treated me like an alien as if I asked them something that shouldnt have been asked! Really crazy experience, I would never ever recommend anyone to this salon!!!

I didnt schedule an appoinment that was my mistake but the biggest was when they decided gave to me the worst service I ever received in a beauty salon, bad and incomplete eyebrow threading and also bad attitude: I asked them for brushing my eyebrows they told me Maria you dont have an appoinment so we can not offer a complet service. Hey! It wasnt for free, I paid your bad service. No matter the Long wait, I decided that, but Client is a client with appoinment or with out, we are paying for service. NO is a complete sentence that is better to say when you can not be available to offer a good service. Its better lost 25 dlls than lost a client and a bad review on Google especially in silicon Valley area.

Ive gone to quite a few places to get my brows done and Beauologhy is by far the best! Both my daughter and I are regulars with Taja and does the job perfectly giving us beautiful brows every time. Thank you Taja!Update:I’ve been a customer at Beauology for a couple years now and have always had the best experiences with them.Scheduling is a breeze. If your scheduled technician is running behind, the guy who does all the scheduling calls you in advance tolet you know. I’ve also never had a hard time rescheduling an appointment, even when I’m attempting to rescheduled within the half hour.Their establishment is always clean and the staff is very professional, polite, and attentive to your needs and likings; including the guy who handles the schedule.My review is based on my personal experience and by no means is meant to speak on behalf of experiences by others.

I just spoke to the guy that comes out on the menu director when you call, he was completely rude he didnt wanna help me and he pretending he was receiving another call and didnt let me finish what I was saying and just hung up on me they currently have a new Team that are not as good as the ones 9 months ago I dont recommend this place at all!
