This shop advertises that the eyebrow threading fro $5. Thats an outright lie. They charge $10 only for threading eyebrows. If you want to do upperlip, lower lip etc., they charge by per sq centimeter of your face. The attached invoice will give you the true picture. Such a pack of lies.

I wish I read reviews before buying the voucher and going there. Honestly, I’m not a hard person. I take easy , and donot care much about the way they welcome or talk. Even though they seemed a bit harsh at first, I kept on communicating and they eventually talked nicely to me. I donot blame them , I was late for my appointment and they still took me in so I appreciate that But I got myself 4 big spots of skin peel/ burn from their wax. She kept telling me it’s my skin and that it’s sensitive but like I told her, I’ve always done waxing and never in my life have I had instance of my skin coming off. I’m left with 4 red spots that is very irritating and is burning. Not sure when my skin will be healed. I told if she could put something soothing on my face and she took some tissues, poured not so enough water on it and pat on my face.Threading was fine. But never returning back I am not a banana that tastes good when peeled.No thank you!

Dear friend my name is kavitha. I took the(eye brow , face vax, under arm vax) package from arch threading salon . I took the package on January 26th 2020. Unfortunately they closed the salon for the COVID 19 . I requested the money refund on August 2020 . They didnt respond back yet . Really iam struggle to get a money till december. Again they closed the salon. I dont know how can I get my money back. Pls share your suggestions for get my money. Thank you.

I never had any complain about this salon. They always did a decent job for the price and I always went for threading there.But last Saturday I reached the salon at 6:55 pm for just eyebrow threading. The lady who was supposed to do the threading welcomed me with a smile.But all of a sudden a young lady who was at the cash counter said We are closed, i have shut down my system . When I mentioned that its not 7 yet, she said that the time to close the system also counts.Thats fine. In this perfectly competitive market, it doesnt matter. Not in Fremont at least. All I needed to do is to go to the next salon in the very next complex where they served with a smile.But unfortunately , Arch definitely lost a loyal customer .

Ive been going to this place for a while now and my eyebrows come out looking perfect every time. Ive tried other places for body waxing as well and this place has delivered the best out of them all. My Brazilians are not something to fear anymore and I feel so refreshed after a thorough day at the Salon here. Also, if you have time, I recommend getting the Ayurvedic facial as it left my skin super clear for weeks to come and soft as well! (: love this place

Please do not go to the Paseo Padre location! I can not speak about the other locations, but this one I can. Now to be fair, a different lady did my eyebrows well the first time I went which is why I went back without hesitation or reading reviews. This time I had a different, heavier set older lady, and she sent me out with eyebrows that looked completely different. My bf, who knows nothing about eyebrows other than they shouldn’t look that different, told me to go back inside and get them fixed. The lady proceeded to argue with me that they didn’t look different and asked me what I wanted her to do. Obviously make them look remotely the same. One had arch, the other looked straight across. I don’t really know how she messed up so badly. Anyways, nobody ever gets eyebrows exactly perfect, but this is the first time that I’ve felt compelled to leave a bad review because they are that bad. Do yourself a favor and don’t go!

Best Eyebrow threading Salon in Fremont, and union city, I went here to go get my full face threaded and they did it with care, and gentle. No CUTS.... Reallyyyyyy. the lady was so gentle and caring she would ask me to hold my skin tight so i wouldnt get any cuts or anything. specially when she would come close to my eyes. My skin is very sensitive and after she finished she offered a hydrating pack for only $10.00 to take away the redness and to make sure my skin would not bump. I left that place with no pain and completely feeling fresh and clean. Amazing Customer Service. Lets now talk about the Salon ....... Bright Red and Soft Pink What a beautiful combination. With a Chandelier hanging in the middle, Clean and Gorgeous. Hollywood Salon in Fremont. These are my Simple Words. You must try it for yourself. I will coming back for sure in 2 weeks for exfoliation and full face. Thank you.

Terrible service - the lady threading my eyebrows voluntarily asked me if she should keep my eyebrows thick. i said yes please keep them thick. Once she was done i got the shock of my life. She had literally shaved off 90% of my eyebrows and they didnt even match. i have an interview tomorrow which im already nervous about and this experience has just left me feeling much worse. and the lady had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to purchase their package. i left in haste. such a horrible experience.

Awful service. Never had complaints when the salon started but the last few times have been there it has always been an unpleasant experience. This is mainly due to the fact that they have some new person every month and I have had bad experiences with face waxing when they used too hot wax and I ended up having burns. Also always pushing for packages since once you buy them you are stuck with their salon and their service. Not to forget the waiting time for even getting small things done!

Not happy with the service. They gave me appointment for Facial for 5:15 and made me wait 25 minutes. From my experience so far, they are short staffed at any given point of time. What is the point of making appointment if you have to wait 25 minutes anyways.When I paid, the system charged me $10 tip, there was no way to select custom amount on tip. Be careful.They do not have any way to refund money.

Horrible experience - had an appt using a Groupon and they refused to honor it falsely accusing me of being an existing client. I have NEVER been to ANY of their locations. When asked for more info, they couldn’t even tell me what location, when and for what service I supposedly received. Obviously because I have never been a customer!! They said they had my name and phone number “in their system” which sounds super fishy when they had just taken my info when I first checked in. I even showed my drivers license which was also a strange request. I adamantly said I have never been a customer but she wouldn’t listen and it was pointless - they wouldn’t accept the Groupon.Never have been a customer and NEVER will be a customer.PLEASE AVOID - wish I could give them ZERO stars. Their business tactics are questionable and shady!

I’ve been going to this location for a few months and the standard of quality is very similar every time; however yesterday I saw a lady named Rabia and my eyebrows are looking amazing, she cleaned very well and shaped them back to the way I like them to be!Thank you Rabia for such great skills!

Visited this paseopadre location...She charged me extras for the eyebrow because she told i got more hair in the eyebrow it seems . she was continuously talking about my extra hair in the eyebrow.. I dont know how much extra will a person have in a eyebrow, weird .... outside board was showing $5... , please then dont post those Advertisement or edit it...She didnt care about that other people in the hall is listening her, which made me awkward and wanted to come out soon by paying the amount she asked....

Theres a reason why this threading costs $5, its not worth a penny!!! They dont know what they are doing, you will leave with two different eyebrows!! Be careful!! Stay away, not worth the risk!

I went there for eyebrow threading, I dont know the name of the girl who did it. She done half the way and went. Other girl came and done my upper lips. When I told the other girl that she didnt complete my eyebrows, she did was just say sorry to me. Very bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came across this salon in Groupon.first off the ambience was miserable, no air conditioning and no proper rooms. Iv been waxing for over 10 years and never got any rashes or patch. I feel this place uses a different kind of wax,maybe of lower quality and the result I got a nasty heat burn in my thigh. Its been over 3 weeks and the mark hasnt faded yet. In addition, The service provider was simply pressurizing me to get the package all through my waxing session. Please dont be penny wise pound foolish by trusting cheap Groupon deals.

This place is owned by The same owner from the Arch at Fremont Blvd. I been going to Arch since they open here at ardenwood but never got a chance to leave feedback and i think i owe them this, and I can tell you I have never been disappointed, she trains people with lot passion and shows them in this industry customer service matter, and they have been only 1 salon that cares about customers rather than themselves. The prices are great and employees are always smiling.

You need an appointment for waxing or facials, but you cant make an appointment for eybrow and upperlip threading. You have to walk in. At busiest, the wait time for threading can be one hour. But sometimes there is no wait time. You can call in and ask what the wait time is. Free parking very close by.

This is a dream salon. I love this place. I got my facial and its the best.

This one lady MESSED up my eyebrows, the last time I visited them I ended up leaving the place with two different eyebrows. Im honestly so upset.

Omg! I went in for an Brazilian wax and yes its been awhile since Ive had one but this was the worst experience EVER. 1st they use strips instead of the blue wax that peels off by itself, she was so rough with the way she ripped it off I was ready to get up from the table and the girl left my area so sticky from all the leftover wax, so many hairs left idk what to do. I had to ask for a wet napkin and im terrified that i will have a skin reaction from this. Ive never had such a horrible experience in my life. Thought I found a place but NO WAY WILL I GO BACK!

Really annoying experience today. I agree with others here that their service is good. But their management has disappointed me totally. I booked an appointment more than 24 hrs in advance on their website and got a confirmation email too. But when I got there, after making me wait for few minutes, they ask me to go to newpark mall to get my services since they have another booking at the same time. Didn t really understand on what basis this priority has been decided for the other women whose booking is at the same time! Especially when you have a flight to catch the same day, this is damn frustating.

The best place in fremont for waxing and threading.

Arch Threading is best place for you to get yourself waxed or if you have teens that are shy of going to places to get waxing like underarms, or legs or other unwanted hair removed. I took my 12 year old daughter for the 1st time and she loved shruti and the perfect shape she made with her eyebrows. Then we took her in the back for waxing, To tell you the truth I was very nervous because i thought my daughter will start crying with pain. but Anusha was gentle and kept my daughter calm. He wore gloves and spray something blue to clean the skin before applying wax. Then she did it so fast that my daughter had no ides when it ended. anusha also put the face pack on my daughter so she wont feel the pain. I dont know but i got waxed lot of times but the way these girls are doing it its so different in a good way My next session of wax will be with them for sure. Salon is clean and hygiene. and very pretty. this is my gotto place from now on. I will be back.
