DONT WAX FROM SHIVA Salon.I did threading and upper lips from shiva beauty salon. The esthetician had a customer for hair cut so she did my upper lips very fast as a result my skin got ripped off. I didnt see immediately but after going home I realized. This is my first time visit in this salon and I am really disappointed. I cant go out for few days because of this scar and its also painful.

Worst customer service. They attract customers by giving $5 eyebrows but you need to wait for 30 -40 mins. Definitely you get what you pay , they finish ur eyebrows in 5 mins . They don’t care whether a customer is satisfied or not. Their goal is to finish fast and move on to the next customer.

$5 eyebrow threading is totally worth it. Only took about 5 minutes to wait and then 5 minutes to get it done. They should have a fan inside because the air is stale.

I typically come here for waxing despite living 30 min away. They’ve always been professional and affordable. They completely have gotten the wax off after and I have been able to go straight to an event or somewhere else rather than going home. The times I’ve gone to places more convenient for me for waxing, I have left with wax residue or red bumps from them rushing which is why I make the effort to come here.I am taking off one star because the time I got my eyebrows threaded, although painless, was too quick and the lady made one eyebrow thinner than the other. I have a usual lady I go to closer to home and without telling her I went somewhere else the month before she noticed this. This somewhat ruined my shape temporarily (and I have a good, natural shape).

This place does it all. Haircuts, styling, hair highlights, hair color, make up, henna, waxing and threading. The salon is clean, organized, and well ran. Staff is experienced, and friendly. If you feel like a pick me up, get something done for yourself and feel better.

Rude staff, worst experience.

Good place for getting kids hair cut, reasonable price and ambient space in waiting area. They have around 6 employees who take care of different types of need. Minicure, hair cut for kids, men and women are few. Its highly recommended to book appointment

People are least interested about service in this place! They only rush and display high arrogance/ignorance to customers.Monica, who waxed for me was in such a hurry that she just wanted to just finish quickly and get out! I had severe rashes because she was so fast and rough in handling. People actually handle animal skin with better care!!!!And also she didn’t do the work properly, I was dissatisfied with the service!

Ask for AMAN. Shes great in eyebrow threading, quick and knows what shes foung.

Decent Hair Salon for Men for 10$ (Tips additional). 5$ for Womens Threading etc. Mens Haircut was done for me by a Lady who knows what she is doing. Looks like she is the only one doing Mens haircut and for women salon there are many Desi women doing the threading etc.Though they do walk-ins, better if you call in before going there or call to Book an appointment for Mens haircut as wait times can be more than 30-45 min unless if someone for appt doesnt come on time. Make sure to be there on time else you might lose the place and have to wait for the lady to be free to take you for haircut. They wait for 5 min past your Appt time before moving on with another customer.

I want to give negative five star but unfortunately I dont have option. dont even step in to it for men and boys. We took our kid for hair cut to get him groomed for a party but came and out with almost balled without any sign of professional haircut. My kid and wife literally cried because they cant take the kid to party any more with that hair cut.

Visited here, waited for 5 mins so that someone from staff can put me in waiting line or inform about waiting time, no one cares so I came outside of shop and gone to other nearby barber shop. Staff looks rude and have a big attitude.

No star - Worst experience . The Guy in the frontdesk sucks and there is another lady (leading the center on behalf of him) also sucks and have big bully attitude . Never ever go there.

Don’t go to here for a haircut. I came here many times but this was the third experience of my nightmares. Strongly advise not coming here.

Good for Haircut...and if u r going fr eyebrows thn must go with Ambika..she is polite....other staff is also polite...but i dnt understand the problem wth AMAN (female staff). she is rude and arrogant. she is always in hurry n never give tym to check. hopeless girl.

Today went there but i am not satisfied but my previous visits was very happy.Last visit was really unsatisfied and my hair cut looks like half done(un even length at side cheeks and not a proper cutting)

Worst experience... went today at around 12:00 pm. the one in green kurthi is a lady with a bad attitude and no experience ornot well trained.. i went for threading .. she spoiled it.. and when asked to correct it she was making pchhh.. sounds(irritating). even after that she dint do it properly... will never ever go to shiva again.. i suggest who ever views this not to go...

I agree with other reviews here. Most arrogant people and not interested in services but only in money. They don’t want to spend time on your haircut but be done with it asap. Took my father for haircut today and repented my decision.
