I drove way far to come to this Ulta because they had the most of the products I ordered available. My order was paid for. There was an accident on the freeway which caused a delay therefore I attempted to call the store, see attached photo, to advise them of my situation and to confirm that if I arrived a few minutes late, I could still get my order. Of course, no one answered their phone (the time you see if the call was me on hold). I arrived at the store at 8:04pm, four minutes after their closing time and they didnt even have the respect to open the door to talk to me. Instead they yelled, which I could not hear through their doors, so I continued to knock. I almost expressed my personal loses I have recently encountered and who some of these items were for, however, I saw there would be no compassion so I stopped as soon as I started. I am a very loyal.... Let me start again, I WAS a very loyal Ulta customer. But after tonight, Ill spend the extra dollars and head to Sephora.

Wells Care Shampoo and Conditioner is double the price. You can find it cheaper on Amazon for a deal. 👍

Its so weird. At times the staffs are so polite and patient and so helping. And at times they are rude. I can see that smirk under that mask and whats with the tone. Stay home or find another job if you dont like what you do. Im sorry but Im not sorry. And half the store needs to be restocked.

I always come in for replenishment of benefit products and always greeted warmly. The rare times I need assistance theyre usually good about helping you, but understand some need more help than others, especially with color matching. Prepare to be patient!

I had a good experience here with a friend recently. Neither of us are very knowledgeable about make up but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to show us recommendations that met our needs and fit our budget. Will definitely come back to this location. 🙂

This place is great for all your beauty needs. They have everything. Most things arent cheap but you can find deals. You can even get hair and waxing services here. Havent tried yet but will get the eyebrow wax soon.

Love tmaking advantage of the jumbo hair care sale! This location is the best. Its always well stocked and all of the employees are very nice and offer their assistance.

Was a fun date with my girl. She needed something and instead of getting irritated with her looking at every product under the sun I decided to do the same! I left with more glitter and colors on my face than she did. They have a decent selection of cologne and perfumes. 4/5 because the makeup testers werent fully stocked and the tester applicators werent full, some were empty and had disorganized

The staffs I encountered were friendly and helpful. I asked one of them where some of the things I was looking for were and she immediately showed me the locations of those products! The cashier was also nice, but they were a little understaffed so there was a kinda long line at check out

Love the size of the store & variety. Disliked the fact they were out of stock with a lot of items, associates really dont listen to your needs, and the coupons on website and in mail you cant use in store on anything but the generic drugs store products. I went to the store vs shopping online because I had a 20% coupon. I wad told I couldnt use that. I ended up spending $100 on a mascara tube, 1 black waterline eyeliner, & 1 tube of concealer.

I prefer this location over the san Leandro location so the drive is worth it. Staff are friendlier but dont approach much to ask if you need anything. The cashier could be more attentive. She dropped three of my items as she was removing them from the bag and trying to scan them. Thankfully, none of these were a pallet or powder product.

Nice clean store. Even the restrooms are nice. They always carry quality samples size products next to the line at the counter. I found a compact size LORAC TANTALIZER For $8.00 💓🌴😎

This location is well stocked and the staff here are really helpful. The aisles are well kept unlike some other Ulta locations. Sometimes its hard to get your brows done here as appointments get filled in quickly or the brow specialist is out of town.

I went to their salon months ago and the girl chopped my hair! I will never go again. But the store itself is good and cheaper than Sephora. Best time to wait for sales and stack with a coupon. Join their free rewards program to get points on purchases.

Went to Pacific Commons today to make a purchase and was very disappointed with the Customer Service. The Big Sexy Hair Products had sale signs on everything stating items regularly priced were on sale but there was no specification as to what items. Long story short when I went to check out the cashier had placed a free sample with my items and when I questioned the prices I was told that yes I guess they didnt do a good job with the advertising. I complained and eventually paid full price for my purchase but I noticed after I complained she removed the free sample from my purchase. Not very good service for a Platinum Member.

OK so not happy I brought my wife here and parking is always a trouble but today I found out that the employees really don’t care about the customers as there was a bigger girl that was wearing glasses driving a green Subaru parked right in the front of the main entrance and I have to park my truck all the way in the back because Her “compact” car was parked in the parking for bigger vehicles And not in all the compact parking right behind where she parked I didn’t notice this until she came out to her car to put something in the back wearing her headset.....some people just don’t care

A high end cosmetics shop. Service is highly dependent on who is work. Prices are high. Cosmetics are not counterfeit.

Customer service does not exist in this location!!Stay the capital F away from this store. You ask for help and your get attitude problem from the little girls that work there. Ps: this is not a full range store so NO, they dont carry all brands.

I love Ulta. I was there yesterday looking for a full body, long lashes mascara, and one of their reps recommended Monsteur Big from Lancome. I wore it all day yesterday without any smearing! Before going to bed, I used a littlebit of make up remover, it came off easily. Ive used products which are hard to remove, but not this one. I was very pleased not only with their recommendation, but also with how knowledgable and helpful their sales reps are. A while back, I went looking for some skin care products, and another rep (I feel terrable that I forgot her name) introduced me to Juice Beauty. Ive had used the same skin care regiment for years, but my skin was not responding well to it any more. I am aging and my sking has different needs now. This rep took a look at my skin, then made her recommendation. I can totally feel my skin more radiant and supple. All of this, for a little over 100 bucks.

Not enough handicap parking.

Expensive and non-compliant with ADA regulations. The aisles are too narrow for wheelchair access (and strollers). Fixtures block aisles. If I mention it to a manager, they will fix it while Im there, but the next time I enter, the aisles are blocked again. Its clear this business has no desire to be ADA compliant, and is therefore not wheelchair friendly, or stroller friendly for that matter.

So incredibly unprofessional. I made a hair appointment online the day before. When I came in for my appointment they told me the girl who was suppose to cut my hair called out sick...thats great and everything but I received NO call telling me this and wasted 25 min of my life driving there.Then she tells me I can wait 15 min to see if her customer shows up and if she doesnt then she will take me to cut my hair. So I wait 15 min and she calls me and tells me she didnt show up and she can take me now. The second I walk up to the counter, her customer shows up and she tells me sorry cant take me now......THEN the other worker there has the audacity to tell me that I should not have booked online and all this would have been avoided.I will NEVER be giving this store my service ever again.
