Out of Fredericksburg.. I like HEB much better than the other pharmacies. Quick and easy. I always have trouble at Walmart. Plus the drive through is awesome!

There are several reviews here about the rudeness of the pharmacy employees. Ive been coming here for 6 months and have been assisted by several different staff members. Ive never experienced the slightest hint of rudeness. Im originally from California (no judgements please) and I know just what rude looks like. The staff at the HEB pharmacy in Fredericksburg is phenomenal! Perhaps this is a newer crew and the rudeness element is gone? One bad experience with someone who is maybe having a bad day should not prompt one to write a long lasting review coveringr the entire staff.

Staff is so rude. They don’t understand common sense and can’t complete a simple task. They mess up my prescriptions all the time, I never get informed when they’re ready, and half of them don’t even seem to be trained in medications. They can’t even pronounce them most of the time. Very disappointed.

I fill all of my prescriptions here. I drop them off, go grocery shop and pick them up on the way out. Easy.The automated system calls me on my on-going meds when it is time to refill and schedules a pick up time. Extra-Easy.Why do I need to go anywhere else?

Easy to navigate. Wide isles.Checkers always courteous. Premises spotless.

Frances needs to learn how to take care of her customers instead of throwing a fit when asked if she can hold on a moment when your getting your insurance cards out of your wallet

Very RUDE staff, I will not be going back.....

Cash register lady at night very nice to the girl ahead of me but her tone with me changed seemed confrontational to me I’ve never met met this woman before don’t care for her she ruined my night!

The pharmacy has some of rudest and most inattentive staff I have ever encountered. If you want to be treated like garbage and looked down upon, then this is the place to be.

They always take care of me!
