I have gone to Drayer Physical Therapy (PT) for 12 weeks to address primarily a hamstring issue that was keeping me from achieving my running potential and somedays from not running at all. My visits last about 1-hour and I go twice / week. Through Mark Rau’s extensive knowledge and experience both as a therapist and an elite athlete, he designed targeted therapy, which initially consisted of about 7 exercises that progressed to either include a more challenging variation or an exercise that was more advanced. Through this process, I have experienced complete relief of my hamstring issue, significant increase in my leg strength, and increase range of motion and flexibility. This has enabled me to achieve new personal records in running, cycling and swimming! Lexi has made the administrative process “pain-free” and has been a pleasure to work with. Parker and Jordan, both interns, have provided excellent support and motivation too! I have seen Mark and the other therapist work with patients with a very wide range of issues and have seen progress with all of them. I highly recommend Drayer PT for anyone that wants to experience less pain in their life and more happiness!

I am being treated for a running injury at the new Stafford location by PT Keri. I have made great progress. I am challenged each visit. Keri is an excellent therapist, great hands on skills and very friendly. I recommend her highly for athletes trying to get back to high level competition or just to reach your next level goals.
