The Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg have proven to be the upmost professional and experienced staff one could ask for when having any body modifications or corrections surgically done. My direct experience with Dr. Heppe has been a life changing experience. I had a full abdominoplasty and liposuction and my results exceed my expectations. From my initial consultation through my surgery and beyond, Dr. Heppe made me comfortable with his manner, knowledge and professionalism. I did a lot of research about providers and the procedures before going to see him and I couldnt be happier with my results. And after the surgery, when he says hes always available to you, he means it. I only needed him once and he got back to me within a half an hour and set up an appointment for me to see him the next business day if I needed to. (I didnt.) I cant recommend him enough!Edited Nov 2020: I was so pleased with Dr. Heppes services that I went back for another procedure! Dr . Heppe is an amazing surgeon who did a breast augmentation for me Sept 2019. He is a very professional, personable, and skilled surgeon. He took the time to get to know me and to understand what I wanted. When I developed a small complication a few months later, he was very quick to fix the issue. He understands his patients and strives to make sure they have the results they want. He truly cares for his patients. In addition, his staff are wonderful. They make you feel welcome and always are professional and nice. I feel blessed that I met Dr Heppe and he did my augmentation.

I had a tummy tuck with a little libo on 12/4/19. I was afraid at first because of age and gallbladder scar on stomach. Dr Heppe was kind his nurse very kind. They listen to my concerns. Like many patients, I consulted with three other doctors (in NoVa) before settling on Dr. Heppe and his practice, and am thrilled that I chose them. From the first meeting through the post-surgery follow-up meetings, he and his entire crew have been kind and gentle and supportive all the way! I recall the morning of the surgery and how tender Elizabeth, Vicki and Diane were as they prepped me -- the last thing I recall was their kindness! And as equally important, after one week of surgery, only slight bruising is left -- Dr. Heppe did an amazing job! I feel as if I look so much younger! Id highly recommend Dr. Heppe and his practice!

Im so happy I was referred to Dr. Heppe & his staff. They made the whole process so easy and everything went smoothly. Im only a few days in since surgery, but so far so good. Best doctor in the DMV area! My mom went to him 5 years ago and recommended him to me. He did not disappoint!!! Hes very kind, explains everything thoroughly, and sees me at every appointment versus just a nurse or pa. Everyone that has went to him that I know has had the same experience, not to mention the prices are unbeatable! My breast augmentation was only $5000-$5100 with everything included. I’ve had other plastic and general surgery experiences before but, this time was positively different!I heard about dr. Heppe through my nurse at my primary doctor’s office who had a great surgery results too.At my experience dr. Heppe is phenomenal and very professional. I had a tummy tuck and some lipo suctions with him. The results are awesome. I told dr. Heppe that he is an artist and a Surgen both.He is also very polite and caring. His smiles are always there and is very energetic. You can feel how much he loves what he is doing.My follow up appointments are going well. He sees details and work details.By the way I drive 1 hour just to get there but it’s all worth it.Not forget about the staff that they are very friendly and knowledgeable too.

I know my body and what my Doctor told me what I have. The woman on the phone said I had to pay for consultation. Witch is fine. She refused to tell a ball park amount for surgery. But she smartly said I can tell you about rhinoplasty and other procedures. Because she dont know what I have. she refused to give me a number. I told her I know what I have. I just told YOU! I can handle up to about a thousand. But not to much over. She refused to tell me how much was it to take a skin tag off under the armpitt? and miss smarty pants said I dont know what the size it is. I guess i am a liar if i say what size it us. Really they all are pretty small on people. She just loved to be difficult with me. WOW!

I highly recommend Dr. Heppe and the entire staff at Plastic Surgery Services. I underwent abdominoplasty with hip liposuction over a month ago. I am so very pleased...not only with my results, but by his complete care. He (and his caring, knowledgeable nursing staff) took the time to listen and answer all questions both before and after surgery as they came up. The OR staff and anesthesia were true professionals that put my complete comfort as their priority. Dr Heppe also spent time on the day of my surgery with my fiancé to be sure he felt supported and comfortable with caring for me at home. He then followed me closely in the weeks after the surgery and has made himself available for any questions or concerns. He is an excellent and experienced surgeon who truly does care about his patients.

This is my 2nd service with Dr. Heppe and he has once again exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the staff was awesome and comforting. Dr. Heppe explained exactly what he would be doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even returned a late night call just to answer my question about the breathing exercise machine and the leg compression machine. I wasnt quite comfortable with the Richmond docs bedside manner, so I sought out a second opinion. Dr. Heppe immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain every single step of the entire process--what to expect, how to prepare, the stages of recovery. At every turn he was thorough, confident, honest and informative. Im greeted at every appointment on time with little to no wait and Dr. Heppe even opened up for me on a Saturday since my procedure was on Friday--just to view my incisions 24 hours post-surgery. Im now 6 weeks out and am thrilled with the results. My back and neck pain went away almost instantly. And the body I see in the mirror now is the one I had always hoped to have. Joy C.

I had a procedure called smart lipo. After years of trying, I could not get rid of the excess fat on my stomach after having a baby. The staff was very pleasant, informative, and made me very comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Heppe for years now. I have always had very positive experience with him. He was always honest with me. If he does not think you NEED a procedure, he will let you know. After the smart lipo, I was a little uncomfortable, but I was able to go back to work next day. By about 2 - 3 days, I was back to normal activities. I am very satisfied with Dr. Heppe and his staff. I will recommend Dr. Heppe to anyone without hesitation.

My daughter had breast reduction surgery with Dr Heppe June 1, 2018. He took her from a 32G to a 32C. She is thrilled with the results! Excellent service, pre-op, follow-up, and care. Everything was explained and no question was deemed too silly to ask. Highly recommend Dr Heppe as well as the practice...Dana was great at coordinating with our insurance and made this a painless procedure. Recovery: lots of pain the first week managed well with drugs (prescription for 2ish days and then over the counter pain meds). By the second week she was managing well and meds were cut down. By the beginning of the 3rd week she began a job as a nanny!

I love Dr. Heppe and Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg! I had a ‘mommy makeover’(breast augmentation, full tummy tuck and liposuction) a little over three months ago and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I immediately felt comfortable at the initial consultation. Everyone at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg was welcoming and I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed for wanting these procedures. I had wanted to get the makeover for over 15 years, after four kids (breastfeeding all four), fluctuations in weight with rapid weight loss from what I call the divorce diet, my body needed help. No amount of diet and exercise would rid my ‘flap over’ tummy and saggy breast. Dr. Heppe only did the procedures necessary to get the desired results I wanted. The pain of the recovery process was more than worth it. I did have the extended pain reliever injections which I think is a must. I cannot imagine how the pain would have been without it. I had regular follow ups with Dr. Heppe starting the day after surgery. I live an hour and a half away from his practice, but it was worth the drive to have Dr. Heppe and the nurses and staff at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg. If I ever needed or wanted any other procedures, I would most definitely go to Dr. Heppe and Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg.
